How Faith Can Be Illuminating or Blinding

According to David Ray Griffin, "People of faith" are often accused of allowing their faith to override evidence. With regard to 9/11, the greatest obstacle to seeing the truth---that 9/11 was an inside job---is not the lack of evidence but what can be called "nationalist faith"---the belief that America is the "exceptional nation," whose leaders never deliberately do anything truly evil, at least to their own citizens. David Ray Griffin is a HERO - Thank you Mr. Griffin !!!

David Ray Griffin is relentless, genius, and a true American patriot in the sense of our founding fathers.

What can we do to make sure that DRG's work is read by a majority of Americans? This new
potentially blockbuster action thriller, "The Shell Game," by NY Times best selling novelist, Steve Alten,
quotes David Ray Griffin's research.

If we, as a truth movement can massively spread the word to all DRG fans, and all demanding a new
9/11 investigation . . . in the next 90 days we can drive "The Shell Game" to #1, and David Ray Griffin's
name and work may become a household name, because Americans LOVE action thrillers.

Also www.TheShellGame.net has David Ray Griffin's books in its "recommended reading" section.

At www.TheShellGame.net you'll find to 90 second trailers for "The Shell Game," on a "911 Truth Trailer"
and the other an "Oil War Trailer." These are highly educational warning of the danger of neo-cons
creating a false flag terror strike to fool Americans into Iran, as well as informing the viewer about
"The Shell Game."

By spreading the word wide, fast, and far on "The Shell Game," we may gain tens of thousands of new readers, who knows, maybe millions of new readers for David Ray Griffin's brilliant non-fiction books.

BUT, the corporate media that would normally celebrate a NY Times best selling author's books, will likely
NOT help an explosive book like "The Shell Game" to success. HOWEVER, corporate media will
have to cover it and the 9/11 issues it raises IF WE AS A MOVEMENT DRIVE IT TO #1. THEY CAN'T

Here's an idea on how to wake up those friends and family still

Here's an idea on how to wake up those friends and family still asleep on 9/11 issues.

Get several copies of "The Shell Game" and tell them to read this new great
"action thriller." BUT ALSO, slip this DVD in the package with the novel.

So, after they read the novel, "The Shell Game" they can see DRG's DVD.

By doing this we let those friends and family that the raw truth was too much for,
get their antennas activated by a good action fiction book, that mentions DRG's research
in a chapter heading.

THEN, after they finish the novel, they'll be curious as to "what else does this
David Ray Griffin" have to say????"

You see, once we as a movement drive "The Shell Game" to #1, then it'll appear in
supermarkets, car washes, stop & shops, super saver stores, etc. etc.

'Nationalist Faith' made me think of global government...

It's a term that I've heard used before by supporters of global government. DRG actually believes that it would be good to have a global government (as he mentioned in that debate he did with George Monbiot).

I think it's a terrible idea. Milton Friedman once wrote:

"Government power must be dispersed. If government is to exercise power, better in the county than in the state, better in the state than in Washington. If I do not like what my local community does, be it in sewage disposal, or zoning, or schools, I can move to another local community, and though few may take this step, the mere possibility acts as a check. If I do not like what Washington imposes, I have few alternatives in this world of jealous nations."

Actually Nationalist Faith

is pretty much what I have been saying for years to try and describe the total ignorance we see from at least 50% of the US population.
No matter how much irrefutable evidence you present to these "faithful" OCT nut bags they react exactly as a Young Earth Creationist does to the absolute fact of the earth NOT being 6000 years old and Evolution. They simply stick their fingers in their ears and shout LALALALALAAALLAla while flatly denying irrefutable fact and calling Science a faith, in fact the more irrefutable data you put in front of them the stronger their "faith" becomes. These Nationalist Faith lunatics are exactly the same, its really a very damaging mind plague.
Once someone has made up their mind on what they "want" to believe especially if they have "invested" themselves in arguing about it then there is NOTHING you can say that will EVER change this persons mind.

Anyone that can watch WTC7 collapse in 6.5 seconds in its own footprint and not at least question it is clearly suffering from this nationalist faith mind plague.

Sadly you have about the same chance of convincing these poor deluded souls the FACT that these buildings could not have possibly collapsed in the manner that they did without the use of explosives as you would of convincing some Young Earth Creationist that the Earth is in fact Billions of years old.

The USA is wrapped & tied with this same type of sheer lunacy where faith trumps fact.

This applies very well to DailyKos

I always feel a need for some kind of purification after visiting that site. How narrow-minded can some people who think they are "progressive" be?

Public Access - How about FSTV?

FSTV is a channel that often shows programs like those listed. Recently they have shown repeatedly 9/11 Press for Truth. These videos should be offered to FSTV.

Enact real democracy at www.ni4d.us.

Uh, Patrick...

I think it's important to provide proper context when criticizing an individual for using certain terminology. I think what Dr. Griffin most likely meant is that a "global governing body" of freedom loving individuals bent on world peace would be ideal. Please don't conflate his words with global totalitarianism, as though he's some sort of secret enemy of 9/11 truth and justice. We have enough on our plate and Griffin is an invaluable asset to our movement.

Hehe, DRG is obviously not for global totalitarianism...

I apoloigize if it sounded like I was inferring that.
From that Monbiot debate it sounds like he is for some type of democratic global government. That's the only time I've heard him mention so I don't know in detail what his views on this are.

However, I just wanted to mention it because I think it's a terrible idea.

It's ok, you're not the only one

who's recently said something similar without clarifying. David Griffin is our "Ace" card because he's pretty much untouchable. Anything happens to him, 9/11 truth goes viral. Period. I agree that a "Democratic" global government would be bad, because it would turn out to be anything but Democratic. Look what happened to the American experiment. Our "founders" conquered this land (through genocide) with the ideal of becoming a Democratic nation. Needless to say they failed miserably, and that's the best case scenario. My personal opinion is that our "founders" were globalist FreeMasons who were secretly plotting world domination...yep, even way back then. Any pride we've been brainwashed into having is based on a lie.
As for Griffin, his optimism in humanity is commendable but he should understand that power corrupts and a global government would not be able to remain benign. I think he knows this deep down.

Yeah good point...

he must know deep down that it would be a failure. I guess that hold that view as a very hypothetical ideal.

The claim that the Founding Fathers were actually globalist FreeMasons sounds ridiculous. What evidence do you base that on?

Have you heard Ayn Rand's view on why the Republic has failed? She argued that it was because the Constitution wasn't tight enough and that there were flaws in it that allowed statism to creep in. From what I've seen I would agree with her take.
