Spanish prosecutors will seek criminal charges against Alberto Gonzales and five high-ranking Bush administration officials for sanctioning torture at Guantánamo. By Scott Horton.

Spanish prosecutors have decided to press forward with a criminal investigation targeting former U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and five top associates over their role in the torture of five Spanish citizens held at Guantánamo, several reliable sources close to the investigation have told The Daily Beast. Their decision is expected to be announced on Tuesday before the Spanish central criminal court, the Audencia Nacional, in Madrid. But the decision is likely to raise concerns with the human-rights community on other points: They will seek to have the case referred to a different judge...

This clip makes me think about Bill Clinton's "HOW DARE YOU"

Herblay France

bonsoir ,

in seeing this video I could not help thinking about Bill Clinton when he said "How dare you" when someone suggeted the truth on 911.

They are all in it ( Kerry as well and Obama ! ) and if they cannot come clean and spill the beans then they should all be put before the international court for crimes against the Afghanistans, Iraquiens , Americains , ...

Obama is going to send even more troops ( ~1700 ? + ~1700 ?) to kill the Afghans ! Jacques Chirac please come back because the French president Sarkozy has become OTAN mad !

Obama is stopping George Bush from going to jail !

Yours John

It's not the Water-Boarding...

Anything new?

This just went away.

Obama gave them enough to convict Cheney, Rummy and Rice.

Any word from the Spanish court?
