British MP claims G20 police 'used undercover men to incite crowds'

G20 police 'used undercover men to incite crowds'
MP demands inquiry into Met tactics at demo

An MP who was involved in last month's G20 protests in London is to call for an investigation into whether the police used agents provocateurs to incite the crowds.

Liberal Democrat Tom Brake says he saw what he believed to be two plain-clothes police officers go through a police cordon after presenting their ID cards.

Brake, who along with hundreds of others was corralled behind police lines near Bank tube station in the City of London on the day of the protests, says he was informed by people in the crowd that the men had been seen to throw bottles at the police and had encouraged others to do the same shortly before they passed through the cordon.

These police officers who "inflame" the manifestations.
Each Wednesday, the "Canard Enchaîné" offers original infos to us.( ~ CounterPunch) In the Wednesday publication of the 6th May an article supplements that of Annick (appeared on May 4) and raises the question of the role of the police force in the manifestations.

1st of May at the End of the manifestation.
It is a little more than 20h00, place de Bastille in Paris. On the left of the Opera, a group of young punks stray on the steps. Member of the anti-riot polices have as instructions to dislodge them, in order to avoid the flashovers of end of procession. Suddenly, a half-dozen of hooded men, sneakers on their feet, shaved heads and barded with stickers "Get lost asshole" ( ~ quote ironic from our intelligent French President ) or " rêve general" ( = general strike ), fly to the rescue of their foolish comrades.
Some have the face masked. They inveigh the gendarmes, abuse them, take the remainder of crowd as witness... The tension goes up, projectiles fly. Inevitably, neither one, nor two, the CRS embraquent all this beautiful world, as taken in a trap. All, except the half-dozen of agitators who succeed to evaporate into the nature. And for a good raison: they are part of the household ...
Rioters and Anti-rioters
One hour earlier, about thirty tof hese "inflamers" of manifestations left, two by two out off the police vans stationed boulevard Richard-Lenoir , as can testify some of the photographers who work for the "Canard Enchaîné".
The Prefecture of Police does not deny their existence. From memory of demonstrators, there has always been cops iin civil in the processions. And always, the push to the fault.
But this time, they were tracked from their police bus to their exploits on the ground. These false demonstrators belong to a "Compagnie de Sécurisation". It was created, officially in 2005, by Nicolas Sarkozy, inventor of the "create more provocation, inorder to arrest a larger number" at the end of the high-school pupils opposed to the bill Fillon, then Minister for Education.
According to the prefecture, it is a question "of protecting the demonstrators " against the agitators, the robbers, the breakers, etc. Since, the aforementioned " company " has been proved reliable in all kinds of manifestations, there is question of creating others elsewhere in France.
Its members dressed in civils clothing, act without a distinctive sign of having a membership of the police force, seeking " the false flag opération". Even by causing it, like this 1st May in Paris, then by designating with the " colleagues " the young people to challenge " It is more effective for the penal procedure ", as explained to the "Canard Enchaîné" by a high graded member of the prefecture.
Fortunately, Nicolas Sarkozy takes care. The 21st of April, from Nice, he promised a new law for – "entre autres joyeusetés" making the interdiction of hooded manifestants" in the manifs and punishing 3 years of prison for the simple "membership of a band ". Including the bands of cops??

PS if Nicolas Sarkozy has his way I will no longer be able to legally dress up as a robot during a manifestation as I did that 1st of May 2009
