Kurt Haskell Says He Will Sue Feds in Underwear Bomber Case

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show today, Michigan attorney Kurt Haskell said he plans to file a civil lawsuit against the government in the underwear bomber case now that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab has suddenly reversed course and decided to plead guilty.

“Abdulmutallab’s reversal now means that Detroit Attorney Kurt Haskell’s contention that the plot was, as in almost every other terror case made public, a product of government entrapment, and that the US intelligence establishment was involved in the aborted attack, will now remain buried, at least for the time being,” Paul Joseph Watson wrote earlier today as news of the reversal was reported.

Abdulmutallab entered a plea of not guilty eight months ago at the start of his trial on charges he attempted to use of a weapon of mass destruction, conspired to commit an act of terrorism and attempted murder.

The corporate media immediately attempted to cover the government’s effort to shut down the case and prevent Haskell from testifying by claiming Abdulmutallab had changed course in order to have the opportunity to read a six-minute speech to the courtroom in which he said that his crimes had been a payback for U.S. military killings of people in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere.

Kurt Haskell said the lawsuit will allow him to subpoena witnesses and ask questions. He told Alex Jones he is primarily interested in getting “some more truth” out of the case now that the government has moved to shut down the release of further information, in particular the identity of the well dressed Indian man who escorted Abdulmutallab to the flight in Amsterdam on Christmas day, 2009.

Alex noted that it is now government policy to murder suspects like the underwear bomber’s alleged handler and Pentagon dinner guest, Anwar Awlaki, instead of bringing them to trial.

Because of this and the government’s habitual lies and deception, lawsuits like the one Kurt Haskell will file against the government are of particular importance, Jones explained.

Thanks for posting this entry.

Virtually, there is no mainstream media focus on the Kurt Haskell saga.
Information about this Christmas Day Underwear Bomber cover-up comes only from the alternative media and from alert citizens who spread the news.

I'm actually concerned about

I'm actually concerned about the lack of focus on 9/11.

I would like to see most of these Kurt Haskell stories on his blog, or in one post here updated in comments.

This is off-topic essentially.

The Haskell story is about undermining and revealing the false flag event that was the underwear bomber.

I'd say it fits in about perfect in these parts.

May provide a needed precedent

Tackling the 9/11 matter directly might not be the most effective way of convincing the public that an investigation is needed. Probing around the periphery and exposing related matters might yield more success.

Having a proven case of a government-orchestrated false-flag operation could go a long way in enabling the public to consider that their government is actually capable of doing such a thing. I am very surprised that Haskell was able to go as far as he did, since his effort potentially comes very close to providing such exposure.

And to that name, what are we here to explore? How the official story of the event's of 9/11/01 was a fiction.

Shared character's (Al Qaeda, Awlaki) in 9/11 and the underwear bomber are fair game. Why would you not want to explore those connections? It might help people who are unwilling to look at 9/11/01 at seeing that Gov agency's manufacture events in order to shape consensus.

Look:Within one month of the

Within one month of the 10th anniversary of 9/11, this website (9/11 Blogger) has 25 posts displayed on its front page.

14 of 25 displayed posts are not directly related to 9/11 information including; articles on Occupy Wall St., Anthrax, Media Censorship and Kurt Haskell

Really, I would like to see more focus on 9/11.

Don't take me the wrong way

Don't take me the wrong way either folks.

This is constructive criticism.

I may hold an unpopular opionion or I may be wrong (in the importance of off-topic material), or both.

This is constructive criticism.

Post something yourself you believe is on topic.

Trust the moderators. If a submission belongs here on 911blogger it will have to pass by them. If it is deemed not important (by them) or only tangentially
related it may go to the "Blog" page. If it is libelous, racist, false, it will be flushed.

Before you got here an editorial decision was made by the moderators to include a wider scope of related content.

The Kurt Haskell/Underwear Bomber story is a MICRO 9/11.

define "related" if you can,

define "related" if you can, please.

All of my on-topic posts are here:

On what grounds?

On what grounds would Kurt Haskell even have a lawsuit on? I agree No. Cal. this is somewhat off topic.

The Kurt Haskell saga is an extension of Sept 11th

9/11 was not just one day.
It has been a series of incidents and events and episodes.

There are many extensions to 9/11...
Going back in time, we see the PNAC document, or Operation Northwoods, or CIA-Al-Qaeda, or false flag events, or Oklahoma City bombing, or political and corporate corruption, etc.
Going forward in time from 9/11, we see the Anthrax attacks, or The Patriot Act and its renewals, or the health plight of the forsaken First Responders, or further "methods" (covert and overt) to loom the threat of terrorism, or ways the government "protects us" from a plethora of problems.

Flight 253 was the FIRST foreign terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11. The "September 11th fear" and the American public animosity toward the middle east was waning in Dec 2009. Flight 253 was the government's way of re-stimulating the shock of 9/11 on its "Pavlov's dog-like public."

Flight 253 rapidly ushered in more security and government protection.

Aspects of the Patriot Act were about to expire at the end of 2009.

Flight 253 is a definite extension of the 9/11 agenda.

There is a front page and blog page at 911blogger. Kurt Haskell has rarely been on the front page.

In the future, America will have more events/situations which are designed to re-instill that traumatic shock and awe which occurred on 9/11/01. When the public feels unafraid and comfortable, we will see an event designed to re-stimulate the 9/11 trauma or cause economic hardship. (In order to dominate, a government must "weaken" and suppress a people.)

The Oklahoma City Bombing did not strike enough fear into the American people. Neither did the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing.
But 9/11/2001 did.

The last decade has been a fast slide downhill for America and the world. It has not been accidental.

We all know that September 11th was orchestrated in order to forward agendas and also to benefit a variety of people and entities. Those parties who greatly prospered from 9/11/01 probably have no interest in exposing the cover-up.
And those parties would like to see their agendas continued.
This is accomplished covertly by the media and government when aspects of 9/11 are re-stimulated.
