It doesn't look like it. He wasn't in the NYC 9/11/07 preview, and I assume we would have heard about it by now if he were involved.
This is 100% pure conjecture
They may be trying to lay low so as to not take gunfire.
That may be a good thing
We already know that the media frenzy if he is involved would be enormous. Would that be more media exposure for the film (positive, not that it needs it) or would it be a distraction (negative)?
I'd like the movie to be talked about and judged on its merits, not on the MSM's likely spin: "Has Charlie finally gone off the deep end?" "Is it right for Hollywood actors to be involved in activism?", etc, etc. That makes it too easy for people to write it off as "that Charlie Sheen propaganda movie."
Like most things in 9/11 Truth, there's always a trade-off. Is "all publicity good publicity"? Or is it a distraction, a convenient cop-out for the media to avoid discussing the actual content of the film?
New Documentaries.
I've seen almost all of the movies it seems. I will be looking forward to seeing Endgame and Loose Change: Final Cut. Hopefully they provide a spark to the movement and sit atop the Google Top 100 List for a long while and break the records for views etc on other sites. I feel the story is going to break soon. Maybe these will provide the spark we need.
Is Cuban involved?
Will there be a theater release in the US or not? This film has the opportunity to provide a spark to the movement insofar as it is a theater release which gets publicity and then goes to video stores for rentals like "Fahrenheit 9/11" or "An Inconvenient Truth." Otherwise it is another in a long line of great truth docs on Google.
If they couldn't get Sheen, perhaps they were able to get Ed Asner or some other celebrity to help provide the media spark? It takes celebrity involvement to create a buzz. I am hopeful.

That's sort of been my understanding--the 'loose change' is all the facts surrounding 9/11 that the major media have let slip through their fingers; and when you gather together all that 'loose change,' count it and see what it adds up to.
It may have to do with the fact that Donald Rumsfeld announced
that 2.3 trillion (yes, trillion) dollars in Pentagon transactions were unaccounted for, on 9/10/01!
Rummy made this incredible statement the day before 9/11!!! As if he were talking about misplaced pennies, nickels, & dimes or something!
Why the title "Loose Change"
Actually, the title is a suggestion on what the film is intended to do... to loose or unleash change upon the nation and the world, in response to a U.S. government controlled by criminal elements.

What happened to the pocket change that was on 3,000 victims? Was there a lot of it laying around? Did it melt? Was any scientific testing done on it? One day, when the LC boys said that we would soon find out what Loose Change means, I had a hunch that this might be a bombshell waiting to explode.

They made the movie with the loose change in their pockets . . . they waited tables . . . this was originally a college film project . . . they started out to create fiction but after researching changed course.

As someone who has seen the NYC Loose Change screening, and someone who's seen Endgame on repeated occasions, I can say for certain that these films will not disappoint.
