Neocons, the Bible, False Flags and Martial Law

By now, you have probably heard that the government has been training ministers to convince their congregations to submit to government authority in the event of a martial law crackdown, based upon Romans 13 (see also this).

Fundamentalist Christians argue that Romans 13 states that Christians must submit to government authority, since the government is divinely empowered and sustained. This is actually the argument which Adolph Hitler used in order to convince the German churches to follow him and his policies.

However, Romans 13 does not teach subservience. Rather, as explained by a Baptist minister, Romans 13 actually says something very different:

"Paul … said, ‘Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.’ Meaning, our obedience to civil authority is more than just ‘because they said so.’ It is also a matter of conscience. This means we must think and reason for ourselves regarding the justness and rightness of our government's laws. Obedience is not automatic or robotic. It is a result of both rational deliberation and moral approbation.

Therefore, there are times when civil authority may need to be resisted. Either governmental abuse of power or the violation of conscience (or both) could precipitate civil disobedience."

The Bible therefore requires that Christians resist imposition of martial law based upon false pretenses or upon an abuse of power.

Similarly, Romans 13 teaches that any government that is a "terror to good works" is acting beyond its authority and must be resisted.

Therefore, Romans 13 compels us to resist and remove from power elements of the U.S. government which participated in the 9/11 attacks or are planning to carry out further false flag attacks.

And remember that neoconservatives use religion to manipulate people, even though they themselves are usually not religious. So the government hacks pushing Romans 13 as an excuse for fascism and government-sponsored terror likely do not themselves even believe in the Bible.

Note: Please pass this on to every Christian you know.

This is not meant as an attempt to convert non-Christians to Christianity. 85% of the American population identifies itself as Christian, and millions more identify themselves as Jewish. Therefore, it is aimed at the vast majority of Americans who already believe in the Bible, or those who wish to reach them. If you are an atheist, mocking Christians will not help to persuade them of your view - it will just make them defensive. But educating them about what their own faith really teaches might help to persuade them.

GW, I admire your effort but I think it would help us if we

all kept in mind that those who base the important decisions of their life and their country on a book of stories are generally not very receptive to reason and common sense. I think this is part of the reason our nation is where it is today.

Still, it dosen't hurt to try. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst...

Without trying to defend or refute

any particular person's religious beliefs, I will again note that perhaps 90% of the country believes in the Bible. If we give up on that 90%, 9/11 truth will fail.

Moreover, look at the great people like David Ray Griffin, Steve Jones, Bob Bowman, etc. who are devout Christians.

Finally, Christianity is not as monolithic as you might think. There is a lot of diversity within the 90%. Some Christians believe we need to start a nuclear war so that the Second Coming will happen faster. Others are highly intelligent, educated, and devoted to 9/11 truth. The second group has to reach as many of the rest as possible to save our country...

Jesus Is an Anarchist. The Governments are Ruled by Satan.

Nowhere does the New Testament state that the governments of the world are instituted by God. Paul writing in Romans 13 is referring to Jesus Christ being the genuine ruler appointed by God, and the only sword He bears is a figurative one: the Truth, i.e., the Word of God. Paul elsewhere wrote that the only genuine potentate is Jesus Christ, saying that Jesus "is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords" (1 Timothy 6:15). But those who remain in the spirit of Christ are co-potentates along with Him (Revelation 5:10). As Jesus said, all who use literal physical force (e.g., a sword), will thereby die by it, i.e., that such is very much in vain (Matthew 26:52; Revelation 13:10).

Indeed, Jesus Christ and the New Testament teach that all the governments in the world are ruled by Satan.

Also bear in mind that Jesus Christ is a convicted felon: one who received the death penalty by government. Jesus Christ and His parents Joseph and Mary were also fugitives who fled from government to Egypt. Furthermore, John the Baptist and Paul were also convicted felons who received the death penalty by government. Indeed, Paul wrote that "Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution," referring to legal persecution by the government (2 Timothy 3:12).

And the below passages make clear just how unrighteous and iniquitous an occupation Jesus Christ considers tax collection to be (Matthew 5:46,47; 18:17):

"For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?"

"And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector." [NKJV, as below.]

And no wonder, as Jesus Christ gave the Golden Rule as the ultimate social ethic (see Matthew 7:12; Luke 6:31; see also Matthew 19:19; 22:36-40; Mark 12:28-34; Luke 10:25-28; John 15:12,17; 13:15,34,35; 1 John 3:11,12,23; 4:11,20,21). Yet all governments are founded upon a continuous violation of the Golden Rule, as they all do unto others what they prohibit others to do unto them (e.g., with their enforcement of a coercive monopoly on the law and their collection of taxes, which they call "extortion" and "theft" if done by others upon them), i.e., they all follow the Luciferian Principle, which is the opposite of the Golden Rule.

Jesus Christ and the New Testament teach that Satan as the god and ruler of this world and that all the governments of the world are ruled by Satan. Directly below is the New Testament doctrine on this matter:

1 Corinthians 2:6-8: However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

1 Corinthians 15:23,24: But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ's at His coming. Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.

2 Corinthians 4:3,4: But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

Ephesians 6:12: For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Luke 4:5-8: Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, "All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours."

And Jesus answered and said to him, "Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, "You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.'" [See also Matt. 4:8-10.]

Revelation 13:2: Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon [Satan] gave him his power, his throne, and great authority [i.e., over all the governments of the earth].

John 12:31: [Jesus:] "Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out."

John 14:30: [Jesus:] "I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me."

John 16:8-11: [Jesus:] "And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged."

Revelation 19:19-21: And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest [i.e., all the kings of the earth and their armies] were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.

Another pertinent verse which 'Christian' authoritarians love to ignore is Acts 5:29: 'Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.'

Religion vs. Spirituality

I believe people like Griffin, Bowman, Jones ect. are true Christians. A true Christian is not always a religious person. I believe that religion is the greatest form of mind control yet invented and at it's extreme, physiological fascism. (control and manipulation through fear and guilt) A true Christian follows spiritual law, not religious dogma. All the Carpenters teachings can be summed up in one sentence, "Love one another." The only spiritual law. The law of love. The word spiritual means giver of energy or life. As strange as it sounds we must love this NWO gang back to life. Not an easy task I must say.

George, You Are A Deist

The founding fathers were not Christians, but Deists. They believe that God was relflected in logic, reason and nature.

George Washington was not a fascist, either. Let's roust these tyrants from power before 911 2B.

Like Fire, Religion Can Be Harmful, or Helpful

I think this is an important topic, and hope to see more discussion and entries on it from time to time.

I'm presently reading THE MIRACLE DETECTIVE by Rolling Stone contributing editor Randall Sullivan. I think it is synchronistic that it is published at this time, because this may be a miraculous point in history. In any case, it is a great read for spiritually inclined people as well as atheists.

I recently finished reading MISQUOTING JESUS written by a biblical scholar. He explains some of the more important of the thousands of large and small misquotations caused by copyists through the centuryies -- some intentional. For instance: He shows convincingly that the main writings of Paul upon which many of the fundamentalist male superiority beliefs are based, were intentionally changed.

9/11 Truth Ends War

Typical of This Lot

This argument that Christians MUST submit to government is so typical of this lot. WHen I was still Christian, I was taught that we did not have to obey immoral orders...luckily, as another poster has noted, Christianity is not a monolithic institution, and not all Christians buy everything the Bible has to say. Sure, the ignorant fundie population might buy this BS, but many other Christians will not.
