Report on Richard Gage's talk in Paris (Nov.13, 2008)
From Arno Mansouri in Paris, where Richard Gage, AIA spoke on Thursday night;
There were 242 people attending the presentation (which was slightly above the number of seats of the venue) on Thursday the 13th of November: a full house indeed !
We actually had to refuse some people even though we did put a notice on our site stating that it was fully booked, and asking people NOT to come if they had not made reservations already -- do note that we probably could have had about twice as many people if we have had the adequate hall (we had to settle for this movie house, a larger venue was way too much money for our finances, unfortunately) and therefore, we had to cease advertising the presentation a few days before it was held...
We then decided to put the emphasis on getting the info to local (French) professional architects & engineers, and there were 42 architects and 41 engineers present that night.
Hopefully, a fair amount of the above mentioned professionals will meet up and create a group of their own, in connection with both A&E and ReOpen911.info
We are going to see to that; it is also just as important that these professionals pass the information they received to their friends and colleagues, in every country M. Gage visits.

well done Arno you beat me in putting up the post. It was a great conference debate and thanks to www.reopen911.info for organising it.
I took some video and will try to do my first montage to put on YouTube. I will put it up under the logo Cx_Ir which stands for Citizen X Internet Reporting.
France 2 filmed the evening but I did not see anything reported in the national news. If the journalists can not inform the public on important issues like this one then we will. YES WE CAN !

La conférence-débat de Richard Gage à Paris de jeudi soir a été un grand succès !
Salle comble (environ 250 personnes), beaucoup d'architectes, d'ingénieurs et de professionnels et... quelques journalistes (une équipe de France 2 pour complément d'enquête, la télélibre, bakchich et des journalistes indépendants).
Etaient aussi présents Annie Lacroix-Riz et des représentants courageux du comité scientifique d'Attac.
La présentation de Richard Gage, bien que perfectible et un peu longue, fut très convaincante.
A la fin, il ne restait plus grand monde pour croire en la version officielle de la chute des tours !
Côté organisation, félicitation à tous ceux qui nous ont aidé dans cette tâche difficile (beaucoup de monde, casque à gérer, liste d'inscription, organisation technique, traduction, tarctage, communication...).
Merci à Débora, Océane, Jean-Marc (notre interprète de choc ! :) ), Bertrand, Christophe, Marc, Yves, Julien, Xavier, Christopher et les autres que j'oublie.
Merci aussi à Gérard et Vinz qui ont filmé la conférence et nous proposeront très prochainement un film qui sera publié sur notre site.
Nous pouvons être satisfait de cette soirée, mais il ne faut surtout pas s'arrêter là !
Nous allons organiser une réunion à Paris en invitant les architectes et ingénieurs présents à cette conférence afin de créer notre propre groupe, notre propre présentation et surtout d'organiser nos propres conférences sur ce sujet à travers toute la France.
