Listen for the reporter on the radio talking about WTC7 starting at 6:40 in.
"I turned to see what looked like a skyscraper implosion.......looked like it had been done by a demolition crew"

What The Hell...Not Again
So I'm assuming that this clip was filmed live with a live newscast in the background? If it is, then that means this is yet ANOTHER (third) news agency that just happened to "get it right" with respect to Building 7 collapsing. And this one appears to be early in the morning, right after the attacks.
The newscast wasn't edited right? Can we confirm from a source or the cameraman?
And why are the comments disabled on YouTube? Does the guy realize what he just caught on film? Because the original posters sure don't seem to "get it".
YES, its supremely interesting that a third...
...news agency is reporting/speculating that WTC 7 is going to collapse. The camera time stamp of 4:58 pm speaks volumes as this would put it in line EXACTLY with the BBC report of WTC 7 collapsing, when it hadn't yet.
Everywhere we turn, sometimes without even trying, the countless lies and liars fall flat on their face in front of us, for the world to see.

Unexplained edit?
I noticed that immediately before the collapse of WTC 7, the video is cut and edited or the camera operator turned the camera off and then back on. This occurs, according to the video camera timestamp, at 5:24:10 and picks back up at 5:24:48. The edit seems somewhat smooth (quick cross-fade?) as if it were done on purpose.
What happened to the 38 seconds missing from the video? There has obviosly been some editing with the "Please Stand By" text inserted into this video. Does anyone know why or how this 38 second gap occurs?

Actually, the collapse does not appear in this video. I have looked at the video again several times and it appears that the actual collapse has indeed been purposefully edited out.
Missing chunk is the 38 seconds from 5:24:10 to 5:24:48 according to the camera timestamp.
jimnxsq has posted several other videos on youtube. Note in the last video listed, the strange eyewitness account of the jet that that he saw fly over his head before striking the south tower. All of the other videos have had comments disabled, are of very short duration and contain no camera timestamp:

Residents of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn had a perfect location from which to witness the calamity unfolding in Lower Manhattan. Soon after the collapse of the South Tower, I ran to the Shore Road Promenade from which dozens of other residents of the area had already begun the long vigil.

From the morning of September 11, 2001, here is an eyewitness description of the flight of the second jet impact into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. This was filmed from a pedestrian bridge over the Belt Parkway near Shore Road at 80th Street in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn, just 5 3/4 miles from the World Trade Center. The billowing cloud of dust, ash, and smoke can be seen billowing over Brooklyn from the World Trade Center in the distance. At this point the North Tower still stands, but not for much longer.
