Look at the tire...
How did it get there? Unless there was a car parked in the UPPER floors of the WTC then the ONLY way it could have gotten there is by a BIG EXPLOSION at GROUND LEVEL.
Obviously it was not one of the tires from a plane.
How could a building FALLING DOWN blow this tire out here this far?
I NEED HELP FINDING OUT 2 THINGS;
1. WHERE WAS THIS FILMED EXACTLY?
2. WHEN WAS THIS FILMED EXACTLY?

plane engine part?
isn't that an internal part from a plane engine, not a car tire?
the scaffolding indicates the same location of those famous engine pictures.
get a clearer video

Yea a clear vid would be better...
To me, it looks like a truck tire/rim, like off of a ranger or something like that. It looks as if the bead has been broken from the rim but without a clearer image I can't say if it's a tire or plane part.

You could drive trucks onto the freight elevators
It was very easy to take vehicles as big as small trucks to any floor in the WTC. They had very large freight elevators in both Towers, including an express elevator, that went from the basement to the top, that you could drive onto in your vehicle. I got to do this a number of times in the 1970's when my SO had a delivery route in lower Manhattan. It would have been very easy, if you could get through security, to drive the weapons/explosives of your choice to anyplace in the Towers, or just leave them in the elevators and blow them up there.
