NEADS Staff Joke about Second Hijack

I finally found something interesting on the NEADS tapes and made it into a YouTube clip. It is when they learn of the second hijack. They think it's funny and make jokes.
I don't know what this means, but it just stood out for me, so I put it up.

A Drill
To me it sounds like they think it's a drill. There is too much joking around for them to believe it's real.

In a perverse way, this type of interaction lends credibility to the incompetence theory.

We need more information to evaluate it conclusively, or interviews with the people involved.

You're the perfect man to ask: I have these tapes stored too, downloaded them via torrent from an LC site, which didn't document exactly what or from whom or how they were acquired. What's the chain of custody? Who released? Are these 30 hours exactly what Bronner got? Released through him or by NEADS on request?

Smart Terrorists
Yeah, they were smart all right, they seemed to know the way to confuse the whole system. Too bad the boys watching the skies weren't taking the job all that seriously.

It says it got them from NORAD and has an official looking letter. I understand something similar/the same was released to LC at about the same time.
I think Bonner only got 30 hours too, here there is more, maybe 100 hours, although I don't know where the extra 70 are. Maybe they are later on on the tapes, which go on for hours after the attacks finish.
I don't see any reason to doubt these tapes are the ones NORAD has.
I have one issue with the chain of custody. Based on the MFR released this week, it seems that the tapes were reviewed by two officers tasked with gathering evidence to support the military's statement that United 93 was not shot down. The tapes were damaged during this process and some stuff got wiped. At least one of the chat logs got messed up as well at one point. Obviously, this has to make one wonder. Whether deliberate or not, these tapes clearly do not represent a full record of what went on at NEADS on 9/11.
Regarding whether they think it's an exercise, I think it's hard to say. They don't appear to be taking it fully seriously. On the other hand, the story is allegedly that they were not informed of the hijackings in time, so, if that is true, then it doesn't matter much. Maybe they just couldn't comprehend the magnitude of what was happening.
Boston tapes destroyed
It's good to remember that the air traffic controllers' tapes were destroyed, so there's no way to compare if these tapes are real or just a bunch of actors. Also, who are they? They should be identified.
Another idea to consider...
I'll throw this thought out there to chew on , How many of you while working on the job react to pressure with laughs and jokes in order to keep control of one self, Think about M.A.S.H. the tv series where Alda makes jokes constantly under pressure of being in a war zone. I guess my point is everyone reacts to pressure differently, personally I'm not offended by this tape because Ive seen people react this way that don't mean no harm.

At about 50 seconds into the video doesn't someone say,"it hit the other building we got both of them on fire"?Yet,he's just noticed a 'possible' second highjacking just seconds before & at a time when he was aware that one plane had ALL READY crashed into the Trade Center and so,could not think this is 'JUST' a drill.Something is funny here.

A couple more things bother
A couple more things bother me. 1. the guy is still tracking the 2nd plane AFTER someone said the second building was hit!
2. The guy says,"That we have been TOLD is a second high jack" WTF? These are they guys with all the info.These are the guys doing the tracking & the telling,who TOLD them this was a second high jack?

I too think the timing is weird , but let's take it at face value. The 911 Timelne has NEADS informed of Flight 175 at 9:03, exactly when Flight 175 hit the second tower, as we hear in the tape BUT, we have heard people at NEADS discussing hijack #2 earlier.
One interesting voice at 55 secs (2 seconds after we hear about the second tower hit) tries to control the attention of the others and limit action/communiction. He keeps the focus on Flight 11: "have we confirmed it's Flight 11, a large plane...I don't want to get into that with them over there...they are busy" [words to that effect].
Then a minute later we hear people looking for a signal, the absence of which makes for "smart terrorists." They have known two towers were hit for a full minute. Are they looking for 77?
Weird.
I think the humor is a total non issue. Gallows humor is a common way to handle stress in any job.
Obviously not posting the start and stop time of the tapes (though this one is pretty clearly 9:02am) and not identifying to whom we are listening makes it hard to interpret what we are hearing but this is very interesting stuff. I will listen to more.

Here's what bothers me.About 50 seconds into this video someone says both building have been hit & are on fire.Then you have this guy talking about a supposed "2nd highjack" (that they have been TOLD about!../These are the guys who do the telling WTF!Who TOLD them?Drill?) Then you have him saying they are "NOW" turning away from Boston/Logan! NOW? after the Tower 2 was struck?so,what's he tracking that just turned away from Boston/Logan?It can't be 175 if the official story is true.

That would seem to be evidence that he tape has been spliced up and "scrambled" a little. It happens right after a brief dead pause, but chain of custody here is too loose to say much.
