A lot of the explanations and arguments in favour of the controlled demolition theory (CDT) is a bit heavy and requires a great amount of scientific reasoning, witch can lead to failure of the implications to really sink in and be integrated. I for one, finds it difficult to use the more scientific arguments in an improvised ad hoc discussion, because I just barely understands it when I get it explained myself. Therefore I find it very usefull and productive to find some laymans arguments, that even a child can understand and use.

To make a challange out of it, I will try with the most non-appealing case - WTC2.

The precautionary principle is based on the fact it is impossible to prove a false claim. Failure to prove a claim does not automatically make it false, but caution is called for, especially in the case of a world-changing event like the alleged terror attacks of September 11, 2001. The Bush administration has provided no public evidence to support its claim that the terror attacks were the work of Muslim extremists or even that the aircraft that struck their respective targets on September 11 were as advertised. As I will show below, it would be a simple matter to confirm that they were - if they were. Until such proof is forthcoming, the opposite claim must be kept in mind as a precaution against rushing to judgment: the 911 hijackings were part of a black operation carried out with the cooperation of elements in our government.

A close-up view of debris being ejected from the South Tower of the World Trade Center as the 30-floor top section falls to the east shows numerous smoking projectiles that look like comets. Several of them can be seen to explode. One such exploding projectile is followed here. It ejects two fragments, both of which undergo secondary explosions. (Note, the rising fragment to the left of the projectile under consideration appears to be a tumbling object that alternates from black to white to invisible. It passes behind one of the fragments described in the video.)

Near the end of the video I posted yesterday I pointed out a projectile that changed directions midair while trailing white smoke. After finding that projectile, I looked for it in other videos of the WTC2 collapse. I found a video from a similar point of view to the first (and Nate found me a high-res version of it), except in this video the trail can be followed all the way to the bottom of the collapse. This follow-up video explores the significance of this find.

This view of the destruction of the South Tower of the World Trade Center displays a remarkable number of features that support the interpretation that it was destroyed by explosives. I want to acknowledge the tremendous service provided by Nate Flach who serves as the defacto "video archivist" for AE911Truth. He is the one who first called this video to my attention, because of the huge number of simultaneous squibs on the west side of the building above the impact point.

I have watched the Naudet film "9/11" carefully, but never noticed that it includes a clip of the WTC2 collapse that captures a dark smoke plume rising at a considerable distance apparently SW from the towers. No doubt its approximate location can be triangulated by reference to landmarks.

The plume does not appear to be industrial exhaust as it is dark grey and has not drifted laterally, but is typical of aircraft crashes.

It appears at 54:00 on the DVD, and blooms upwards for several seconds as the WTC2 cloud expands. A still from this clip is discussed as Item 5 here:

The source of the clip is unknown and may be among the film's credits, but there it is--smack in the middle of this slick Naudet CBS/Paramount production.

I link to Raphael's analysis of the Naudet film "9/11" because it is the only place I have seen this still isolated, NOT because I seek to promote his conclusion that the film is evidence of complicity by the Naudets or--more devisively--certain members of the FDNY.

Modifications were made in 1991 to reinforce the 81st floor of WTC 2 in an area occupied by the United Parcel Service.

Modifications were made in 1999 to floor 81 in an area of the floor occupied by Fuji Bank to accommodate the weight of an uninterruptible power supply.

Both of these modifications are documented in the section of the NIST WTC Investigation Report known as NCSTAR 1-1C (go to http://wtc.nist.gov/NISTNCSTAR1-1C.pdf ).

What is perhaps confusing is that both modifications were made to areas where there are two-way trusses (the corners of the building) and the acronyms (UPS for "United Parcel Service" and "uninterruptible power supply") are the same.

I went through the archive.org foorage (available here: http://911blogger.com/node/10284) and cut out the parts I found important.... 24GB in all. I also included a copy of "911 The Explosive Reality" (without the "red falshes" error at the end) and Robert Wright's (damming) speech to the national press club. Effort to halt government WTC7 investigation launched

March 1, 2007 – The following Request for Correction was e-mailed to the National Institute of Standards and Technology on February 28, 2007. It will be certified mailed on March 1, 2007. Attorney Jerry Leaphart has informed me that he will work on the legal papers for an injunction this weekend.

The subject matter within this Request for Correction and pending filing for injunction is purposeful. The reader might be tempted to conclude that many other contradictions found within the government investigation of WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7 should have been referenced in this Request for Correction. I can assure you that great thought went into this effort and it mirrors the advice of counsel. What some might conclude as “too narrow” is actually advantageous to achieving the goal – the truth.

To me nothing of the visual evidence really makes sense. See PlaneImpact and Damage. I suggest that China or Russia (or Iran, or France) recreates 20 floors worth of World Trade Center, and then flies a 767 into it... Only then we will know what the effect looks like. My guess is that it looks VERY different.

Apart from the MISSING PLANE DEBRIS and the weird explosion it shows the simultaneous explosions IN THE OTHER TOWER (north tower).

The crux of the conspiracy argument is that demolition is the only
possible explanation for the destruction of WTC1,WTC2 and WTC7. One
need only raise the single question: How could a collapse, caused only
by the damage of the plane collisions and subsequent fires cause the
remaining still intact structures to fall to the ground at the speed
of a free fall in a vacuum? No explanation can be produced for this,
because it would require breaking the laws of physics. It cannot be
done.

This scientific fact is the corner stone. It should be stressed and
focused on because it is undeniable. It is the truth that will
convince the skeptics. It certainly convinced me.

I, like many others, was very skeptical about the demolition theory,
mainly because the only evidence I was shown were the squibs.
Furthermore, I (also like many others) was completely ignorant of the
WTC7 collapse. It actually took over a year for me to see the light,
when I finally saw the on line videos of WTC7's collapse.

It does not take a physics degree to understand that the collapse of a
steel girder concrete reinforced building cannot occur in less time
than it takes for a bowling ball to fall from the top of the building
