Why Sandy Hook Massacre Spawned Conspiracy Theories
By Benjamin Radford, LiveScience Bad Science Columnist
One month after the Sandy Hook school shootings, the list of victims continues to grow. One man, Gene Rosen — who found six children and a bus driver in his driveway, brought them into his home, fed them and called parents to assure them that their children were safe — has been harassed by telephone, email and online by those who think he is lying about his actions, and is part of a conspiracy.

Snopes takes on the conspiracy as well...
Here's Snopes take on the popular video going around: http://www.snopes.com/politics/guns/newtown.asp

The Sandy Hook Shooting - Fully Exposed Embedded
The Sandy Hook Shooting - Fully Exposed - Part 2
Wait... what?
In the snopes article, it says on the 3rd bullet point'
"A man who was spotted in the woods near Sandy Hook Elementary on the day of the shootings and was detained by police was, according the the Newtown Bee, "an off-duty tactical squad police officer from another town"
Ok, so.... why was he running through the woods from police?
Don't know.....
They don't have a cover for that part of the story but I can analyze the rest.......
The off duty swat cop would of course be the athletic type and would naturally be doing something physical in his off time and who wouldn't want to take a stroll in the countryside in Connecticut. Naturally, because he is "just a slob like one of us...."* he puts on the last thing he wore that was clean, his work clothes. I will buy that because I have a back-log of laundry that would fill up St. Vincent de Pauls, so that is copacetic, right? And of course since it was reported in The Bee , you know it has to be true because, they live there and have direct access to all the news. OK, so.... why was he running through the woods from police? Well, I can't handle that one.....unless, he was ahead of the pack in hot pursuit of the real killers It seems like hanging chads or Ali's Butterfly Punch , there is always part of the story that persists, unexplained, like dregs in a coffee cup.

Truther Smear
The yahoo article successfully debunks the 'Emilie Parker with Obama' picture and then uses that to paint anyone who has rational questions as being a nut-job, calling them Sandy Hook Truthers. And then tries to parlay that into a general smear of those who doubt 9/11 and JFK.
What's equally tragic is that you have people who don't know what they're talking about and haven't done any research putting out junk. I received the Emilie Parker with O. picture on Facebook and thought it was very odd. Then I took a few seconds to confirm that she did indeed have a similar-looking sibling who was a year younger .... and I confirmed Emilie's funeral in Utah. So I was supposed to believe that her father Robbie faked an interview claiming his daughter was killed and then she posed in a picture with the president??
I don't get the JFK part.......
...and then tries to parlay that into a general smear of those who doubt 9/11 and JFK.
I don't get the JFK part, at all. It would be sort of like: "This just in, people with questions about the events at Sandy Hook appear to be falling under the influence of a category of people that one social anthropologist has labeled 'cranks' and 'firebrands.' This alarming and growing trend has been likened to the large minority (76 percent) of people who think that JFK was killed in a conspiracy'." Yes, they want you to think that 76 percent equals a minority.
The phrase "tin foil hats" used to be a comforting smear of one who suspected conspiracy. I think the tin foil was to protect the wearer from people who are trying to "probe their thoughts." Yet now with 24/7 warrant-less wiretapping, Oracle both listening and making movies (Anapurna is an Ellison firm like Oracle), Utah server farms, and other technical niceties by our government the idea that someone is trying to "listen to our thoughts," is no longer a paranoid phantasy. Now, if you aren't paranoid your aren't healthy, unless you think that Honey Boo Boo and Kardashian are about "personal growth."
Do a little digging and see how few people are actually tuned in to those MSM news programs, the numbers are staggeringly low. Low enough to suggest that much of Ted Turner's money is just inflated tech bubble stuff . If no one is watching where is the revenue stream coming from. Ad revenues are per eyeball and the numbers seem to be a little low. Are they subsidized in a "too big to fail way?" That is a question that we must ask. We know that the Military and CIA are active in Hollywood.
As I stated elsewhere, Yale educated Anderson Cooper stated that early reportage is usually wrong insinuating a fog of war kind of analysis, when we all know that the opposite is true. Yes, state school educated me with my Pell Grants and other subsidies that went to a "focus on football" powerhouse (read anti-intellectual, and sorry guys for that but it is true) knows better. This whole Sandy Hook thing has the kind of NFL "biased refs" feeling to it. In that meme refs with biases toward certain teams look the other way, in an innocent and human way. Or, poorly paid refs are subject to bribery. None of which takes into account the possibility of total control of all outcomes. Its been done before. But the whole Sandy Hook thing stinks. I don't know how it went down or what the reasons for it were but we are not getting the whole story and that is not because the MSM slashed the budgets of its news bureaus and investigative reporting in a downsizing and cost cutting way. No, they went with the Pravda model plain and simple. And that is what we are getting 24/7 in the news cycles. That lie switch is always on. So now the watchword is: We Report, you try to decide (WTF).
Gene Rosen = B.S.
I don't know what's going on with Sandy Hook, but this Gene Rosen clown is full of shit. He changes his story each time he gives an interview. Was there a bus driver with the kids or not? Was there a man with a stern voice? Regardless, find out what the fuck is going on from one of the adults if they're abandoning custody of kids and dumping them off with you. This whole sordid episode stinks to high heaven.
Is or isn't an ex Psychologist
With the stories changing so much it is hard to keep up. He is touted as being a retired psychologist in a state with mandatory reporter laws. Many states with these laws provide a toll free access to report child abuse which includes abandonment a condition to which the children in his story more than qualify. Once the child is abandoned they become pro tem wards of the state until an action plan is created. Then a placement is made that may include or not include the family or its branches. As a psychologist, Rosen would know this. While comfoting the afflicted is a laudable thing to do; this juice party avec les poupées hardly seems proper and to protocol.
In Connecticut a Mandatory Reporter is practically anyone with a day job and includes podiatrists.
The Huffington Post decides to weigh in...
The Huffington Post weighs in on the issue. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/16/sandy-hook-conspiracy-theory-video-debunked_n_2487427.html?utm_hp_ref=mostpopular
It was the 2nd most popular story on that site when I saw it. This video is going viral as they say and that says a lot of good about the public's willingness to finally be skeptical of what the gov't and mainstream media is telling us. That's the only way I am seeing it. Peace.
The comments right now......
The comments right now are all of the "I know you are but what am I variety," what passes for insight and reasoned debate in the US.
connect the dots
"The classic conspiracy theorist sees the hidden hand in everything. Nothing is as it seems," he added. "There's something bigger that's going on. They don't know where it is, but they are willing to tantalize people and throw out any number of suggestions, which are oftentimes contradictory."
- B. Radford Media Mythmakers
The classic main stream follower blindly follows and believes everything that enters their senses, especially and primarily from individual or corporation with power and wealth. These entities are looked up to, this after all is mostly how American and world by and large define success, and thus correlate it with correctness, rightness and truth. Nothing is as it doesn't appear. There's never anything bigger or smaller or sinister or different from what they've been told going on. They know exactly how it is, because that's what they've been told by the people that control them sign their paycheck and feed them, so how could it be any different, and they will even sign up to defend it and be killed for it, regardless of any amount of seemingly glaring obvious problems anomalies or inconsistencies, which are often times quite congruent and collaborative.
Actually it is as it seems, a movie set, a drill, a farce. What it doesn't seem is a mass shooting. My limited knowledge tells me mass shootings especially in 600+ student school have chaos and bodies and damage and seriously grieving people and variety of collaborating witness testimony and on and on. We have no conclusive proof of the official narrative. No physical evidence. No hard evidence. Only talk, inconsistent unsupported intimidating non-forhcoming talk at that. We all know saying talk is cheap. Of course the Post will say what they say, they are corporate owned controlled msm, who would expect otherwise. Obviously this is all a story of David and Goliath. individual investigators seeing problems making claims and trillion dollar backed msm going to every extreme to cover themselves.
Tie that together with the concept that some most or many people will fight to death to hold onto their world construct view, no matter how absurd a situation
So here they've called in two investigators, Snopes.com and Media Mythmakers =)
Some of their points they try to offer ...
Rifle issue - The Post supports its view by quoting Lt Vance. Somehow, we're supposed to believe as fact whatever Lt Vance says, which makes no sense, let us see proof, not just words, anyone can say anything
Gene Rosen - The Post supports its view by telling us he is retired psychologist, but where is proof, now it's only words, not supported, not documented. Can they prove he was never involved with acting. Show us proof. They also say he said there were 4 children, but watch the video, he says 6 children
Memorial sites set up before shooting - Do they have proof Google makes mistake or error with dates. Just to say they make error, doesn't prove anything
Victims not expressing proper levels of grief - They say certain videos have been cherry picked, but show us any video or photo where parents or students or anyone from supposed crime scene is crying. Rather there are plenty of video showing people smiling, laughing and acting without remorse. And there is video where there is conscious shift in character from indifferent or smiling to trying to appear distraught or saddened. Not even the president cries, rather makes effort to wipe away tear but no water. What are the vast quantities of evidence that we're ignoring or rejecting?
Emilie Parker or her sister photo - Maybe this claim is error i don't know enough about it
There's still many unexplained anomalies...
Asking questions is first step to solving crime or testing hypothesis or making experiment. First you formulate questions, then look for answer. What type of gun(s), where were the bullet wounds, how many girls and how many boys, who was killed, what type of bullets, did any guns jam, what was motive, did he say anything about why, what was prior experience with guns, has shooter been to shooting range, where did shooter purchase ammunition, how many rounds were fired, where are all the students, where are video from new security system, why are emergency vehicles sitting still, why are cars blocking entrance and exit area, why is black car parked by itself by entrance, did emt have necessary support, were they able to save anyone that was near death, who were the 2 adults who were injured from inside the school, who and why was person on ground with handcuffs, who and why was person running through woods, why was the principle supposedly killed but then giving description to editor of local paper, where is video of shooting, why is coroner behaving strange, or unable to answer many questions, why are little girls making satanic signs, and older man in another photo, how does media know how many are dead shortly after shooting, why was women sent sms by cbs? why are people behaving strangely, what does his brother say about him, who was he last seen with or talking to either in person or online, what types of drugs or other chemicals were found in his body, how did he get them, what prescriptions did he have, did he have a family doctor, any notes or letters in his apartment, what are common thread(s) if any between mass shootings in different cities, why are gov agency drills planned and going on simultaneously, and on and on....
These are called questions. When making investigation, one asks questions. Then through process of obtaining data, a hypothesis or conclusion is formed. This is healthy investigative process. It is diseased to not ask questions. Not seeking leads to not finding leads to no raise in consciousness and no advancement for either individual or collective society
It seems that the "tantalizing could be" is all anyone has thus far offered, and the official narrative offered seems much more tantalizing than the reality
The agenda of someone who seeks truth is truth. The agenda of someone or some entity who obfuscates misleads threatens labels or marginalizes is something else.
"Political conspiracy theorists are completely wrong [in their conclusions], but they're not crazy," he told HuffPost. "The leading conspiracy theorists ... are right on many of their initial factual claims. Depending on what the theory is, they might even be correct in all of their claims. Where they are wrong is connecting the dots that aren't there."
- D.J. Grothe James Randi Educational Foundation
People who blindly follow the every whim of their psymaster or paymaster often have no clue what's happening either to them or around them, either through compartmentalization containment or blind faith, and they aren't crazy, rather it's the person or entity who is enslaving them who is 'crazy', without sense of connectedness to and consciousness with humanity, Nature and the Divine Spirit. The leading blind followers may be able to survive and teach regarding many things, such as daily living and keeping up with the Jones's, however, the fundamental error or problem arises when they need to make transition into next world, because they fail to overcome fear to sit still long enough to begin to connect the dots that are there, while they are here.
The mentality of this article highlights the serious predicament facing us all
Coincidence Theorists
If I'm in a conversation with someone who tries to smear me with the "conspiracy theorist" label, I have been using this reply that I once heard Michael C Ruppert say: "If you want to call me a conspiracy theorist then I get to call you a coincidence theorist". If you start to lay out the mass coincidences of the events surrounding 9/11, for example, eventually the probability of conspiracy begins to outweigh the probabilities of mass coincidence.
I do agree with other commenters here that as much as all of this kind if muddies the truth waters all around, it is a sign of a growing and apparently pretty broad skepticism of the matrix-level info that we are being force fed. That can only be a good thing.
You can say that again...or I will!
"I do agree with other commenters here that as much as all of this kind if muddies the truth waters all around, it is a sign of a growing and apparently pretty broad skepticism of the matrix-level info that we are being force fed. That can only be a good thing."
Florida Professor Attacked For Questioning Sandy Hook PrisonPla
Florida Professor Attacked For Questioning Sandy Hook
Together we stand divided we fall
When will other professors, scholars, scientists and/or real investigators speak up with Mr Tracy?
He is a level-headed, conscientious and respectable fellow American trying his best to speak truth to power, to raise questions about many unanswered questions, and perhaps most important to raise awareness for the sleeping masses. I think he should be at top of the list for man of the year or nobel peace prize, along with many dedicated researchers for 9/11 truth.
Of course there are many citizen journalists, true alternative media and individuals also raising questions, yet Mr Tracy is mostly alone under this spotlight of being smeared and bullied by the likes of Anderson Cooper, and other worthless msm, who will go to any length, except making real analysis, to try to keep their image alive.
This isn't fair for Mr Tracy, we need others to stand next to him and support him and help him share this burden since he is trying to help us all, we also must give help back. Surely people like Dr Steven Jones must know how Mr Tracy feels, and many others, so let's support him, stand next to him
Is everyone so worried that they will get sucked in and at last minute our openly corrupt gov (Fast and Furious, etc., etc., etc., ...ad infinitum...) and controlling manipulating compromised lying msm will whip out all kinds of proof for the official narrative? That this is some big psyop set up to trap the many hard working individuals churning out volumes of truthful research for 9/11 and other events, such as 7/7 and Oklahoma bombing, and on and on...
is there a concern this will be the gov and msm coup d 'etat to finally smear and bury the 9/11 truth movement? Then how, many people's incomes will be shattered, their lives will be shattered since they've been investing everything they have for so many years into efforts for truth and creating awareness, no one will watch info wars, no t-shirts or emergency kits will be sold, no hits to 911Blogger or other truth website, no one will tune in anymore to alternative talk shows, and these owners will have to find other means to support themselves and their families?
So at end of day, is this what it's all about, that everyone is making their living off of this both in terms of food and keeping ego alive, and if it comes out that the Sandy Hook official narrative is true, then it would tarnish all this, and force massive upheaval in people's lives. If so, it seems we should make some serious internal investigation into ourselves, ask ourselves some hard questions
If the Sandy Hook thing does get this knock out sucker hook from gov and msm, then so be it. Bring it on. Let them, and then let all the chaos ensue. But, does it then all of the sudden make Kevin Ryan's dedicated conscientious painstakingly difficult work involving treasonous crimes of Ralph Eberhart NORAD's commander on 9/11 false, or all the published scientific papers from Dr Niels Harriet and Dr Steven Jones et al also false, or the first responder witnesses testimonies false, or Norman Mineta's testimony false, no no no no and no.
Let's support professor Tracy and others like him, just as we also look for people to support us. As Joe has pointed out, 9/11 truth is a subset of Truth. All of us in the truth community, searching for truth together, must come together, support each other, stand side by side, and ride through these storms. MSM and gov always want us divided, as jack Blood pointed out in recent interview with James Corbett. We must stop participating in their paradigm, their way of controlling us, and one way we must do that, is by coming together whole and united. Together we stand divided we fall.
NB. In another similarity to 9/11, it's an important point raised that some entities intentionally sewing dis or mis-information in order to muddy the waters or poison the well to distract people from understanding and trying to make/offer analysis of other controversial events (conspiracies), therefore making it easier for MSM to fool the masses, by pointing to obvious falsities (shifting the focus) yet underneath still not mentioning glaring anomalies.
Btw, Paul Watson is saying this is a very real tragedy, when in fact we don't know for sure yet what is real.

Why We Can’t Ignore the Sandy Hook Truthers
Sandy Hook conspiracy theorists aren't going to go away if we pretend they don't exist.
January 18, 2013 |
We’ve been writing a lot about the conspiracy theories surrounding the Sandy Hook school shooting — some say too much. “Why you’re giving these Sandy Hook truther media whores the time of day. Ignore them and they go away [sic],” one reader emailed.
Unfortunately, that’s probably not the case. The genie is already out of the bottle and this myth will likely only heat up as the debate over gun control does. “It’s by far the hottest topic of the moment,” David Mikkelson, the co-founder of the myth-debunking website Snopes.com told BuzzFeed. As the site’s Ben Smith and CJ Lotz wrote today, “Some of the factors that can bring theories in from the fringe appear to be driving its unexpected surge this month: A connection to America’s intensely polarized political culture in general, and a message that appeals to a longstanding fear among gun owners, in particular.”
“This has gone super viral. It even surprised me how crazy insane the interest in this stuff is,” Paul Joseph Watson, a guest host for conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ radio show, said today.
And thanks to the Internet, the media can no longer suffocate a smoldering conspiracy theory by ignoring it. ”The biggest problem for theorists was always getting their message out,” Robert Goldberg, a University of Utah historian who studies conspiracy theories, told Salon. “The Internet has completely changed that. Often, they don’t even bother trying to get their theories in the mainstream media anymore.” So even if the the few media outlets that have covered the theories give them a bit more exposure, it’s unlikely conspiracists would have a problem reaching their audience on their own anyway.
Indeed, they’ve already been tremendously successful. The numbers alone are staggering.
The most popular video on YouTube, “The Sandy Hook Shooting – Fully Exposed,” produced by ThinkOutsideTheTV, already has nearly 11 million views. There are at least 40 other Sandy Hook conspiracy theory videos on YouTube with over 100,000 views. Alex Jones’ conspiracy websites, which get 11 million visitors a month, are publishing new stories about the Newtown massacre every day.
Mentions of “Sandy Hook hoax” have exploded on Twitter in the past week. This graph shows the spike in Google searches for “Sandy Hook hoax,” which mostly come from conservative states like Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Kentucky:
Then there’s the increasing flirtation with the hoax theory among presumably credible people. On top of Florida Atlantic University professor James Tracy, and popular Ohio TV anchor Ben Swann, there’s Denard Span, a centerfielder for the Washington Nationals. He tweeted this week, “I was watching some controversial stuff on YouTube about the sandy hooks thing today! It really makes u think and wonder.” (He later apologized and walked back his comments.)
One reason for the explosive growth of the movement is that it builds on existing conspiracy theories, especially classic “black helicopters” anti-government paranoia and theories surrounding 9/11. Not only do Sandy Hook truthers share an epistemological foundation with existing theorists, but the believers are often the very same people. On online message boards dedicated to swapping conspiracy theories, many of the commentators who argue that Sandy Hook was a “false flag” operation actually see it as merely the latest in a long line of other government operations aimed at disarming Americans, such as the shooting in Aurora, Colo., and the Oklahoma City bombing.
Meanwhile, 9/11 truthers were quick to jump on the Sandy Hook bandwagon. One popular YouTube video purportedly offering “absolute proof” that the shooting was a hoax (338,000 views and counting) was produced by Operation Terror, a group that produced a series of 9/11 truther videos. Let’s Roll, an Internet forum created for discussing 9/11 theories, is rife with Sandy Hook threads.
Even birthers have gotten in on the mix. Orly Taitz, the dentist/attorney/real estate agent who helped push questions about Barack Obama’s birth certificate into the mainstream, has written a series of blog posts about how police are “lying” about Sandy Hook. Gary Wilmott, a paralegal from Los Angeles who has run a number of birther websites, has also“confirmed” that Sandy Hook was a “scam.”
And a number of readers have written in with their own stories. “My sister is a pretty smart person. She’s in med school, went to [a good Northeast liberal arts college], is reliably liberal … and yesterday she texts me asking if i had heard about these conspiracies and whether they’re true,” one said. A woman from Orange County, Calif., told us how a fellow mother on her children’s swim team told her that Peter and Nancy Lanza worked for the CIA and trained Adam to be a suicide gunman because President Obama wanted them to. “This was a typical suburban mom … I was thunderstruck,” she said. Another wrote in about his stepfather, who “believe[s] that Sandy Hook was some sort of operation.” “My step-dad is usually fairly logical, once shown proof he is able to change his mind, hence trying to weed out all these ‘alternative’ theories,” he added.
Of course, it’s impossible to get any kind of real handle on how many people out there actually believe this stuff, but studies show that belief in conspiracy theories is far more common than most people probably assume. For instance, we reported yesterday on a new survey showing that over 60 percent of Americans believe one conspiracy theory or another.
The true believers will probably never come around — confirmation bias will make them deaf to any conflicting evidence — but experts say the way to fight conspiracy theories is to prevent them from spreading. The only way we can do that is by first acknowledging that we have a problem.
Well, in true conspiracy theorist style,
even if this is a planted event and media story, I would conjecture that the gun control issue is a red herring.
I think it's interesting in itself that big media are giving any attention at all to the Sandy Hook conspiracy theories. I smell an agenda in that alone.
If the Sandy Hook story is an orchestrated event then the fomenting of wild stories and disbelief around it suggests to me a different agenda besides one as obvious as gun control. They may be encouraging theories about gun control in order to distract from something else. There are plenty of other ways the U.S. gov could introduce gun control, and I don't think it would have to go to such bizarre lengths to do so. Support for gun control in the U.S. already has a wide sympathetic base.
I would simply urge those who are curious about this issue to keep your eyes open to other possible motivations behind this event.
[/conspiracy theory about the conspiracy theory]
"Parent" changes entire emotional persona- FAIL
When I watched the Sandy Hook "parent" come out of what I believe was a police station, broadly smiling and well at ease in his disposition, then hyperventilate and get into "character", the hair on the back of my neck stood up.
He actually asks "are we ready to start?" and turns into a grieving parent before your eyes, unaware that there is one camera already rolling. I need little else at this point to tell me something is dreadfully wrong with this situation. If you haven't taken the time to study this one scene intently, you're missing a crucial piece of evidence. This guy is a liar and an actor, period. No parent who's child was purportedly torn to bits by high velocity rifle fire a day before could possibly be as jovial and well composed as this guy was at first. It's a bald faced lie, and it was my tipping point to buy into the Sandy Hook Truth movement.
I also have a sense that the latent backlash from 9/11 has built a skeptical population, one that is ready to turn to alternative news sources when they smell a fish. This may blow up faster and far worse than the 9/11 movement, because the distrust of the government is higher than it's ever been. It is a safer environment to ask difficult questions in, and in a way, this can help the 9/11 truth movement. Once you make a conscious decision to distrust mainstream media and the US government, everything is on the table, including Sandy Hook.
Astute Assessment!

Report due on Sandy Hook shooting investigation
HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Investigators planned to release a long-awaited report Monday on the Newtown school shooting that could provide some of the first official answers to questions about the history of the gunman and the police response to one of the worst school shootings in history.
The report expected Monday afternoon will not include the full evidence file of Connecticut State Police, which is believed to total thousands of pages. The decision to continue withholding the bulk of the evidence is stirring new criticism of the secrecy surrounding the investigation.
Dan Klau, a Hartford attorney who specializes in First Amendment law, said the decision to release a summary report before the full evidence file is a reversal of standard practice and one of the most unusual elements of the investigation.
"What I found troubling about the approach of the state's attorney is that from my perspective, he seems to have forgotten his job is to represent the state of Connecticut," Klau said. "His conduct in many instances has seemed more akin to an attorney in private practice representing Sandy Hook families."

School Safety Expert Threatened for Questioning Sandy Hook
School safety expert who was invited by the U.S. Department of Justice to train over 3,500 school police officers, superintendents and principals, Wolfgang W. Halbig, threatened by police investigators for questioning Sandy Hook official story.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6roDPt1WYYY
Ex Florida state trooper/investigator on the verge of blowing Sandy Hook wide open after receiving multiple official threats. Incredible information.
Wolfgang W. Halbig doesn't believe anyone was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012, and he's looking for some answers. So many answers, in fact, that he was paid a visit by some police investigators telling him to back off.
Mr. Halbig isn't your average "conspiracy theorist." He's worked in public education as a teacher, dean, assistant principal, principal of an alternative school and as the Director for School Safety and Security for the Seminole County Public Schools, a school district of approximately 65,000 students.
A former Florida State Trooper and United States Customs Inspector, Mr. Halbig was invited by the U.S. Department of Justice to train over 3,500 school police officers, school superintendents and school principals. He travels the country providing presentations and keynotes to a variety of school board associations and conferences and is a nationally-recognized school safety and security expert and consultant, who has provided safety training and school assessments for more than 4,000 school districts nationwide.
Dave Gahary spoke with Wolfgang about why he doesn't believe the official story of the Sandy Hook Elementary School event, in this interesting interview (43:23).
