Justin Martell Questions White House Press Secretary Dana Perino on Bush Administration's Actions Regarding 9/11 Investigations
Here is the video. First, I'd like to thank Jon Gold for his help in creating this video, as his guidance has proved to be invaluable. The sources appear long enough for viewers to see the headline and source so that they can verify it if so inclined. Below the video are my comments to Perino:
Dana,
Thank you for the suggestion of checking my sources. If you take the time to read those articles, you will see that both sides of the aisle had issues with the way the Bush Administration dealt with the investigations of 9/11. Also, the people that were most affected by that day also had several issues with their conduct as well. With regard to your predecessors Ari Fleischer, Scott McClellan, and Tony Snow, if you could set up interviews for me with each of them, I would be more than happy to discuss this information. However, with regard to the last article cited in this video clip entitled, "9/11 - the big cover-up?", it is from September 2007, so I would also like to request another interview with you when you have the time. The recent news concerning Philip Zelikow from NYTimes Reporter Phil Shenon, to quote the September 11th Advocates, brings into question "the veracity of the entire Commission’s report." It also resulted in them calling for an entirely new investigation. In fact, that is the only article cited in this video that is not considered "mainstream". The reason for this is because what is considered "mainstream", did not bother to cover their request. This is not spin. This is a request by those most affected by that day to finally learn the who, how, and why of 9/11 so they can have some much deserved justice and solace.
It is true, we have not been attacked since September 11th, 2001, and thank God for that. However, as a result of that day, we have started two wars that are still going on, and thousands have been killed. We have changed our entire way of life here in America in the name of "Security". If that day is not what we were led to believe, then we need to know about it, and we need to know about it now.I hope this letter finds you in good spirits, as well as in good health. I also look forward to our next interview.

She advised the questioner to consider their sources.
I advise the viewer to recognize who her employer is.
She seemed to declare ignorance being new to the job, then later confidently implied that certain information sources were in error.
Like most 'climbers' in the human food chain, there may be little she won't do to secure and advance her position, including lie.

Don't take this the wrong way...
....because it's not remotely meant as criticism or Monday Morning Quarterbacking, because you couldn't predict how she would answer (her casting doubts on the "sources" and their "spin", from "the other side", whoever that is... Democrats? Give me a break), but it would've been really great if you all had had paper copies of all those mainstream news articles that you all switch to so effectively, to hand to her in person on video.

It is ironic that she cries "spin" when spin is her job. She is a professional liar.
When she repeats that "we have not been attacked since 9/11, and that is no accident" it is totally irrelevant to the question. Her implication is that not being attacked since is confirmation that the official conspiracy theory is correct. That is a red herring, a fallacy, flawed logic.
We have not been attacked since 911, except for the Anthrax letters and the Beltway Snipers, because the insiders have chosen not to pull another large false flag operation yet. They are the reason alright. They pulled off 911 and they haven't done another on our US soil since. They have prevented another attack by deciding not to do another attack. This is like the rapist expecting to be commended for rape prevention because he chose not to rape again, yet. How Machiavellian can you get?

It's almost laughable
It's almost laughable because it's just so unbelievable. These terrorists have not hit us once since 911?? You think that's because our homeland security is doing such a good job? They don't have to do anything... we have already been sold.
These terrorists are so darn crafty. They are so good at making car bombs... but not once has one gone off here in the US? Not ONCE? Good job bringing truth to power. I'd like to make a suggestion for the future which I've made to the WeAreChange crowd, as well:
People like Perino are the masters of spin. They are hired precisely because of their ability to deflect controversy. When confronting people like her, it's best to not ask questions that require listing so many background points, most of which are speculation, opinion or interpretation. Rather, pick ONE point and drill it home leaving no room to answer one part of your question while avoiding the meat. Deflectors are always looking for something you say to stray from the main point. The temptation when confronting high-level players is to "support" your argument with as much "damning" info as possible. This only works against you and you're supplying them with a way out of answering your questions.
So, in this case, your final question was, "Why the secrecy?" Characterizing the White House position as being "secretive" is an opinion and/or an interpretation, not a fact and certainly something a secretive cabal is not going to admit. You should assume the response will be as it has always been, "national security," and it will continue to be. In any event, the question is too general. A better question might be:
"The Bush administration refused the Taliban's offer to extradite Bin Ladden (citing date and location, etc) because we had no evidence of his guilt. After seven years, the FBI still has no hard evidence (according to its website, spokesman and even Meuller, himself [citing date and location of quote]) linking al-Qaida or Bin Laden to 9/11. Who else is a possible suspect and shouldn't we have hard evidence before we blame and attack another country?"
By leaving the question simple like this she has to answer you or some part of the question and hence, go on-record for something, which is the best we can hope for to ultimately catch them in a lie. If she is good, she will answer a question you didn't ask, which you have every right to interupt her and get her back on track. She could just not answer the question at all and risk looking "boxed in" as Silverstein did when WAC cornered him, asking, "What was the name of the fire commander you talked to about 'pulling' Building 7?
Keep questions short, simple, direct, fact-based and potent.
Anyway, thanks for your courage and for being respectful in your confrontations. You're a great spokesperson for the students of the movement and for the movement at-large.
