The Red Pill Released Today (5/11) For Free
Today is the release date for the short documentary film "The Red Pill." The film, less than 20 minutes in length, is not meant for "the choir" and is instead meant as an introduction to the world of the shadow government, 9/11 truth and the importance of a new 9/11 investigation. This film was independently financed and is considered a labor of love. There is no profit motive involved. Not one cent will be made off this movie. Anyone with the slightest bit of a scientific mind or common sense must realize that is an absurd speed for any sort of gravity-driven "pancake" collapse.

That may refer to information that I haven't seen, but generally it is believed that Allende shot himself during the attack on the presidential palace:

I appreciate the work that went into this, but I am not sure if this was intended to be distributed exclusively on the internet. If that was the intention, i think you need to increase the font size, if you want people to be able to read all of the text- it was impossible for me to read the text on the invasion of Cuba- but maybe that wasn't the point of that segment.
This weekend I was really busy with the Truth Convergence in San Francisco, and we also did a shoot for the latest Richard Gage DVD. I was feeling sleep deprived, exhausted, and trying to stay awake on a long drive home by listening to the radio and I heard an interview with a storyteller who had studied mythology in depth. He also spent a lot of time with youth, particularly gang members from the Latino community. At some point he went into despair, because two of the teens he worked with were convinvced that they would not live to be 18 years old.
He decided to take them on a journey to Mexico, where they discovered their cultural roots, and found new strength and a larger sense of identity.
Psychologically, in the United States, people have been fed the "myths" of America and it is very hard for them to see those myths shattered, as well as their own sense of personal identity. I went through it myself in 1992 when I saw the film JFK- and took the red pill back then. I think what has enabled me to become an activist is a deeper sense of identity than "national identity" feeling a sense of connection with humanity and the larger struggles for peace, justice, against tyranny and oppression that have taken place over thousands of years. But part of it, is also the awareness of my own personal, family, national identity/karma and the sense of responsibility. I think educating American's about their genuine history is vital, but it can also drive some people into despair, if they don't have the strength, courage, support, vision, connections, community to help them process it and realize their personal power.
I'd like to see a film which doesn't just shake people up, but inspires them to join us.

Good points all, Carol -- agree about the font size and
type face. A serif font may look good in full-resolution production but gets all blurry when rendered and compressed. Better to use a sans serif font face. Keep it bigger than looks aesthetically pleasing and keep the color white or a strong contrast with whatever background is used.
At the risk of making this a bit longer, I would have liked to have seen the continuation of the background history through the Afghanistan/USSR conflict, Iraq/Iran conflict, first Gulf war, etc. I understand all this needs to be kept short. I think a movie like this should never get beyond a half hour. But beginning with the end of WW II up through Iran/Contra and then jumping from that to 9/11 without the all-important CIA involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq leaves aside very important RECENT contextualizations.
Your point, Carol, about American myths is an important one. We absolutely HAVE to convey to people that going up against this monster is not HOPELESS but EMPOWERING. To win, we have to believe that we can win. To even begin the struggle we have to believe that things can get better. And they can. We're in a struggle that has been on-going for generations but we're at a very crucial turning point. A whole NEW mythology needs to emerge out of OUR willingness to become participants and shapers of our historical destiny. The struggle brings a sense of MEANING and PURPOSE to life -- especially if, as you've suggested, Carol, it is seen in a broader context. Freedom is something we have YET to acquire -- because real freedom is something more than options in the market place of products, services and ideas.
Thanks to those who put this together. Obviously a lot of thought and good work. It can be better and we need it to be the best it can be.

Some of the clips of 9/11 have been sped up and I don't think that is a good idea. It is important, I think, that we not confuse people with the video we have. The towers and building 7 collapse rates are stunning at actual speed. Speeding them up adds a suggestion of manipulation which runs contrary to what we are about.
Apologies if I seem overly critical -- as an artist I understand that putting one's work in the public means getting a response. I appreciate considerate criticisms that help me understand how others see my work. Again, thank you to RedPill for this production. ;)

At 16:01 I demonstrate my jump shot technique with the commission report into the bay at our last Tea Party in S.F., with Scott next to me.
I took half a red pill in 1971 when I realized that Americans were consuming themselves to death, it wasn't making us happy and is completely unsustainable. I then swallowed another full red pill in the mid-1980's as I studied the Iran/Contra affair in detail and realized how completely corrupt the U.S. system was.
Fortunately, during the 1970's I met many people who had traveled all over the world as well as people from all over the world who traveled to northern California, from them I learned that humanity really is one big family, that the human spirit is the most powerful force in the universe and that with and through love human beings can accomplish anything.
I would love to help make a short film that shows the positive, uplifting and spiritual side of 9/11 truth as we are all experiencing a true global awakening.
Love is a verb, brothers and sisters, let's get busy and make the change we want to see in the world.
