My Challenge To Discovery Channel MythBusters

I went to the MythBusters forums to submit a show idea related to steel-framed building collapses only to find the following information:

"Please, do not post show ideas that are 9/11 conjecture. They will be removed as they are reported.

Curious, I emailed them about this:

Dear Discovery Channel, I went to the Mythbusters website with a show idea, but was discouraged by what I read. I wanted to see if Mythbusters can discredit the myth that fire can collapse steel-framed buildings, as was reported to have happened to 3 buildings on September 11th, 2001. This is something that has never before and has never again happened to any other steel framed buildings since that date. The curious nature of these collapses is why people are interested to learn more about them, especially when you take into consideration the 3rd building to fall on 9/11, World Trade Center Building Seven, was not even hit by a plane. Currently millions of Americans are questioning the official building collapse myth of 9/11, including over 200 architectural and engineering professionals (see www.ae911truth.org). However, when I visited the Mythbusters website to post my show idea I was shocked when I read the following information:
"Please, do not post show ideas that are 9/11 conjecture. They will be removed as they are reported."
I am wondering why 9/11 related subject matter is considered inappropriate for Mythbusters. Why are the events of one day in the entire history of mankind considered too taboo for your show?
