9/11 survivor calls for new inquiry

18 June 2007 | 12:16

CONSPIRACY theorists marched through Ipswich town centre campaigning for an investigation into the 9/11 terror attacks.

Around 15 people from the Ipswich Truth Campaign took part in the march on Saturday where they denounced the official story of the 2001 atrocity as a “pack of lies”.

The event was also designed to raise awareness of a talk being given in Ipswich by William Rodriguez, a janitor working at the World Trade Centre on September 11 who was later decorated for his heroism in rescuing survivors.

Mr Rodriguez claims he heard an explosion prior to the plane striking the North Tower and believes it was in fact the US government which was behind the attacks.

Carl Friar, march co-organiser, said: “There should be a reinvestigation into 9/11 because we don't have all the information.

“The official story has massive holes, it's a pack of lies. It doesn't hold up to the evidence which is being shown to us.

“There are a lot of people across the world who are saying 'I want to know more'.

“We want the investigation reopened so we can find out what happened.”

Co-organiser Mark Elmy added: “William Rodriguez's story gives weight to the evidence there may have been explosives placed in the tower.”

Ipswich Truth Campaign believes there are a number of anomalies surrounding 9/11, including the speed at which the towers collapsed and why World Trade Centre Building Seven fell down despite not being hit by a plane.

Such theories are gaining pace in the USA, with a recent New York Times poll reporting that three out of four Americans suspect the government of not telling the truth.

William Rodriguez will give his talk today at Ipswich Town Hall.

Inexpensive DVD's for Bulk Distribution.

I just got six awesome DVD's from Mary Lokers over at http://www.911dvdproject.com and I highly recommend working with her. Very cheap very efficient and very nice.

I think people watching a documentary on their living room TV set (where they get and trust all their other news) is important. They can't then dismiss it as some crazy internet conspiracy thing they get off their computer screen along with all the other junk and spam and porn they receive!!

Put it on their damn TV screen and let the truth be told. I'm currently trying to put together a good DVD to drop off at local firestations. For instance testimony from fellow New York Firefighters etc. I think they'll respect that more. Peace.
