The warnings of a second and third incoming plane

Abstract: Were there warnings of a second and third incoming plane, did they play a role for the decision to evacuate the Towers,
what's the official point of view.

You may know John Schroeders appearance in Loose Change FC.

Firefighter Schroeder made it all the way up to the 23rd floor before barely hearing on the failing radios that another plane was coming in.

Now I've had a hard dispute over this with some sort of a debunker, who claims, that there is no hint for such a warning. Nor in the 911CR neither in any other radio transmission records. Here are the links he presented:

Manhattan Fire Dispatch 8:46 - 9:34 a.m.:

Fire Brooklyn Dispatch Radio 8:47 - 9:35 a.m.:

All other radios transmissions about 6 hours to 9/11 afternoon

I do not heard all of it, but I assume it's true, there were no warnings recorded. Keep that in mind.

On page 288 of the 911CR it reads:
"Clearly, however, the prospect of another plane hitting the second building was beyond the contemplation of anyone giving advice.
According to one of our first chiefs to arrive, such a scenario was unimaginable, "beyond our consciousness".

On page 290:
"By... 8.57 am, FDNY had asked ... to evacuate the South Tower, because in their judgement the impact of the plane in the North Tower made the entire complex unsafe- not because of concerns of a possible second plane."

No hints for a radio transmission of a second plane attacking. (if we believe the confusion in the FAA and NEADS response to the hijacking and watch all television recordings between 8.46 am and 9:02 am I'm convinced that no other warning of a second plane approaching NY exists).
Comprehensible, as such a warning would lead to further questions- so the 911CR chose to ignore this one.

Yet we have the troubling statement by John Schroeder.

I'd searched the whole net for a long time and did found another corroboration of this radio transmission:

It is a qoute by Hursley Lever:

A two-way radio in the vehicle delivered even more unbelievable news: A second plane was about to strike the World Trade Center.

And even another one:
Chief Pfeifer himself:

There was one point there was a possibility of a second plane coming in and somebody
said something and I turned around to try to confirm that and we couldn't confirm that.

So it's fair to say that there was indeed a warning of a second plane approaching New York, before the South Tower was hit.

Regarding the "third plane":

Again Chief Pfeifer
One of the things that really should be mentioned is that very early on, Mike Hurley, the fire safety director, asked about evacuating the other tower. I mentioned that to Chief Hayden and we both agreed that it should be evacuated. This is a matter of a couple of seconds. We told them to evacuate the tower and that was very early on, which proved to save a lot of people and that was way before the second plane hit.

Mike Hurley was dead on evacuation.

Now we all know this quote:
“Right before the South Tower collapsed, I noticed a lot of people just left the lobby, and I heard we had a crew of all different people, high-level people in government, everybody was gone, almost like they had information that we didn’t have.” He says some of them are moving to a new command post across the street. [City of New York, 10/23/2001; Firehouse Magazine, 4/2002; Dwyer and Flynn, 2005, pp. 214]

So Chief Pfeifer did not know what this information was. It was the warning of a third plane:

Quote Michael (Mike) Hurley, the hero that advised a full evacuation of the entire complex:

"Following the attack on Two WTC, the situation became substantially more difficult, as the emergency response resources were divided to operate on two fronts. I remained with the FDNY incident commander in the north tower. During the course of events, a report surfaced regarding a third aircraft headed for New York City, and the possibility of additional attacks. Based on this information, FDNY directed all personnel to vacate. I remained with several chiefs and continued to work with them in the lobby. At some point, a decision was made to relocate the command post and I was requested to seek out an appropriate location across the street from the World Trade Center, and establish a new post."

Now a third plane isn't so startling after two had already hit the buildings, but, an interesting note, that Chief Pfeifer did not know this was the reason to evacuate, even as he was side by side with Mike Hurley.

I think it's safe to say that anyone with information especially about a second incoming plane knew more then others, e.g. did have insider knowledge of the plot. The fact that no such warning was recorded arouse my suspicion, but in the chaos of the day (see 911 commission report for radio transmission chapter 9.2) it seems possible, that someone radioed this warning without beeing detected or recorded. The 911CR behaviour is suspicious, too, as they had the same quotes and research ressources as I had and chose to ignore the warning about a second plane.

It remains a mystery like the warnings of a collapse issued by an unknown civil engineer of the port authority, documented by John Peruggia and the forewarnings that Giuliani had before the South tower collapsed. I assume as a working theory that someone want to keep the amount of victims as low as possible- or someone get cold feet.
