Don't You Dare Turn Your Backs On The 9/11 Family Members
I am addressing both the 9/11 Truth Movement, AND the citizens of America. In the last year, we've seen family members declare the 9/11 Commission "derelict in its' duties", and question the "entire veracity" of the 9/11 Report. We've seen family members call for an entirely new investigation into the 9/11 attacks. We've seen a documentary released endorsed by the family members that calls into question the entire 9/11 Report. We've seen a petition released by the family members calling for the declassification of pertinent 9/11 documentation. We've seen family members support the 9/11 Truth Movement by appearing at a recent conference in Arizona. Just today, family members filed a petition with NIST, and we learned that new family members, John and Bev Titus, spoke out in support of the truth.
Those of you who have openly supported the truth for a long time know that we have faced ridicule, slander, attacks, threats, and so on. In order to experience what a 9/11 Family Member goes through, multiply every misdeed done unto you by one thousand.
They receive emails no one should. They receive threats against them and their families. Just horrible horrible things that they most assuredly DO NOT deserve.
As you know, there has been a push for more 9/11 family members to speak out. It looks like that may start to happen. If you are in the 9/11 Truth Movement, I ask that you please support and defend them against the malicious attacks they are sure to receive. Non-violently of course.
If you are with the attackers, I have a few questions for you. Is this the United States of America or isn't it? Do we have the right to ask questions of our Government or don't we? If you lost a loved one, in a murder, would you want people to send you threatening emails, or to be intimidated just because you want the murder of your loved one investigated? Please try and answer those questions honestly.
For those that can't be honest with themselves, know this. Attacks, or slander of any kind against 9/11 Family Members will not be tolerated, peacefully, and non-violently.
Together, with the 9/11 family members, the 9/11 First Responders, and members of the 9/11 Truth Movement, we CAN NOT be stopped.
Thanks everyone for your time.

Why after all this time reading everything you write does an article you’ve written suddenly touch me so much and move me to tears for these wonderful people? It started with the title.
Thanks Jon.

I...
Was talking to the same individual about some of the recent accusations against me, and out of the blue, she decided to write this for me.
Jon Gold is an amazing person. I have worked with him for almost 3 years now and can speak about his dedication to the 9/11 movement. He knows his facts. He’s spent incalculable hours doing research on every aspect you could imagine about that awful day. I was one who believed everything I was told by the media and my government and never questioned anything until Jon and I got into a discussion one day about 9/11. In his way, by asking questions of me and by providing me with indisputable facts he’s opened my eyes.
I have seen the 9/11 movement gain strength and support in some part due to Jon’s seemingly inexhaustible energy to uncover the truth and find some small piece of justice for the families of 9/11. He’s done radio and newspaper interviews, attended rallies and met with some family members of 9/11 victims. Jon had a fund-raiser with all monies donated to the FealGood Foundation and GearUp Foundation, organizations dedicated to helping first responders; Jon hand-delivered the checks in New York.
I read everything that Jon writes and sometimes I am moved to tears. And Jon ends everything with his motto: “We will NEVER forget.”
No, I don't end everything as she said, but I have, and apparently that stood out to her.

Makes me think of Ann
Makes me think of Ann Coulter.... shiver, shiver...yikes!
I made another post at your video-post..
Won't you agree, that there's a direct connection between the government and the media treating 9/11 like a collective thing only, that they won't focus on the individuals, because it leads to the aspects of 9/11 as an individual crime and not the myth and the irrational feelings they need to push their agenda?
By the way, is it true that creating public myths is Philip Zelikow's specialty? I just read this claim somewhere..
Yes
All of this is deeply ironic, in that Zelikow's self-described area of academic expertise is the creation and management of "public myths" or "public presumptions," which he defines as "beliefs (1) thought to be true (although not necessarily known to be true with certainty), and (2) shared in common within the relevant political community." In his academic work and elsewhere he has taken a special interest in what he has called "'searing' or 'molding' events [that] take on 'transcendent' importance and, therefore, retain their power even as the experiencing generation passes from the scene." Writing in 1998, Zelikow said that "generational" public presumptions "are formed by those pivotal events that become etched in the minds of those who live through them. . .The current set begins in approximately 1933, although the New Deal generation is fading." No doubt a different set of generational public presumptions was established after September 11, 2001, and Zelikow's compromised 9/11 Commission will have played a large role in cementing those presumptions.

well, I guess the best place
well, I guess the best place to hide something is out in the open!
BTW...
I didn't write that little blurb. Bryan Sacks did.

It's more than just that
it's out open, and it's to far fetched for every "normal" person to think of.
Somebody should post the....
....Bob McIlvaine interview on Alex Jones yesterday (Thursday 4/12, 3rd hour).
Very moving.
If...
Someone could post that, it would be much appreciated. Say what you will about Alex Jones' accuracy and method regarding certain things, but one thing you can't take away from him is the fact that he gets the best guests.

I am always amazed
That right-wing pundits can get away with belittling the family members. They're happy to use them as props for their hateful propaganda, and can't stand it when the family members speak out for peace and justice. Yet at the same time, these hate-mongers accuse us of disrespect for the family members. How disgusting. Great post, Jon.
Ningen...
Thank you for the truth in your words. Thank you for the compliment.
That being said, I do not think it is wise of you to promote some of the things you have..
That is my opinion. Please do not try and convince me otherwise.

I don't think of myself as a promoter
But I know I am a loudmouth about some things, and I appreciate your opinion. Keep doing what you're doing.
I just realized
I was talking about these things at your blog the other day. Please understand that I didn't go there for that purpose -- I was reacting to a comment. I went to read about Rosie. But I saw something I disagreed with and I couldn't keep silent. That's what this is all about, isn't it?
No...
I don't even know what you're referring to. The information you are promoting/defending has been debunked countless times on this site, as well as formally by people on the Journal Of 9/11 Studies, and so on. It also puts the movement in a bad light. That is what my comment was about.
"So where is the oil going to come from?... The Middle East, with two-thirds of the world's oil and the lowest cost, is still where the prize ultimately lies."

Perfect example
I was not talking about this at all. I made a comment on your blog in good faith, with no intention of discussing the issue. You bring up this issue, and tell me you think I am unwise. You say what I have been saying has been "debunked," with no support. So I will simply say to you, no, it has not been debunked. What puts this movement in a bad light is faulty reasoning and needless division.
So for no good reason, this issue has been interjected into your blog, after I respected your request not to discuss what was never my intention to discuss.
This is a reply to Jon's comment "No . . ."
It's...
Not hard to find a debunking for "No Planes at the WTC/Mini-Nukes/TV Fakery/Exotic Weaponry/Space Beams/Holograms/Cartoons", etc...
Those who have been apart of this site for a long time, remember when the individuals that promote that information had free reign, and bombarded this site with the above mentioned information.
It was "debunked" 100x over by several different individuals on this site.
You are correct to say that I brought it up. Maybe I shouldn't have in this blog because I don't want this blog to turn into a "debate."
My apologies if I have offended you by voicing my opinion.
"So where is the oil going to come from?... The Middle East, with two-thirds of the world's oil and the lowest cost, is still where the prize ultimately lies."

No problem
I wasn't offended the first time, but was a little the second time. Thank you for replying.
