In Tehran, Chavez , who is on a seven-nation tour, said the two countries were united, and indeed have formed a "strategic alliance," to build "a new world order" to end the dominance of the U.S. and the West in global affairs. Ahmadinejad helpfully added that the U.S. and other Western nations were already "on the verge of collapse."

Oh Joy - Just what we need.

Another New World Order.

I'll have 14 new cheeseburgers and a big orange drink please.

These are not the people I want on my side but they have the stones to speak out against our imperialism and I thank them for keeping the dialog going.

Steady, ever increasing pressure across a broader and broader bass.

BTW: I once heard Vladimir Putin taking calls on an American radio station and he talks exactly like an American politician.

We did all we could to take Chavez out................. what do we expect him to do? Be really friendly to us?

We have lost central and south america.
Our backyard.

But we gained Afghanistan. Well, little bits of it here and there.

I wonder how the Chinese feel about this

and is this an extension of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization or a new rival faction?

We certainly do live in interesting times.

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.
