Marine for 9/11 Truth

9/11 Truthers,
First off, thank you all, for what I learned of each person's bold responsibilities they have taken for this movement. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone.
May 11th was a great beginning for me, and I look forward to much more. It was great to experience a team that held my back while service member after service member tried their best to attack us. Each person who approached with negativity was ushered away by facts, and personal responsibilities. I've never actually been so proud of a group of people I had never met. I purposely pushed the envelope by wearing my uniform, knowing that I was still under contract of the Marine Corps' IRR. But it was a statement that had to be made, and I look forward to making it again.
Something that I wanted you all to know is the reactions I recieved from every astonished service member after they calmed down. The first person to walk up and tell me this movement would leave a black mark on my life, later admitted that he agreed with more of our beliefs than he could admit.--(AirForce Officer) The second Marine simply told me "you can't do this yet." ...yet. The third Marine took my number and later called me with two other Marine Corps Officers to inform me that I was facing a dishonorable discharge, but also saying that I was an outstanding individual and more people needed to voice their opinions to stop this war. The fourth Lt. Col. actually gave me ideas to continue this march after three 9/11Truthers jumped down his throat in protection of our 1st Amendment.
Everyone did an outstanding job! Thank you very much.
I'll see you all soon,
Johnny Wave

Bravo to Bravery!
Thank you Johnny Wave and "art V" (for posting this). I feel so much compassion toward both Johnny and his opponants with regard to the sense of "cognitive dissonence" they (and many people in the military) must be suffering (in that moment) while standing face to face. It seems to me that (for anyone with a Military background) it would take a great deal of COURAGE to stand on either side of this equation.
Hey, this node had 7 or 8 comments on it last night at about
12:30 a.m. what happen?
This military guy is extremely courageous!!! A great inspiration to all of us never to back down when spreading 9/11 truth & defending the Constitution!!!
Oh, sorry, my bad as they say. It's all here on the main node: http://www.911blogger.com/node/8532#comment

Exemplary Service
Officer Wave does true justice to the concepts of "duty" and "honor," which that uniform represents. I salute you.
Marine Wave, wear your "dishonorable discharge"....
....as if it were a Congressional Medal of Honor.....
You, in your uniform, holding that sign is one of the most powerful, inspirational 9/11 Truth movement images I have yet seen.
Thank you sir.
Thank you
I've said this before around here, because I genuinely believe it: The people in uniform can have a much greater impact in the media than the rest of us, because their commitment to the country cannot be questioned. If other marines and first responders could create some kind of collective action, I believe they could bust this thing wide open. The media will not listen to average people, academics, or celebrities. But given the right circumstances, the media must listen to Truthers in Uniform.
Thank you, again, for your courage.
Thanks Johnny Wave
There are many ways to serve this country, by choosing this difficult way you have lived up to the call to duty, honor, country.
Another way to look at it
Anyone in the armed forces pledges an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States. First and foremost! Against all enemies, foreign and domestic. (not support Bush, etc.)
So, at what point does NOT supporting the 9/11 Truth and Justice Movement fall under, for example, Conduct Unbecoming a Marine, and the equivalents across the armed services? (or not even our movement, but the Bush administration's actions)
We need to see some "Sir! No, Sir!" in our current military. That would help "stop the war", too.
FYI:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).
(and, of course, they do not have to follow "unlawful orders" anymore, either)

my nephew is a marine major recently back from Anbar and before that Afghanistan. He just lost his best man, Major Doug Dembiec, this week and is attending the funeral in annapolis as i write. I wish more marines would defend our country and her citizens by seeing the enemy is within. we need you to speak truth to power. I am encouraged by those military involved in the "appeal for redress" group.
Thank you for your courage.
