Release of "Wrong, Blasphemous and Sinful – 10 years of 9/11 media coverage"

"Wrong, Blasphemous and Sinful" is the English version of the Belgian film "Epouvantails, autruches et perroquets". The film analyses the way the media managed to skip or distort controversial subjects surrounding the 9/11 attacks. The original film in French appeared on the 10th anniversary of the attacks (hence the title), and finally its English version, with subtitles and a new voice-over is out.

In its French version, the film has been viewed online by tens of thousands of people, and has been screened in Belgium, France and Switzerland. Despite its emphasis on European media, it features prominent actors of the international 9/11 Truth Movement like David Ray Griffin and Richard Gage.

The film is available for online viewing from today, September 11, 2013. Feel free to send or post any comment or question you could have.

Synopsis:

After the initial shock, the 9/11 attacks have increasingly given rise to doubt in a substantial part of the general public: many puzzling facts didn’t add up with the official account of events, and the governmental inquiry seemed biased towards a predefined outcome. However, expressing such doubt publicly proved risky. Almost unanimously, the media started discrediting overt skeptics, although never thoroughly investigating the claims they made. The French-language media, in particular, raised the usual scarecrows used to block free speech, among which the accusation of antisemitism ranks high.

In an attempt to investigate why debate on this topic is impossible, we had to fly all the way to Norway to find answers, given us by some of the very few professional reporters who ignore this taboo and put their money where their mouth is when it comes to apply, on a day-to-day basis, all the noble principles most journalists merely talk about.

9/11 in the media, from a Belgian, French-speaking perspective.

I'm watching this documentary and finding it excellent.

Well done.

This notion of "Framing" the world's viewpoint, steering our collective "world-view", is very important and is discussed in the documentary. The complicity of the media in the cover-up remains one of the community's major barriers to overcome.

It helps that I understand French although I am way out of practice -- the English subtitles are very helpful.

Note that AE911Truth.org (represented in the documentary) now has over TWO THOUSAND architects & engineers who have signed the petition calling for a new and serious investigation of the events of 9/11/2001 -- twelve years ago today.
