Michael Moore's new website allows for users to comment after registering. They have not been censoring 9/11 Truth as far as I can tell.

does Michael Moore ignore that some of the "resurrected" hijackers had a great problem proclaiming their obvious iinnocence in the 911 attacks to the United States Officiels and getting back their identity ?

nothing about this Pakistanese representative that testified he saw the US delegation threatening the taleban "you will get a carpet of USD, or a carpet of bombs..."
nothing about the short delay between the decision, and the first shot in Afghanistan (35 days if I remember it well)

Fahrenheit 911 talked about the Trans-Afghan pipeline
I first learned about the proposed Trans-Afghan pipeline from Michael Moore's movie Fahrenheit 911, so Moore obviously knows this was a motive for going in there but seems like he doesn't want to bring it up here.
I would imagine that Moore also has to know that there was pre-911 plans for invading Afghanistan and Iraq so he has to realize that 911 was most likely a self inflicted wound to use as a pretext.
Moore is most probably trying to bring as much pressure to bear on the warmongers as he can without giving them a chance to discredit him.
If he really wants to do something to upset the apple cart of those behind these wars and 911 he should start pushing Alternative Energies and exposing the oil companies for their greed and monopolistic ways.
Don't be so sure.
I believe Michael Moore is controlled opposition, and has been throughout his career as a so-called independent documentary filmmaker. His agent is Ari Emanuel, the brother of Rahm Emanuel - Obama's White House Chief of Staff. Like probably all of Ari's clients, he does as he is told.
