To all my friends at 9/11 Blogger

Hello to all those that hold integrity close to there heart, where a mans word means more than a thousand signed documents.
A fellow coworker turned me onto more insight.
Two books. One called Free lunch which deals with how corporations, sell out there employee’s, and a second book called Perfectly Legal which deals with how the system sells out the working man on the basis of taxes.
It’s only another thing added to the list of lies that we are told.
Please read these, and pass them on.
Thanks Reprehensor…………Hopefully we can make a difference.

Next Time post links to them...

Free Lunch:

David Cay Johnston (born 1948) is an investigative journalist and author. Until April 2008, he was a senior reporter with The New York Times but now works as an independent author and reporter. He is the author of best-selling books on tax and economic policy, the most recently published of which is Free Lunch: How the Wealthiest Americans Enrich Themselves at Government Expense and Stick You With The Bill, about hidden subsidies, rigged markets, and corporate socialism. It follows his earlier book Perfectly Legal: The Covert Campaign to Rig Our Tax System to Benefit the Super Rich--and Cheat Everybody Else, a New York Times bestseller.[1]

Perfectly Legal:

Your Friend,

David Cay Johnston, formerly of the New Whorke Times, is well known within the Tax Honesty movement to be a shill for the IRS.

I'm not wasting much of my time on this oinker but, here are a few links for those interested to peruse:

Dave Champion shares some back and forth he’s had with David Cay Johnston, the tax reporter for the New York Times who won’t debate the proper application of US tax law.

David Cay Johnston: Reporter, author, and coward.

David Cay Johnston moves from coward to blatant liar.

New York Times (Sore Loser)
-by Larken Rose

It's almost funny how glaringly obvious the slant of David Cay Johnston at the New York Times has become. (Of course, the New York Times in general has an overall bias that's pretty darn hard to miss.) His "story" about Joe Banister's acquittal starts by saying: "The federal government's campaign against income tax protesters suffered a major setback yesterday..."

Aside from his usual dishonest "tax protestor" label, look at the viewpoint of the sentence. The theme was not "man found not
guilty." No, that's too pro-Joe. The theme is a "setback" for the United States government. And what does using the term "setback" imply? It implies that Joe was guilty of a crime, but "got away with it." Having an innocent person acquitted would never be characterized as a "setback"; it's called JUSTICE.

Like a good psy-ops fear monger, Johnston wastes no time in mentioning two convictions of OTHER people (referring to Al Thompson and Dick Simkanin). And of course, he had to include the usual vague bashing routine of "The
theories [Banister] has put forth have been uniformly rejected by the courts." Um, why is this story about someone BEATING the federal leviathan mostly about the leviathan insulting and hurting people? Because that's the message Mr. Johnston wants to hammer into the brains of everyone in the country: resistance to Mr. Johnston's god (the federal government) is
futile. Of course, what the story SHOULD be about goes directly against that, but let's not let facts and reality get in the way of a good propaganda piece.

And then, just in case Mr. Johnston had any credibility left, he cites that ridiculous "Quatloos" web site as if it's some authority. Hmmm... he's mentioned me by name SEVEN TIMES in his articles, but NEVER mentioned any of my web sites. Nice "balance." The article also included this: "The verdict stirred concerns that it would encourage more Americans to
refuse to pay taxes..." Note the passive tense, and the vague reference. Stirred concerns among whom? The article is written from the perspective of the government.

Hell will freeze over before the New York Times will ever speak of the federal government's terror campaign against anyone with an honest disagreement "stirring concerns" among the people. Why? Because Mr. Johnston has no connection to the real American people, only to those in government. But at least he quoted Mr. Bernhoft, one of Joe's attorneys, saying that "American citizens have the right to ask the government questions and the government has a duty to answer in good faith." While that is both true, and well said, it's pretty darn sad that we live in a country where anyone needs to state such a thing.

Congratulations, Joe [Banister]. Mr. Johnston can continue with his self-imposed delusions, but a whole lot of REAL Americans know who the good guys are, and are very thankful for what you have done for all of us. Bless you, and your family.

Guess i spoke too soon?

..... I am just now starting to read the books.....By the way, glad to hear Fredom to Fascism is on tv.

A really good starting point...

If you would like a really good starting point for learning how to dissect the fraudulent misapplication of the federal income tax, try here:

Click on the "Education" link. You will find a number of No-Nonsense treatises on taxes and law. The treatises are well-cited and are not written in the gobblety gook of legalese. Best to read them in order, as the earlier lay certain foundations necessary to understanding the later ones. If you are interested in more, send a PM.

It is intentional that tax law is insanely complicated so as to keep the peasants away from its internal malfunctions. If deciphering the law requires that someone possess an advanced degree from some "accredited" institution (Kaptain Krunch Majik Dekoder Rink) then, that law should only apply to them.

More great news on the financial front...

America: Freedom to Fascism has aired on Colorado Public Television more than a few times this month.

All of us can follow this lead and encourage our local PBS and Public Television Stations to follow this precedent.

Google PBS or Public Television to figure out how to contact your particular local station and request the airing.

Most cable systems have a public access channel

and can help you get programming worth showing and watching on these channels, in the formats they require.

It's easy and almost free, it just takes a little time and dedication.

For more information on public access tv:

Channel surfing and landing on Public Access is how I saw WTC 7 go down the first time, which woke me up to 9/11 instantly. Thanks again to Mike Marino for that!

If you work with a few others in your local community you can almost take these channels over and have them broadcasting the critical information the American people NEED to see at this crossroads in our history.

Love is a verb, brothers and sisters, let's get busier!

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.
