Peripheral to the issue

I went to the recommended site, Meet The TRUTHERS, at http://meetthetruthers.com . It looks good, but I was disconcerted to see the following line right at the top: "Think noone cares?". Is this spelling of "no one", which crops up on the internet from time to time, meant to be humorous, or whimsical? Is it a regional variation? I can't find any source on the internet that treats it as correct.
