Fundraising For 9/11 FBI FOIA Records Lawsuit Appeal To U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals

Your support is needed for our appeal of a recent ruling by the U.S. District Court of Nevada which erroneously blocked access to responsive records from the FBI regarding the Pentagon attack and the cockpit voice recording from United Airlines flight 93. An attorney specializing in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is representing the plaintiff in this case at a reduced public interest rate. Funds will be applied to appeal court filing fees, the creation of required appeal briefs, and attorney travel expenses to the hearing to provide in-person oral arguments before the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California in this matter.

Unfortunately, the legal services being provided cannot continue beyond what can be paid for. Please donate today so that this extensive effort to obtain long awaited 9/11 information can be completed.

Lawsuit Also Seeks Source Flight Phone Call Records

Much thanks to those who have donated! This effort couldn't proceed without the help of many.

10 years after the fact, its time to settle the controversies. Lets get the answers! The FBI might never release these records without being sued.

Please explain...

... how this case ended up in Nevada and the Ninth Circuit?

Lawsuit Filed By Me 2 Years Ago & Recently Dismissed

Lawsuit was recently dismissed by the Nevada District Court judge. The lead attorney appealing the dismissal before the U.S. 9th Circuit and who specializes in such litigation, believes that several aspects of FOIA law were not followed.

The lawsuit seeks evidence collection records from the much debated Pentagon and Shanksville crash scenes, source records proving authenticity of alleged in-flight phone calls, the cockpit voice recorder recording from United 93 and much more.

such important work!

Aidan; Thanks for all you are doing. I wish I were contributing more. Isn;t it ironic how the side of right has so little money, while the "bad guys" don't need to appeal for funds. They just rob us big time with the help of congress, president, and courts; phony wars to profit greedy, negative, destructive corporations.

It's an important point, the financial situation

and the big mountain we're up against concerning this aspect of the game we're involved in.

I wrote before that I wonder how much the real perps/PTB are laughing at us because we regularly seem to have trouble coming up with amounts like a few thousand bucks to pay for FOIA-requests.
I wonder, aren't there a few wealthy folks outthere who quietly support and donate to the various sections of the TM? What is this BS of taking a few MONTHS to collect a mere few thousand bucks? Other than the small donators, where does the TM as a whole get his money from? Who's sponsoring us? Which businesses would want to be linked to the Truthmovement? Very few I can imagine.
On the contrary, money's of no concern to the people we're up against, they have access to unlimited amounts of funds, which poses a real important issue, which I haven't seen discussed here at all. What about money?

We've always been self-supporting

for the most part, and that is the way it will always be with movements that are not seeking corporate support.

The few "angels" that are around and do support us do so quietly and to a few individuals they know and trust.

Yes, we should have more fundraisers, this site could use some regular support, for example.

This is not about money, ultimately, but adequate resources can make a difference.

The truth shall set us free (spreading the truth can be expensive sometimes).

Love is the only way forward.
