This film and book discuss the CIA’s experimentation with using electric shock to break people down. Yet, the more important point of these works is that a broader “shock” to the systems of a people as a whole, like say 9/11, can have the kind of impact the CIA was searching for in their tests, one that breaks down a whole society and makes them so fearful they are open to nefarious suggestions.

This is the exact actions of the Cheney administration!
I agree that she has some very good light to shead here,. people need to be exposed to this info. and understand that the events of the last 6 years and longer have been following this shock principle. 9/11 is indeed the granddaddy of socially engeniered system shocks,. as well the inaction proceding the Katrina desaster and the subsequent unleashing of the private military forces in the name of security,. and the full-on privatisation of every little thing that could possably be corpratized and handed to privat capitalists is another prime example of this socially enginered shock mechanism being put in play by the sickly twisted greedmonger neo-cons.
If people know the game plan they will be better able to fight against this anti-democratic elite rule mentality,. that is bringing the world into the age of corporate fudalism,. . sure goverment does not work the way the neo-cons run it,. . that IS their game plane; destory all programes of social uplift, and replace them with oppressive capitalism gone way worng,. Ron Paul can kiss my anarcho-socialist ass. yeah that is aimed at you fools that support that twit! the only thing he say that makes any sence is that the federal resurve system is a sick lie and monitary reform is needed. I would be rich too if i could lend money at interest that I don't even have. lol ! Other than that Ron Paul is an anarcho-capitalist with no sence of a society of people., sorry I'm just sick of all the spammage around the net from these kids.
