Osama Bin Laden's son: "Maybe they made a copy of my father"

This was broadcasted yesterday on Belgian Public Television channel Eén, in the programme "Koppen"

Omar Bin Laden, Osama's Son speaks:

"Last time i saw my father on TV, he looked like my father...but sometimes...something very strange...makes you feel difficult to believe this is the same person as your father. ... Maybe they made a copy of my father and say he says this or he says that"

The complete item can be viewed here.

...

He does not recognise his father

He does not recognise his father when they make him say stuff through voice cloning and frozen video.

Talk about "living the lie"!

Pop's "appearances" in recent years are CGI (and not even especially good CGI: Pixar could've done a whole lot better) and, as lesage notes, voice cloning.

Hey, it's not easy being the son of a top CIA operative -- especially one whose last "assignment" has been to be fictionalized as still living when actually dead.

True about his freedom

He seems one of us, if you saw the complete movie: Nice guy, If only he would get away from his granny,

Then they arrested the driver and left the son free.

the question that brought press briefing to abrubt end

7/17/07 Press Briefing by White House Homeland Security Advisor Fran Townsend

Q Fran, do you know if Osama bin Laden is still on a dialysis machine, is he still ill? What? I mean, could you tell us about that? I mean, because -- it might be laughable, but people are finding it hard, six years this man is sick, moving around from cave to cave, and can't be found -- with a dialysis machine?
MS. TOWNSEND: Have you ever been to the tribal areas? I suspect not.
Q No, I haven't, but I've seen some great pictures from Ken Herman as to the rough terrain over that way. (Laughter.)
MS. TOWNSEND: It's not exactly easy. If it were easy he'd be dead.
Q But it's not easy for him to travel around with medics and machinery if he's sick. I mean, is he -- do you know from your intelligence if he's still sick? What do you know about that?
MS. TOWNSEND: I'm not going to talk about that.
Thank you.

If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention.

Not "CGI." Not "voice cloning."

The following analysis shows the crudity and falseness of a recent bin Laden video:

Blackbeard Rising (From the Grave Again)
http://crimesofthestate.blogspot.com/2007/09/blackbeard-rising-from-grav...

In this video, bin Laden has lost a few years, before his beard turned all grey. The source material was from the mid 90s. They made it appear as though he was talking about recent events in a manner that would never pass the laugh test, if he wasn't speaking in Arabic.

They literally stop the image, so that it is frozen, and they piece together tiny bits of audio so that he says chopped up phrases during this time his image is frozen.

We all know the CIA could do better than tthat. So who's putting this out? Probably some privatized bunch of mongoloid mercenaries who think they have skills.

It boggles the mind.

Anyway, CIA gets on board and endorses this garbage as genuine, when in reality bin Laden probably died in December 2001 (of natural causes), or January 2002, as reported by the Taliban.
