Once people on the ground found out that planes were hijacked, should there have been an attempt to coax them down? Should there have been an attempt to find out their intentions, and or demands? If there was an attempt, and I just don't know about it, where do those tapes exist? If there wasn't an attempt, and it should have been done, then why wasn't it?
