Prominent 9/11 Activists Demand Impeachment

Sheehan, McGovern and Benjamin are all 9/11 truth activists, and thousands of other prominent 9/11 truthtellers -- such as Bob Bowman, Webster Tarpley and many, many others -- support impeachment*. There is a REASON that 9/11 activists are calling for impeachment. Not only is falsely linking Iraq to 9/11 an impeachable offense, but so -- of course -- is carrying out false flag terror and murdering American citizens.
But we probably cannot criminally prosecute the perpetrators while they are in office. As an attorney and former law school professor said:
It is unlikely that a court would allow high-level officials such as a sitting president or vice president to be tried until they leave office after the end of their designated term or through impeachment and removal. This is because the constitutional "separation of powers" doctrine provides that one branch of government, such as the judiciary, cannot unduly interfere with the workings of another branch, such as the executive branch. It is clear that, pursuant to federal statutes, a sitting president cannot be tried criminally, although it has not been decided whether the president can be indicted (the first step in the criminal process) while in office or whether the vice president has the same protections as the president. Thus, even if a court did not dismiss a lawsuit outright on sovereign immunity grounds, it would almost certainly stay (i.e. pause) any lawsuit against the president and vice president.
Also, it is painfully obvious that the best way to prevent another false flag attack is to impeach. And -- because Kucinich has included the fake Iraq-911 connection as a basis for impeachment -- the hearings into whether the administration lied about Iraq having something to do with 9/11 may open a door for looking at who really did carry out 9/11.
So show up at your congress member's local office, call, write, send faxes, and email everyone you know and tell them to do the same thing.
If you don't know where to start, here's what After Downing Street recommends:
Phone Chairman Conyers at 202-225-5126 and ask him to start the impeachment of Dick Cheney; and phone your own Congress Member at 202-224-3121 and ask them to immediately call Conyers' office to express their support for impeachment. Your Congress Member might be one of the three needed**, not just to keep impeachment activists out of jail but to keep this nation from devolving into dictatorship.
*This is not a Republican versus Democratic issue. Indeed, as high-level constitutional scholars have pointed out, if Bush and Cheney are not impeached, then the next Democratic president will inherit and use the same fascist laws and precedents that the current administration has created. This is an issue of constitution versus police state, freedom versus fascism, and sanity versus chaos.
**House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers has said that if three more Congress Members sign Kucinich's impeachment bill, he will start the impeachment proceedings.

-which makes her a certifiable "Truther" by most standards
Even so, she falls short of making absolute statements that 9/11 was an inside job.

thats one thing thats always irked me a bit-- asking people to investigate for themselves while simultaneously stating that so and so was responsible.

Impeachment Call
Has everyone called their representative? It only takes seconds. I emailed everyone I know. If we all do this maybe we can find 3 patriotic congress people to join ranks with Conyers. There is still time. Get away from your computer and make the phone call.
I emailed my Rep in Congress today.
Also, today I emailed at least 90 senators (www.senate.gov) regarding impeaching Bush and Cheney, the 'next 9/11 attack' and I included the article by Paul Craig Roberts from Online Journal entitled "My wake-up call: Watch for another 9/11-WMD experience" and told them if another 9/11 happened the first two people we would suspect would be Bush and Cheney.

ARLINGTON, Va. -- Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan on Monday moved another step -- actually several thousand of them -- toward carrying out her promise to run against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi because the California Democrat won't consider impeachment proceedings against President Bush.
Sheehan and about 200 other war protesters began walking from Arlington National Cemetery to the Capitol Hill office of Rep. John Conyers, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, where any impeachment proceedings would begin. Sheehan said she would ask Conyers to initiate impeachment proceedings against both Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.
"Impeachment is not a fringe movement, it is mandated in our Constitution; Nancy Pelosi had no authority to take it off the table, " Sheehan told her group of orange-clad activists Monday. "If Nancy Pelosi doesn't do her constitutionally mandated job by midnight ... I will announce that I'm going to run against her."

Impeachable offence?

Looks more like crucifiable, electrocutable offences to me.
Forgive me, if I am a bit hopeless about demanding our "representatives" anything. After all, they were the ones who gave away their constitutional function to declare war, didn't bother to really investigate 911, voted for the Constitution-mangling Patriot Act, etc, etc. What can you realistically hope from this Congress, if you have to exert enormous public pressure to make it perform even the most basic functions? The entire freakin' Congress is treasonous!
It is truly amazing how powerless American people really are! If a congressman derelicts his constitutional duty, what can you do? Not elect him the next time? A President can commit a crime, and the only thing you can do is to impeach? Remember the Clinton impeachment? -- Big freakin' deal!!! Another easily manageable official whitewash like 911 Commission.

At this point, after it has been made clear that Conyers and the Congress are choosing to remain impotent in terms of actually pulling off this impeachment, treason trials are the most natural way forward I would say. The conviction of treason leads to immediate impeachment and other things too. check out this article:

Misprision of treason is one of the things that our movement can focus on the weekend of the eleventh. Setting up at a federal buildig on a friday and giving some treason packs to federal judges offices.
Someone like Norman Mineta can be held accountable to misprision of treason because he now knows that the 9-11 Commission lied about when Cheney was in the bunker and he was a direct witness to what looks like the treasonous act of the stand down order. I think that lying to the 9-11 Commission could be considered Treason in that it gives aid and comfort to the enemies who attacked us on 9-11.

Several of those who sat in refused to walk and were carried or dragged out of the Rayburn Office Building, as the activists in the hall chanted "Shame on Conyers! Shame onConyers!" and "Arrest Bush, Not the People!"
