Congratulations To Sibel Edmonds

www.bradblog.com has covered the recent developments concerning Sibel Edmonds. I recommend that you go there, and read about what has transpired.

I look forward to a day when Sibel Edmonds will be called to testify about what she knows regarding the 9/11 attacks.

Bravo Sibel Edmonds. I can't

Bravo Sibel Edmonds. I can't wait to see the statue of you erected in Washington DC. You are not only an American hero but also a role model for all those who want to know how to live a righteous and just life. Thank you, from all my family and friends who love liberty, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

wow---a breakthrough of sorts?

I do hope more follows---especially pertaining to 9/11.
Like she said, all the info she knows was not disclosed there, but a good amount was. I'd like everything she knows to be recorded--I'm afraid she will be murdered--I'm surprised she hasn't been--but I thank God she is still here and so willing to tell what she knows. I am definitly going to go to bradblog.com and watch/read more.

I hope to see a day when all those who have knowledge not already widely known about 9/11 can tell what they know under oath. You know, all those people the 911 Commission denied.

Sibel Edmonds

Well it's about time. It will interesting to see what transpires from this. I will remain cautiously optimistic but after 8 years of Bush/Cheney crimes with the only conviction being that of Scooter Libby it's hard to see accountability for this. Yep, 8 years of Bush/Cheney horror comes down to Cheney being upset that Scotter's sentence was only commuted.

Libby got off the hook

He never spent a minute in jail. It's hardly a "conviction", also because the real perps (Cheney, Armitage, Bush, etc.) are still free men.

Thank you Erik Larson...

Edit: Awesome job Erik... I'm glad the "intimate" relationship between elements within the U.S. Government and Osama Bin Laden up until 9/11 came up under oath.

Good job, and thank you for going.

Erik's video should go viral.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

thx Jon, update from Bradblog- vid should be out soon!

"UPDATE 8/11/09: Spoke again with the folks at the National Whistleblower Center today who say they are now in close touch with the court reporter's office, and are optimistic they will be able to receive a copy of the video soon. As soon as they have it, I'm told, we'll also be able to get a copy. (Remember, even after we get one, it may take some time to render, upload, etc. as there are some five hours, or so, of testimony."

Brad Friedman quotes Krikorian from the video above:

"[Sibel Edmonds] Did not have very flattering things to say about former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert. ... Actually, I stopped taking notes because I was o fascinated by what she was saying. ... She talked about the Rand Corp., Brewster-Jennings, nuclear secrets...

Frankly it's disappointing that things like this are happening in the land of the free and the home of the brave. Is it a huge surprise? No. Should it be tolerated? Absolutely not. I can't imagine George Washington and Thomas Jefferson allowing this sort of thing to go on in the Republic that they created. I cannot imagine it.

We're talking about High Crimes against the United States government. If the Government is aware of these High Crimes and doesn't prosecute them, I'm not sure what can be said about this."

Good for Her!

Interesting that the DOJ didn't show up. It seems that Sibel could freely respond without objection for the most part to whatever the question. I take it that she just wasn't asked anything about 9/11? Or was that something she couldn't delve into? But she's already dropped the bombshell about Bin Laden working for the US up until 9/11, even if that was a breach of some kind -- I wish she would have dropped it again. {{Edit: So that DID come up, Jon? I just saw your comment after I posted.}} Awesome.

I feel good for her on a personal level. It must be a great relief to get that stuff off her chest after so long holding it in! Good for the soul.

She said it briefly came up...

In Erik's video...

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

Where the DoJ?

Anyone wonder why the Department of Justice did not show up?

Because they didn't have a leg to stand on?

Edit: Remember, they retroactively classified information that was already public at one time. The "States Secrets" gag was CLEARLY a "C-Y-A." I don't think they want to really make an argument they can't win. They did try though.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

So much for the

"If there was a conspiracy, somebody would've talked" argument. That's why there is such a thing as a "National Whistleblower Center"........ That's where they all......blow the whistle on conspiracies.

In the case of 9/11, people started talking before the fact. It's a nonsense argument that never made any sense to me.

Yup...

I have made that very argument countless times with examples of whistleblowers.

After I transcribed Patty Casazza's video explaining about whistleblowers, I wrote this...

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

Bush/Cheney Era

I want to refine my earlier post describing the Bush/Cheney years:

8 years of Bush/Cheney boils down to Cheney being upset that Libby’s sentence was commuted instead of pardoned.

Ha Ha

Yes, that about nails it down. I'm laughing but it is of course quite tragic.

This is great news! Sibel is a true hero!

I am so happy to see Sibel allowed to spill her important secrets under oath and on the record. I hope that there are still a few honorable and intelligent journalists left in the fringes of the MSM who will see fit to write about this.

Thanks Sibel!

A shame that our owned and controlled media won't give Americans REAL news.

Was Bruce Fein representing the bad guy's?

He was on Ron Paul's Presidential campaign legal team.

I thought he was a good guy?

Not about morals or ideals.

There are no good or bad lawyers.
They're lawyers and they will defend whoever pays them.

This world

This world isn't ruled by law; it is ruled by men who use laws for tools -- Talib Kweli

Fein's a lawyer

He was representing Jean Schmidt, who sued David Krikorian (he subpoenaed Sibel)

Fein is currently closely associated with TALDF and TACA; Turkish orgs that have been promoting denial of the Turk's genocide of over 1 million Armenians during WW I and have been lobbying Congress to suppress a resolution acknowledging it. Fein was working with the ATAA during the time period that Sibel talks about- the Armenian media present were questioning him about his conflict of interest given that he may be called as a witness in connection with investigation of what Sibel witnessed- he pooh-poohed that notion.

Lukery has more on Fein and the ATAA

What a surprise, coming from that bastion of free speech, I mean notable speech, I mean notable speech published by reliable sources - I mean, notable speech published by sources considered reliable despite their repeated provable propaganda ....
