Day After Report Needs Further Study

The following is a revised version of a post at: http://ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/Portland-Nuclear-Inquest/

The Harvard "Day After" Report is a very disturbing document that should be brought forward to the 9/11 Truth community.

Please download and save this document.

This report is a blueprint for martial law "lite." The report is disturbing from the participants in this "planning" group to many of the conclusions in the report. The"technical" data is first rate and very useful.

Here are some of the things I find very disturbing about this
document.

Origins of Report:

This report was a summary of a series of planning meetings by reps from several segments of society. It was written by Ashton B. Carter and William J. Perry from Harvard and Stanford Universities. Other the other "reports" these guys have written...

− Plan B for Iran
− The U.S.-India Nuclear Deal.
− Plan B for North Korea

"Plan B for Iran" does not call for an immediate war with Iran. The report concludes that diplomatic means should be followed first. "Plan B" for North Korea does call for a nuclear strike against North Korea's nuclear capacity.

The report comes from a little get together called "The Day After
Workshop"...just some guys discussing nuclear terror over coffee and a buffet lunch. All the "participants" were vetted for "membership" through the Council on Foreign Relations. No notes, transcripts or any documentation of these meetings were recorded.

"Findings and Recommendations":

"The federal government should stop pretending that state and local officials will be able to control the situation on the Day
After."..."Yet this fiction persists stubbornly in the nation's
preparedness bureaucracies at all levels: state and local governments guard their supposed "authorities" under the federal system"..."On the first day after the event, of course, federal assets will not yet have made it to the scene. But shortly thereafter they should plan to outnumber and supercede the state and local responders." Page 11

Well that explains why they weren't too interested in working with the Mayor or the Local cops in Portland during Operation Noble resolve...they plan on a FEDERAL INVASION and TAKEOVER ANYWAY. (BTW do we really want guys planning for us that
can't spell "supersede"?)

The term "Follow On Attacks" appears several times in the document so the "planners" are assuming a second nuke...maybe more. At least they'll use that idea to scare the **Bleep** out of everyone.

This is part of the orchestrated chaos necessary for cover-up!

But shortly thereafter they should plan to outnumber and supercede the state and local responders." I am still searching for a great article I saw before Noble Resolve came to Portland, which speaks directly to the issue of state and local authorities throughout the country, are claiming that they are being marginalized by DHS and other Federal agencies.

Can anyone help me locate? It was within the past 3 weeks, and it was probably a progressive, online source.

Thanks~~ S

Interesting Job posting on Craigslist in Portland...
