LETTER TO THE EDITOR, JUNE

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR June 13, 2009
The Northern Virginia Daily

Sir:
The holocaust museum in Washington, D.C. stands as a shrine for humanity’s inhumanity to itself. It is a permanent monument of the world’s refusal to hear the pleas of atrocities. Had the world listened to those reporting the mass murder of Jews, homosexuals, Jehovah’s Witnesses and others, there would be no holocaust museum. But it was more comfortable to brush away the unspeakable with denials, and continue a life of privileged consumption. While millions were perishing in concentration camps, and the perpetrators of this war machinery glutted more power, the world pretended it wasn’t happening.
The recent shootings at the museum have created much fodder for the Republican radio mouth pieces, and Israel licked its wounds in front of the world stage. Talk radio propagandists have even insinuated von Brunn was a member of the 9/11 Truth Movement, and a hero to that group.
So far, no word from Kingdom Hall or the gay community; both have a bit more dignity than that. Other holocaust victims have yet to chime in.
The 9/11 Truth Movement consists of millions globally, who ask that a new investigation be held in light of conflicting evidence that shames the “official” story. Recently, conclusive studies reported the presence of thermite in the WTC debris, indicative of controlled demolition. A huge list of other facts and statistics remain ignored by the rest of the world, because it is an inconvenience to privileged consumption, and to admit that such an evil exists under our own noses makes us look bad. Secret prisons that torture kidnapped “suspects”, built by tax payer dollars, apparently doesn’t make us look bad. A general consensus regarding lies leading to a war which continues to this day, apparently doesn’t make us look bad. Disregarding Geneva Convention rules apparently doesn’t make us look bad.
So the very monument to the world’s refusal to hear makes headlines. The perpetrators of war machinery glut more power. Radio mouthpieces fuel more hatred, and the world once again refuses to consider; there might be a problem, here.
A new museum looms in our future.

Chilling...

Wow that is the bleak reality of the situation, it is dire indeed!

Stick it to these "9/11 Truth Deniers" by simply telling it as it is seen through sane eyes.

Thank you!

Kind regards John

Pearls are made from annoyances

Thanks for the feedback.
This letter will be published in the Northern Virginia Daily, which has never refused to print my letters in the eight years I've submitted them. The editor is not affraid of 9/11 Truth, and was very supportive in my attempt to get "9-11: Press For Truth" played in the local theater when it had just been released. Kyle Hence personally Fed-Ex'ed the cd to me in time for the showing. Unfortunately, the public did not respond favorably. However, my 9/11 letters to the editor have persisted over the years, and this latest was making the most of negitive publicity. I expect it to see print next week, and will post here that it has. Meanwhile, you can Google up "nvdaily.com" and navigate to "opinion" then "letters to the editor" and know where it will appear.

I have forwarded it widely, and all are welcome to use it without giving me credit; my 9/11 work is in the public domain, for the general good of all.

Many kind regards......royster

Editorial Rebuttle

Sir:

I just finished reading Roy Stokes' letter (June 20 issue) concerning the recent shooting at the Holocaust Museum. The first two of his paragraphs made sense. After that -- not so much.

It's hard to tell whether or not Mr. Stokes believes the Holocaust Museum should even exist. What stands out as perfectly clear, however, is that Mr. Stokes firmly believes our country is quite capable of committing atrocities on its own citizens (9/11) in order to feed the war machine. While at the same time, Mr. Stokes also seems to believe we should not resort to extreme measures to extort information from those who would not think twice about putting our own dead and wounded soldiers on display for the sake of mockery and beheading innocents for all the world to see.

Mr. Stokes needs to realize that there are people such as my own nephew putting their lives on the line every single moment of every single day to give him the right to share his opinions (and I use that term "opinion" because using the word "ignorance" would just be rude.)

It's difficult to tell which side of the fence Mr. Stokes is on. One can only hope that in straddling it, he's doing it quite uncomfortably.

And by the way, Mr. Stokes, a new Holocaust Museum has recently opened near me in Skokie, Ill. I fully intend on visiting it and paying the proper respect and homage it deserves.

Common tactics

just bring up pathetic military nephews who risk their live for the freedom of expression of opinions in the US.

Hard to counter.

"Free speech zones". Shows how the reality of free speech and expressing opinions looks like.
There may other arguments: As the climate of fear and corporatism, especially we in the truth movement suffer from.
