you say the following about "9/11: Blueprint for Truth":

"I'm not going to review the films, but on a personal level I find the idea embedded in "Blueprint" of a government conspiracy to blow up those buildings to be preposterous and simply beyond belief and I fault the station for promoting this as part of a pledge drive and presenting it without an accompanying on-the-air program in which critics have their say."

Sir, unless you DO review those films, you have no business commenting on them whatsoever.

In your column, you commit the following logical fallacies in order to sway your readers towards your viewpoint:

1. Appeal to emotion
2. Argument from personal incredulity
3. Special pleading

NIST's demise at freefall speed

Question: If we cut both cables at the same time, which block will reach the ground first? Answer: According to NIST, both blocks would reach the ground substantially at the same time. The healthy floors below the falling block on the left, according to NIST, didn't offer any particular resistance nor did they slow down in any way its path towards the ground. As the 9/11 Truth Movement kept asking for clarifications, in September 2007 NIST answered: "We are unable to provide a full explanation of the total collapse." (Page 4, top par.) In other words, NIST maintains that an event against the laws of physics took place, while being unable to explain how it could have happened.

Amy and David Goodman were at Skylight Bookstore in Los Angeles on April 24, 2009 to present and sign their most recent book. During the book signing, while getting a book signed to the "9/11 Truth Movement," Jeremy Rothe-Kushel asked Ms.Goodman to give her take on why the progressive media was blacking out and/or smearing the independent citizen investigation into the 9/11 black op. She opted to fall back on her textbook answer when dealing with questions about 9/11 by saying she thinks "it needs to be investigated, you know, and we'll continue to look at the issue." Rothe-Kushel then reminded Goodman that it has been investigated and that it was time for her to do her job and have the investigators on her show. After the event, Rothe-Kushel asked David Goodman how best to reach his sister about 9/11 and he responded by saying, "I think you just did." However, almost 6 months later, there still has not been a single mention on Democracy Now of the investigative science and analysis of the 9/11 tragedy. So, Ms. Goodman will continue to be chased with questions about her silence on the seminal story of the semi-new century.

Jacob Hornberger is the founder and president of The Future of Freedom Foundation. In a new editorial at LewRockwell.com (Operation Northwoods and the 9/11 Truthers), he admits that he believes Operation Northwoods is a valid historical fact; and he challenges neocon Charles Krauthammer as follows:

"How about it, Krauthammer? How about explaining your shock and outrage about the 9/11 Truthers to the Washington Post's readers in the context of a discussion about Operation Northwoods? I’m sure lots of people (including me) – would love to read your explanation."

Yes, that is an encouraging challenge; however, regrettably, Hornberger pulls his own version of a Krauthammer in the same editorial. It reads as follows:

"One possible reason for Krauthammer’s reaction [to 9/11 Truthers' claims] is that he simply isn’t convinced by the evidence that the Truthers have produced to make their case. Personally, this is the category I fall into. ... The 9/11 attacks were "blowback" from U.S. foreign policy. The 9/11 Truthers have not convinced me otherwise."

As part of a worldwide effort to commemorate the first anniversary of Barry Jennings' mysterious death, a few of us here in Dallas headed downtown to the steps of the Dallas Morning News. We displayed our signs to the passers by and got the attention of the people inside the building. We were greeted by security, who were cordial and respectful. We were later met by an editor of the paper who interviewed a couple of us. He was friendly and respectful. We gave him a DVD compilation of all the pertinent Barry Jennings information and urged him to get a reporter to review it. We were told that they concentrate on local stories, especially since there have been layoffs there at the paper. I think this was code for "don't expect any ink on this subject." We will see, but I am not holding my breath.
