Through this campaign, we would seek to make the fact of its collapse so widely known that the mention of Building 7 would never again evoke the question: 'Building What?'"

Dear Fellow Truth Advocates,

Today, the 11th of August 2010, we are pleased to announce the beginning of the worldwide “BuildingWhat?” campaign.


For nearly nine years, the American people and the world have been kept in the dark about an event of monumental significance: the freefall collapse of World Trade Center Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that was the third building to fall on September 11, 2001, even though it was not struck by a plane and suffered only minimal fire damage. Only a small minority of the public has seen footage of this collapse. But the vast majority of those who have seen the footage agree that the building was brought down intentionally, and they therefore support a new investigation of 9/11.

In 1975, nearly 12 years after JFK’s assassination, the public release of the Zapruder film created widespread doubt of the official account and eventually led to the creation of the House Select Committee on Assassinations. The Committee found that the Warren Commission investigation had been seriously flawed, and that there had indeed been a second gunman. The lesson we must take from this is that a few seconds of video footage can help reshape the way a country views the event of its generation.

There is a reason why the mainstream news media won’t discuss or air footage of the collapse of Building 7 – because that footage is the “Zapruder film of 9/11.” As the first step in a worldwide effort to spread awareness of the collapse of Building 7 to every corner of the globe, we have come together to cosponsor the “BuildingWhat?” Television Advertising Campaign in New York City. Our goal is to enlighten over 1 million New Yorkers with footage of Building 7’s freefall collapse. The plan is to blanket the New York City television market with our ad during the week of September 20, 2010.

We are seeking to raise $500,000 between August 11 and September 11, 2010 to cover the costs of this effort. Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth is now a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and so every dollar that is donated to this campaign will be fully tax-deductible!

We know there is nothing you would want more than for the truth about 9/11 to be revealed, and for the positive impact it would have on our society to take hold. Indeed, you have been involved in this struggle for many years.

We ask you now to unite in a movement-wide effort and give as much as you can to make this campaign possible. We must prove to ourselves what we are capable of. The “BuildingWhat?” Television Advertising Campaign is a movement-wide effort cosponsored by several 9/11 truth organizations and leaders to blanket New York City in the week of September 20, 2010 with television advertisements featuring footage of Building 7’s collapse.


· The fundraising drive will run from August 11th until September 11th.

· As a 501(c)(3), Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth will serve as the fundraising vehicle. Your contribution will be 100% tax-deductible!

· Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth will receive 5% of the funds raised, another 5% will go to the WTC Rescuers Foundation, and the remaining 90% will go toward ad placement, web design and press releases.

· A fundraising target of $500,000 will allow for heavy saturation of the New York City television market for one week.

Scope of the Ad Campaign:

At an average cost of $750 per 30-second ad, and an average viewership of 10,000 people per ad, $500,000 minus expenses will allow for approximately 5.5 million individual views. The number of people who would see the ad at least once would be around 1 million.

Why New York:

To have an immediate and major impact, the first advertising campaign will be concentrated in one location. In addition to being where the events took place, New York City is the best location for three reasons:

1. It makes up 6.5% of US television viewers, more than double the third largest market, Chicago.

2. As the media capital of the country, New York City is the most likely to have an after-effect in the media.

3. New York City's government provides the best chance for an official investigation to be started in the foreseeable future. Many local officials have been educated about Building 7 and are waiting for greater public support before taking action.

After the New York campaign is finished we will begin fundraising for the next campaign in a city to be determined. As the campaign grows, thousands of new donors will emerge and our fundraising efforts will snowball.

Description of the Ad:

The ad will be produced by John Kirby, creator of both NYC CAN ads, “Vote For Answers” and “A Message from Bob McIlvaine.” The ad will be shot and edited in a similar style to the NYC CAN ads, featuring a handful of 9/11 family members together with the most compelling footage of Building 7.

The ad will be unveiled on Friday, August 27! Stay tuned!

Over one million New Yorkers will see Building 7’s collapse for the first time and tens of thousands will go to for more information. The website will be a visually stunning, user-friendly journey through the most essential information about Building 7. It will open with a 90-second intro featuring 9/11 family members and David Ray Griffin telling the story of Building 7, interspersed with news footage from 9/11. There will be a video gallery, an 8-part section on evidence of controlled demolition, a page on fundraising for future ad campaigns, and an advocacy page explaining what New Yorkers can do. There will also be links to the organizations cosponsoring the ad campaign.

New York And Capitol Hill Should Remain Focus

New York is the region most affected by 9/11. And the local government has jurisdiction to investigate who was doing what within the WTC just before 9/11. If enough local support for an investigation can be generated, the local government will eventually concede.

As for celebrity help, you're right truthoverprofit. This campaign is just the type of campaign where self professed defenders of the truth can put their money where their mouth is like Alex Jones. Charlie Sheen is reported to make $900,000 per episode of Two and a Half Men. Rosie O'Donnell just got a nice new gig on Oprah's new network. Maybe Good Ol' Willie could hold a fundraiser "Truth Aide"

If $500,000 is to be a realistic goal for this campaign, we will need their help since my $50 falls woefully short. If they are silent throughout, then they become no better than the rich elitists they purport to oppose. We all know that actions speak far louder than words.

I'm not sure putting the focus on WTC7 alone is the best plan and hopefully people will look into other aspects of 911. Controlled demolition of 7 does NOT prove complicity of the government in the 911 attacks. WTC7 housed intelligence agencies which means top secret documents, plans etc. It is conceivable that the building was set up beforehand with explosives so that if necessary it could be taken down in an emergency and not risk exposure of top secret / illegal activities. If enough people demand an answer to the seemingly inexplicable collapse of WTC7, the government could simply admit that yes it was destroyed on purpose because the damage it sustained represented an intelligence / security risk. Nothing to see here folks, move along. If that happens it will set us back immensely. On the other hand, I hope that when knowledge of WTC7 does spread, it will draw people into investigating all the other suspicious and downright fraudulent activities surrounding all of 911 so that we can get a real investigation.

A public statement like this would open a whole can of worms for the dark side. The public would be aghast! NIST and debunkers would look like the fools they are. The government would be blatantly exposed for duping the world. etc.

NIST has already confessed to scientific fraud by virtue of their 2 animations which are NOT a match for reality. It's outrageous. So even though they withhold their input data and computer models due to "Public Safety" B.S.-- they have hung themselves with the end results!

This is on a par with admitting to free-fall.

It would be even better is the NIST computer model video were to "freeze frame" on the last frame so people could see the folding more clearly.

Not everyone understands free fall acceleration so this additional "smoking gun" is a great addition to the body of evidence.

This is the way we will win. "Free speech" is a thing of the past. It ended when Regan did away with the "Fairness rule". We must now put out big bucks to exercise our right to free(?) speech.

I will ask the people I know with the means to exercise their right to free speech to buy a TV spot for the "Building What? campaign.

More bad ideas from NYCCAN!!! (Vote down to avoid the truth)

So yet again, very much like the petition drive, we have a plan that's DOA and will tap essential movement resources. In both cases the idea that this movement could raise hundreds of thousands of dollars is laughable. But more importantly, it's basically tragic to watch prominent and well intended people get behind such a transparently ill conceived plan.

Not admissible petition = no vote = waste of time.
No money = no commercials = waste of time.

Very expensive, one-shot, promotional ideas are bad ideas. For $100,000 you could fund a year long promotional campaign online that would get FAR more attention. But instead of modern and effective thinking on how the movement should spend it's scant resources we see people lining up behind old person stuff. Old ways of thinking. Old methods of promoting issues. Uncreative approaches to a situation that requires fresh thinking.

This project will fail. Not because I want it to, as the cheerleaders may assert. But because it just will. And if by some chance we actually did raise the money for even one commercial, we might get a couple thousand extra people to view our sites and MAYBE change a couple minds. I can do that standing on the street.

Oh really? It is painfully evident that you DO want it to fail. Despite your use of "we", you are not exactly what one would call a team player, now are you? Your own website says "We hope to inspire others to make their own sites and start their own Truth Movements." If I may, just how idiotic is THAT idea? Sure. Why doesn't everyone just make their own little treehouse and hang a sign on the trunk that says "My Personal Truth Movement HQ: Big Branch #5" Come on. Anyone who chooses to contribute to advancing the quest for truth is a member of THE worldwide 9/11 Truth Movement. There is only one. And it spans the globe now. And if you haven't figured that out yet, then I suggest you ponder what I've just written and attempt to reboot your brain.

And if that fails, then why don't you just apply some self control to your fingers and refrain from typing such riveting and encouraging texts as "Movement fail!" Since you seem to advocate not wasting time, you'll save yourself some right there!

Wait, Why Do People Advertise If It's Not Effective?

Could it be that advertising on TV is exactly what the 9/11 truth movement needs to be doing and hasn't been for all these years? TV ad campaigns not only reach hundreds of thousands of people, or even millions if you have the budget, they also have a public relations element in that they often generate news stories, and they allow an issue to be part of the out-in-the-open public discussion. I think the standing on the street corner approach Jules suggests is the one we have to grow out of if we're going to get anywhere. See this one: when right-wingers want something what do they do?

APNewsBreak: Anti-ground zero mosque TV ad planned

ALBANY, N.Y. — New York's Conservative Party is planning a television ad campaign to pressure a New York City utility to use its power to block a proposed mosque near ground zero.

The ad states "patriotic Americans" want "real answers" about the Islamic group planning the cultural center in lower Manhattan in a building partly owned by Consolidated Edison that would include a mosque.

The ad asks viewers to contact the utility at a phone number provided on screen.

The Conservative Party's statewide ad to begin running next week cites Republican candidate for governor Rick Lazio, the Conservative nominee, as asking the right questions about the effort headed by an "anti-American" Muslim leader.

The utility has said it is legally bound to accept the plans to sell the building under an agreement with its tenant.

That ballot initiative contained fatal errors -- extremely basic -- that were just sitting there ready to kill it automatically, i.e., the NYState Charter requires that commissioners are NY residents, and the ones chosen were not.

So the NYCCAN money went to pay lawyers and petitioners and to educate a judge on Building 7?

There are local markets that be willing to accept our money.. or there could be press releases to disclose what they may be hiding.

But instead of self-fulfilling prophecies of being censored.. we do what we can. And money does hold some influence.. as the AE911truth radio ads have shown..

The key is in our self empowerment to do what we can.. awaken who we can awaken.. and grow the numbers demanding truth and justice, which would have a better chance in promoting peace in our world than complaining about all the wars and crimes against humanity. What our architects are showing is that our civilisation is in danger of breaking down all the way.. backwards in our evolution. Those uniting to do what we CAN DO will get further than you may expect.. since we already have come a great distance.. United we stand, and exploded do buildings fall (at around free fall speeds).

Netflix as Truth Outlet

I just signed on to Netflix and was nicely surprised to find 'Press for Truth' and 'Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup' as recommended documentaries. Other films included Cynthia McKinney and other notables. Here is a way to reach thousands of people who might still be in the dark. If you already have Netflix, rate up the films! (and others) could have a place here too.

Having the Richard Gage documentary on Netflix might be very do-able. Many, many people watch Netflix documentaries "online" (or via Wii, PSB, Xbox, etc.), because people can watch as many movies as they like without additional fees.

Bill Veale, of the Lawyers group, who is apparently now retired from a 30+ yr career as Chief Assistant Public Defender in Contra Costa County, California, added this to his lawsuit -- which was an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink approach to making a case against Dick Cheney via April Gallop:

18. Two investigators referring to themselves as the Citizen‟s Investigation Team interviewed a number of witnesses to the supposed flight of American Flight 77. They took statements from four such individuals, two of whom were Pentagon police officers, Sgts Lagassie and Brooks, both of whom exhibited a pronounced interest in refuting any conspiracy theories that suggested that Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon. Each of the four witnesses asserted that the flight path of the aircraft they believed to be Flight 77 was north of the Navy Annex and the Citgo station. Subsequent interviews by the Citizen‟s Investigation Team of other percipient witnesses have corroborated, in large measure, the flight path described by the first four witnesses.

Need I mention that it failed?

But imagine if it hadn't. Imagine if the "Citizens Investigation Team" managed to become front and center in a highly public lawsuit against a household name like Dick Cheney?
