Advisor to FBI in Anthrax Investigation Says Attack Was False Flag Terror

http://georgewashington2.blogspot.com/2008/08/fbi-anthrax-advisor-say-attack-was.html

We all know that the bioweapons expert who actually drafted the current bioweapons law (the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989) - Francis Boyle - has said that he is convinced the October 2001 anthrax attacks that killed five people were perpetrated and covered up by criminal elements of the U.S. government, and that the motive was to foment a police state by killing off and intimidating opposition to post-9/11 legislation such as the USA PATRIOT Act and the later Military Commissions Act.

But a new article reveals an interesting fact: Professor Boyle "advised the FBI in its initial investigation of the anthrax letters."

In other words, an FBI advisor himself believes that the anthrax attack was a false flag operation.

Double Standards in the Global War on Terror
Anthrax Department
By Tom Engelhardt

18/08/08 "TomDispatch" --- - Oh, the spectacle of it all — and don’t think I’m referring to those opening ceremonies in Beijing, where North Korean-style synchronization seemed to fuse with smiley-faced Walt Disney, or Michael Phelp’s thrilling hunt for eight gold medals and Speedo’s one million dollar “bonus,” a modernized tribute to the ancient Greek tradition of amateurism in action. No, I’m thinking of the blitz of media coverage after Dr. Bruce Ivins, who worked at the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Maryland, committed suicide by Tylenol on July 29th and the FBI promptly accused him of the anthrax attacks of September and October 2001.

You remember them: the powder that, innocuously enough, arrived by envelope — giving going postal a new meaning — accompanied by hair-raising letters ominously dated “09-11-01″ that said, “Death to America. Death to Israel. Allah is great.” Five Americans would die from anthrax inhalation and 17 would be injured. The Hart Senate Office Building, along with various postal facilities, would be shut down for months of clean-up, while media companies that received the envelopes were thrown into chaos.

For a nation already terrified by the attacks of September 11, 2001, the thought that a brutal dictator with weapons of mass destruction (who might even have turned the anthrax over to the terrorists) was ready to do us greater harm undoubtedly helped pave the way for an invasion of Iraq. The President would even claim that Saddam Hussein had the ability to send unmanned aerial vehicles to spray biological or chemical weapons over the east coast of the United States (drones that, like Saddam’s nuclear program, would turn out not to exist).

Alex Jones interviews Francis Boyle in 2006

Tuesday, December 19, 2006

Alex Jones was joined on air by Francis A. Boyle, a leading American professor, practitioner of and expert on international law to discuss his detailed knowledge of the cover up of the 2001 anthrax attacks, which he believes were perpetrated by criminal elements of the US government in an attempt to foment a police state by killing off opposition to hardline post 9/11 legislation.

I agree wholeheartedly with Frances A Boyle!

.

Christopher Ketcham's "The Anthrax Files" is excellent reading! My interest piqued when the author suggests the FBI had reason to allow the case to linger--fear and terrorism! I'm disappointed when the incompetence pass is inserted into the article. It's pretty clear the FBI is little more than a security force meant to enforce the rule of order--not law! They know what they're doing!

I suspect, the FBI's entire investigation is just supplied cover and not even remotely in the vicinity of the actual perpetrators. The anthrax case illustrates the lack of principles involved in the FBI investigation better than any other!

Frances A Boyle is relating the simple truth, and possibly, regrets contacting Senior FBI official Marion "Spike:" Bowman. Boyle finds, shortly after advising Bowman of scientists who worked with anthrax , the AMES anthrax strain is destroyed. Boyle is simply stating the obvious the FBI is covering up!

Frances A Boyle and Anthrax Attacks

Ketcham's article is scary in its accurate description of the present climate. An increased threat to public health because of all the anthrax strains collected by various labs and private industry involved in seeking a way to profit from them? The article implies it's plausible corporations would be willing to release the bacterium on the public, in order, to sell them comfort or a possible cure! Bayer Cipro and Bioport vaccine are musts for any counter-bioterrorism kit endorsed by Cheney and Rumsfeld. I can hear the pitch, already!
