Bwahahaha...
...a search for "patriot act" brings up Representative Curt Weldon's proposed PATRIOT Act, the "Preserving America's Treasures of the Revolution for Independence for Our Tomorrow" Act. Ahhhh, to be able to live in those simpler times again.
