Sibel Edmonds is the most gagged person in US history. The government has repeatedly invoked the State Secrets Privilege in her case - not for reasons of 'national security' but to hide ongoing criminal activity. Please call Waxman and Conyers' offices and demand public open hearings into Edmonds' case.

Background and Analysis of the Obama Administration.

In connection with Sibel's case, let me point out that the current administration, the Obama administration, is not only supporting the Bush administration's hyper-application of the bullshit state secrets privilege, but it's surpassing the Bush administration's hyper-application of the privilege that is used to protect those involved in Deep State criminal activity, espionage, and treason. Not only that, the Obama administration is going above and beyond the call of duty by introducing a new blanket of protection called "sovereign immunity".

More from Glenn Greenwald at Salon:

This was one of the issues that Pat Tillman supposedly got into hot water over in Afghanistan. He was aware of the Poppy Fields that were being protected by the troops.

I see no reason

why Sibel can't reach a wider audience.

I realize barriers are still here, but many are falling.
