Ground Zero - 9/11/2009

Well, I'm back. I got up at 4am, and was on my way by 5am. The weather was horrible today. It kept raining, and was windy. Someone was nice enough to give me a new umbrella. My back started to give out, so I left early. I'm getting to be an old man. I shook the hands of as many fireman and policemen as I could, and gave out as many flyers as I could.. A well of sadness came over me as I approached Ground Zero. It's such a damn shame. I am glad I went to pay my respects.

Thank you Jon

I was able to get out there from Iowa for the 5th and 6th anniversaries but haven't been able to the last few. I've marched with fellow truth seekers out there and chanted at the 7 building and it was all very moving, to say the least. The truth will come out. Momentum is growing.

My sad...

Pleasure.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

Was there no march...

... this year?

I still think that, in addition to everything else that is being done, the Americans would need to make a coordinated mass effort to show that enough is enough. Sort of like in the old days when other issues were at stake.

I was only there...

For about 4 1/2 hours.

Do these people deserve to know how and why their loved ones were murdered? Do we deserve to know how and why 9/11 happened?

Best wishes to you

Jon: I've been a steady visitor to this site over the years, and I really admire your heart and your determination. Keep the faith.

Thank...

You. Very nice.

There was a march that afternoon-

plus others throughout the weekend.

Thanks for the footage Jon, and good seeing you there.

To see you as well.
