Oliver North Confronted; Video Footage Confiscated
Members of WeAreChange were physically removed from Louisville Exposition Center on Sunday after confronting Iran Contra figure Oliver North. Members questioned North on his involvement with Continuity of Government, the new 9/11 investigation and concentration camps in America.

I deeply feel for you guys,
I deeply feel for you guys, Oliver North and his group are pure evil. These criminals are being exposed for what they are. Then wrapping themselves in the cloak of patriotism in the picture books he writes. Movies like 'No End in Sight' and the events of 'Winter Soldier' show the real light of the illegal war on the lie of WMD and Al-CIA-da in Afghanistan.

I think we should mount a phone and fax campaign immediately on behalf of these fine patriotic Americans and our basic civil rights.

I'm sorry to hear about that guys. The cops had no legal right to confiscate your material.
I had one comment to make on Oliver North.
Recently Ron Paul spoke at a meeting in New Orleans about the supposed North American Union. Another speaker at this forum was Thomas Kilgannon of the Freedom Alliance. Oliver North is the honorary chair of the freedom alliance. Ron Paul should really choose his fellow speakers more carefully.
Paul seems to pride himself on freedom from government intervention, yet he does associate with friends of Oliver North, which can't be a good thing.
Others present at this conference were Tom Tancredo, Phyllis Schalffly, Jimmy Hoffa junior and Richard Norman, the fundraiser for Swift Boat Veterans for truth.
Just some food for thought.

It's sickening how Louisville Police attacked you & stole your property/evidence like that! (I'll bet the Feds had something to do with provoking all this.)
(It's probably expensive, but if possible you guys should have a camera(s) that transmit their signal over airwaves to a receiver located safely out of sight. That way you'll still have video of those who violate you.)

This sounds like a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment
Problems is...in our current state of police, the police have pretty much complete immunity in violating what use to the the Fourth Amendment. "Seach and seizure" law as is stands now is basically non-existent - thanks to "Patriot Act" and a stacked Neo-Con Supreme Court. Short of local administrative or Kentucky State law remedies which would need to be investigated by legal counsel from Kentucky your only Federal remedy would be a 1983 action. I wouldnt think a 1983 action would worth the effort at this time.
You know these storm-trooper cops were on order to act illegally - look at the event they were at!!! Next time, I would suggest to keep one of the party seperate from the rest. Have that person be descrete and blend into the crowd. Lets "mole" be the cameraman. If the "cops" fail to associate the "mole" with the main group, the "mole" will be able to record the event secretly. As long as the "mole" acts with annonimity, recording the illegal activities can be accomplished. Remember, the "cops" know what they are doing is illegal, the just want to confiscate and evidence that will challenge their lies in a court of law. What they done see, they dont know about And what they dont know about will defeat them.

Start simultaneously uploading all footage, or have 1 or more people stay "out of the fray" and tape the events from a safe distance. Make them look like they are not with the group.
Cameras should not be that hard to come by. A small local group of 5 or 6 truthers can each pony up 50 or 100 bucks... Get more cameras out there, keep some at a safe distance.
