NYC M.E. Rules Against Another 9/11 Responder

As I said here, "Dr. Charles Hirsch should be investigated, and his license to practice medicine taken away."

PBA President Furious Over Ruling On James Godbee

NEW YORK (CBS) ― There was outrage Monday night over another controversial ruling by New York City's Medical Examiner.

Some say the ruling disrespects yet another first responder who worked on the debris pile at ground zero.

The family and friends of police officer James Godbee are furious.

"This is ridiculous, an outrage," said Patrolmen's Benevolent Association president Patrick Lynch said.

Lynch was speaking for many Monday in his fury at City Medical Examiner Charles Hirsch, who refuses to say a hero cop who died of lung disease after working for hundreds of hours at ground zero was a 9/11 homicide.

The reason? Godbee started work on Sept. 13.

"This medical examiner once again proves that he's looking at this from a litigation standpoint rather than a right and wrong standpoint," Lynch said.

In a letter to Godbee's widow, Michelle, Hirsch wrote:

"We must adhere to the principle that fatalities caused by work related or inhalation of dust … are classified as natural deaths."

Lawyer Michael Barasch represents Det. James Zadroga, another 9/11 hero cop who died of lung disease. He says it doesn't make any difference once you started to breathe the toxic dust at ground zero

"The building was burning for 99 days," Barasch said. "You were breathing the exact same air.

Lynch and Barasch say Hirsch has too much power, and that a blue ribbon commission should be set up to review each ground zero first responder death. Mayor Michael Bloomberg disagrees.

"This city is lucky as I said to have Dr. Hirsch," Bloomberg said. "He is scrupulously honest and has nothing to do with politics. Having a blue ribbon commission just says lets decide based on political reasons."

A spokesman for the medical examiner refused to comment, saying that the letter speaks for itself.

The mayor did praise officer Godbee, saying he was "exactly the kind of police officer you want in this city."

He said the 9/11 Memorial Commission, which he chairs, should find a way to recognize 9/11 responders.

Outrage is Right

"This is ridiculous, an outrage."
Right ON !
That's exactly what I thought when I read about "Urban Moving Systems"
And "The Dancing Israelis"
These are obviously the people to sue,or whatever, once you take your country back.
Prove me wrong.
Feel free to left any contrary evidence here.

Whatever...

Thanks AGAIN, Jon Gold

For staying on top of this. It's great to have you on the east coast and keeping us all informed about the ongoing plight of our brothers and sisters.

I have to say that this is starting to really *(^&*&^%#*(&* me off! (and that's not an easy thing to do)

Dr. Charles Hirsch needs to become a focus, we need to turn the heat up on this guy and get some justice for the first responders and their families who are getting massively screwed by this political hack. We need to organize a campaign (or hyper promote an existing one) to out this guy in the media and make him the pariah he aspires to be.

(I must say I'm also getting tired of all these children who vote down anything you post, no matter what the content is)

Are you going to Boston for the Tea Party or doing one in Philly again?

I hope that you and yours are well.

Keep up the great work!

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Children...

Or something else? I tend to think it's because the information I post is incriminating. Certainly there are some immature individuals that are voting everything I say down because it doesn't coincide with whatever theory is most precious to them, however, I think it might be something else as well.

Should the person who changed EPA report be charged forhomicide?

I think you have the essential part of the problème for the government when you say his death was a a 9/11 homicide. If all the deaths past and future are homicide cases does that not mean that some one was responsable for their deaths like the person or persons that changed the EPA air quality report ?
I find that "Loose Change Final Cut" brings out this point very well.
Everyone knows that asbesos and other poisons found in the WTC dust are killers. The person that changed the EPA report had to know it too or why change the report ?

Wake up USA

Yeah - but who brought down the Towers ?This is why the health problems occurred.
Personally I'd like to question the guys who had the explosives in their van - and the guys caught filming the towers 'to record the event' and those celebrating the explosions - including the guy flicking the lighter for the camera.
I'd maybe check out Dominic Suter and the Urban Moving System boys.
But America doesn't seem to give a shit or can't figure it out. Sad.

A court case would call for a detailled analysis of the WTC dust

A court case would call for a detailled analysis of the WTC dust and the public risk to learn that there is minuscule droplets of molten steel (Iron spherules ) and glass ( sized less than 100 microns ) in the WTC samples.

http://www.911blogger.com/node/9590

It takses more than a hammer to smash a piece of glass into 50 micron sized partiles.

The public might learn that the mercury in the computer micro chips was liberated in the air. They might ask how was it possible that the WTC towers brought down by gravity ,could by a compressive force dissintegrate the office material into such small micro sized particlules.
The toxic dust was laced with asbestos, mercury, silica, fiberglass, lead, PCBs, chromium, jet fuel, and other potentially hazardous materials. How do we explain all this by a gravity fall of the towers ?

You see a court case on these homicides might bring up questions very embarrasing to reply to.

Yes - which means they don't

Yes - which means they don't hope to hide this forever, therefore they are STALLING - stalling for what is what worries me.

Alienating ground zero cops

is a bad idea if "they" want to keep them silent about the secrets of ground zero. Expect more whistle blowers to come out.

I agree.

& to add. With all the shit that happened to our firemen, and first responders i find it hard to believe they have'nt unite together to raise some hell. What was ,and is being done to these hero's makes me sick.

Dr. Charles Hirsch is low

Dr. Charles Hirsch is low life. What a disgrace.
