Of Ari to admit that after the second tower was hit, everyone in the world knew America was "under attack." And yet, 34 minutes later, the Pentagon, which sits in the most defended airspace in the world, was struck.
Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?
Of course, the idea that "then I knew that it was a terrorist attack" after the second plane struck is very likely one of the pre-scripted comments, like the phrase "America will never be the same."
To watch Fahrenheit 9/11, and when it gets to the part where Card whispers in his ear, imagine him saying, "everything is going according to plan." Then F911 becomes an ENTIRELY different movie.

They immediately new it was terrorism, and they were immediately at war? Wasn't terrorism a law enforcement issue at that point?
