9/11 Truth Beach Party

Deciding to try something new for visibility, our meetup group had an all day beach party for the truth a couple weeks ago. It was a great day, and we got tons of visibility. The best part was when the lifeguard came by to talk to us. I thought he was going to yell at us for our banner being offensive, but instead he thanked us and explained that he has been a truther for months, and thought he was all alone in our city! The more we put ourselves out there, the more people will get on board!

Awesome idea/execution
One small suggestion: great, professional sign, but maybe you could print the type on both sides, so people could see it coming or going? Or, wouldn't that work?

Great idea. Definately putting a more appealing edge on things.
Ok, I feel that it's necessary to share a story here, because this can be fun, and you don't have to look like you are crazy. 9/11 Truth can be the "cool, cutting edge" thing to be doing.
I was at LarkFest here in Albany, and a circle of people had formed. I was wearing my 9/11 Truth.org shirt and had a courier bag, and looked mildly official. These girls turned and were like "Can we get up on stage?" I was like - "No. I decide, and I say no." The one girl turns to me and says, "It's my birthday! Want to dance with me?" So I start dancing with her, and about 15 seconds in, I say "You've just earned yourself a movie." Then, her rediculously hot girl friend starts grinding on me and says, "I want a movie too." I'm like: "You're gonna have to work for it." - So she starts grinding on me and then pointing out friends who want movies. It was my favorite 9/11 Truth moment ever. Keep it fresh and exciting! Let's spread the truth!

yeah this movement is definitely turning hip and cool, which is awesome. we need to get rid of the generic "crazy weirdo" stigma previously attached to it

You have to keep it fun, and this was a phenomenal bit of activism. Up here in Vancouver, we've had some fun on the beach as well. :-)
