Truithers Peaceful Constitution Signing In Hollywood Interrupted, Security Thug Trashes Freedom Sign

it's funny, i thunk up this idea so as to do something positive that would not be attacked but both times i have been out with Crena and other Truthers I have had security try to rain on my parade. just a "sign" of the times. and the last image of this video is unfortunately a powerful metaphor.

Good work! It takes lots of patience to deal with & educate some

private security goons. (Also, the private security thugs are dressed far too much like authentic police, IMO.)

Robins v. PruneYard Shopping Center

California: The California Supreme Court has held that its free speech clause protects citizens from private action as well as state action and grants issue-oriented free speech rights at a regional shopping center. "[S]peech and petitioning, reasonably exercised, in shopping centers even when the centers are privately owned" are protected by the California Constitution, the high court ruled. (Robins v. PruneYard Shopping Center)

That's why you can set up a table for petitions and to hand out information at WalMart and K-Mart and Raleys (Ralphs) and Safeway and in any mall or other public-access area and they cannot stop you.

Of course most of them will tell you that you do not have the right to do so. Just tell them that they are incorrect and have them call the police. It helps to have some backup materials to educate the police, too, because most police officers DO NOT know the law.

Of course, there are people who are trying to reverse the law. (mostly big business mall and shopping center owners)
