Mark, of WeAreChange Boston, recently met with world renowned theoretical physicist and author, Dr. Michio Kaku. Mark took the opportunity to question Dr. Kaku about the overwhelming evidence that World Trade Center towers 1 and 2, along with WTC building 7, were brought down by controlled demolition on September 11th, 2001. He also questioned Dr. Kaku concerning the presence of molten steel and other metals at ground zero. Here is a clip of the exchange.

This was interesting, as I think you are getting into some uncharted territory with this kind of interview. Michio seemed cordial but a believer, and I doubt he has looked much into this. Unless there is some background with him discussing 9/11, it is hard to know exactly what tack to take.

The video interview was handled well. I can make some suggestions after the fact, like the name of Steven Jones should have been brought up. Professionals within a demanding field are generally very respectful in public towards other distinguished members of their profession, and it may have amped up the seriousness of the interview. No matter what, though, he was busy signing books, so he could only say so much.

It is in some ways harder to plan for interviews with something like Michio than it is with, say, David Frum. You know David will be snotty and rude, and you could care less about offending him. You just have to make sure your comments are legally safe. LOL

With Michio, you don't know the direction it is going to go in, and you want to be respectful of his time and attention. He seems like a nice guy, and it would be wonderful to have him aboard. :-)

Great video

That was great how We Are Change Boston handled the interview, he was obviously just trying to dismiss the questions out of hand to avoid getting quoted on anything that would confirm the 911 scientific studies while not making any gaff statements like the weakening of steel, 'which you can measure in your oven?' And it will be interesting to hear about the response he gets on his radio show from the 911 Truth community on air. The video speaks for itself with the forensic evidence presented. That's real journalism.

I have a background in particle physics.

Have studied Quantum Physics and and can say unequivocally that you DON'T NEED TO BE A ROCKET SCIENTIST to know FIRE does not SOFTEN OR WEAKEN Steel to the point of MASSIVE CATASTROPHIC COLLAPSE WITH THE PULVERIZATION OF CONCRETE ETC.


How do I know this?

Have spoken to a number of Grade school kids - so called "unqualified" individuals - NO DEGREES (yet) who can on their own AND COMPLETELY INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT PROMPTING AND UNDUE INFLUENCE just know that FIRE ALONE EVEN WITH JET IMPACT could NOT have have DEVASTATED THOSE BUILDINGS without SOME SORT OF EXPLOSIVES BEING INVOLVED.

Kids got good eyes. They can see the squibs, they have seen controlled demolition and understand steel support beams just don't fly out of a "collapsing" building like toothpicks.

They understand gravity is a vertical force and falling objects don't just fly of laterally - horizontally. Especially when they weigh hundreds of tonnes.

Intuitively AND LOGICALLY the know. I was especially impressed by some who pointed out that even if FIRE did "MELT" the steel- did the same "FIRE" Pulverize the CONCRETE? The Pulverization of Concrete was an obvious Smoking Gun to some of them and THEY PICKED IT UP IN SECONDS - FLABERGASTING ME IN SOME TESTS without me pointing it out to them.

I think kids are smarter than "PHD Corporate Scientists" - they play with matches more often :) and have a better understanding of FIRE - its properties, capabilites and the Laws of Physics than NIST, The American Society of Civil Engineers, MIT etc.

Young MINDS - uncorrupted by politics, Govt Grants and blackmail, Fear etc - SEE TRUTH AS IT IS.

And one thing that's clear about Kaku, judging by his innumerable media appearances - he truly loves the spotlight. All that goes away once he starts acknowledging the problems with the 9/11 OCT. I guess for people like him, lack of integrity is more palatable than obscurity.

You can't say, Kaku, hasn't thought about it, when he cites Rosie and offers the "fire can soften steel argument."

It's obvious from his lack of eye contact, his body language and speech, Kaku doesn't want to go much further with this topic. Kaku is obviously a gentleman and highly likeable but he sought to skirt the issue.

It was disheartening to see such a brilliant man resort to marginal arguments and only offer unsubstantiated conclusions, "it's pretty clear it was terrorism."

It felt like watching someone betray you. Kaku has got to know better!

The only way to avoid the conclusion that the Big Bang occured is to reject the known laws of physics, and hence reject empirical science.

Unfortunately, most modern physicists have been all too willing to abandon the laws of physics if it produces results that they're uncomfortable with, e.g., in reference to religion. It's the antagonism for religion on the part of the scientific community which greatly held up the acceptance of the Big Bang (for some 40 years), due to said scientific community regarding it as lending credence to the traditional theological position of creatio ex nihilo, and also because no laws of physics can apply to a singularity itself. The originator of the Big Bang theory, circa 1930, was Roman Catholic priest and physicist Prof. Georges Lemaître; and it was enthusiastically endorsed by Pope Pius XII in 1951, long before the scientific community finally came to accept it. As regards physicists abandoning physical law due to their theological discomfort with the Big Bang, in an article by Prof. Frank J. Tipler he gives the following example involving no less than physicist Prof. Steven Weinberg:

The most radical ideas are those that are perceived to support religion, specifically Judaism and Christianity. When I was a student at MIT in the late 1960s, I audited a course in cosmology from the physics Nobelist Steven Weinberg. The only way to avoid the Omega Point cosmology is to invent tenuous physical theories which have no experimental support and which violate the known laws of physics, such as with Prof. Stephen Hawking's paper on the black hole information issue which is dependant on the conjectured string theory-based anti-de Sitter space/conformal field theory correspondence (AdS/CFT correspondence). That is, Prof. Hawking's paper is based upon proposed, unconfirmed physics. It's an impressive testament to the Omega Point Theory's correctness, as Hawking implicitly confirms that the known laws of physics require the universe to collapse in finite time. Hawking realizes that the black hole information issue must be resolved without violating unitarity, yet he's forced to abandon the known laws of physics in order to avoid unitarity violation without the universe collapsing.

Some have suggested that the universe's current acceleration of its expansion obviates the universe collapsing (and therefore obviates the Omega Point). But as Profs. Lawrence M. Krauss and Michael S. Turner point out in "Geometry and Destiny" (General Relativity and Gravitation, Vol. 31, No. 10 [October 1999], pp. 1453-1459; also at arXiv:astro-ph/9904020, April 1, 1999 http://arxiv.org/abs/astro-ph/9904020 ), there is no set of cosmological observations which can tell us whether the universe will expand forever or eventually collapse.

There's a very good reason for that, because that is dependant on the actions of intelligent life. The known laws of physics provide the mechanism for the universe's collapse. As required by the Standard Model, the net baryon number was created in the early universe by baryogenesis via electroweak quantum tunneling. This necessarily forces the Higgs field to be in a vacuum state that is not its absolute vacuum, which is the cause of the positive cosmological constant. But if the baryons in the universe were to be annihilated by the inverse of baryogenesis, again via electroweak quantum tunneling (which is allowed in the Standard Model, as B - L is conserved), then this would force the Higgs field toward its absolute vacuum, cancelling the positive cosmological constant and thereby forcing the universe to collapse. Moreover, this process would provide the ideal form of energy resource and rocket propulsion during the colonization phase of the universe.

Prof. Tipler's above 2005 Reports on Progress in Physics paper also demonstrates that the correct quantum gravity theory has existed since 1962, first discovered by Richard Feynman in that year, and independently discovered by Steven Weinberg and Bryce DeWitt, among others. But because these physicists were looking for equations with a finite number of terms (i.e., derivatives no higher than second order), they abandoned this qualitatively unique quantum gravity theory since in order for it to be consistent it requires an arbitrarily higher number of terms. Religion plays no role in my opinion on this.

The big bang is not required for any law of physics to stay valid... In fact it going away would certainly relive the stresses bb places on it ...

The only thing required for our coherent understanding is an evolved perception.

Just as LIGO will not find Gravity waves... They will not find Higgs Bosons, CERN will not create Black Holes 'because they do not exist',...

There is no actual evidence of the existence of either the "past" or the "future" as no one has ever actually experienced - in "actual real time" a "moment" of either state.

It is Now now. It has "always" been Now now, And it will "forever" be Now now.

One does get very tired trying to "prove" something that is beyond obvious - and that is that the entire Official Conspiracy Theory has more holes than swiss cheese. It is not even vaguely believeable for an endless number of common sense reasons. The key to a psyops is the psychology of inflicting trauma which causes otherwise rational people to become completely irrrational.
Physicists (with the exception of Steven Jones and perhaps a few others) are not very effective in combating irrational emotional states of mind brought about by deliberately inflicted trauma. Where are the psychiatrists and psychologists for 9/11 truth? Why are they hiding?

I always want to be a student when it comes to studying the mysteries of the Universe.

Plasma Cosmology has its merits. The problem with the standard Big Bang theory, as generally accepted, is that it cannot explain some of the key issues brought up in books like this

I make no final conclusions but if scientific observations have picked up Ancient Galactic Superclusters a Billion Light-years across - at least a 100 Billion yrs old , one wonders if the traditional Big Bang Theory age of the univerze - approx 13 billion yrs is indeed correct.

There IS certainly and Intelligent Design behind the Cosmos. It is beautiful and elegant. Hence the Anthropic Universal / Cosmological Principle.

Tipler is a great author and I enjoy reading his material.

However I do have doubts about the accuracy of the present Big Bang theory as it is. Politics in Academia nothwithstanding.

Having said that, science is not perfect and even plasma cosmology - the "electric" universe has its flaws. I just prefer looking at alternative concepts at the same time to broaden my perspective.

What a disappointment Kaku turned out to be. I guess he is more interested in government grants than the truth. Changing the subject some I was listening to Alex Jones the other day and SURPRISE he was interviewing David Icke. It seems Icke is running for Parlament. He said he has no chance of winning but wants the publicity to spread the truth about the NWO and Big Brother. Love him or hate him one has to admire his tenacity. It was also good to see that Alex and David are now friends. Go easy on Icke. He does have a huge, world wide following and has been at it for about 20 years. I find, when listening to Icke I have to read between the lines. Like yourself I don't buy his shape-shifter thing but like he even says, take what feels right to you and dis-regard what doesn't. That is fair enough for me. After all he has woken up quite a few people to 9/11 truth and he doesn't claim to be a member of the 9/11 truth movement. He is on his own trip and I respect him for that.
