Otherwise it's fairly straightforward, Steve B is Steve Bongardt, Ali S is Ali Soufan, Jen M is Jennifer Maitner. I have a sneaking suspicion "Richard" (aka "Rich" and "Rich B") is Richard Bissell III, but I'm not so sure about that.

Wilshire was at the heart of almost everything that went wrong in terms of intelligence sharing in the run-up to 9/11 - the repeated failures to tell the FBI about Almihdhar and Alhazmi and the Moussaoui case - that's some coincidence.
