22/06/08 "ICH" -- - The 4th Amendment to the US constitution is just one more thing that has been murdered since bloody Emperor George took office in 2001: Over 4000 US soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan; over one million Iraqis and Afghanis and many of our brothers and sisters in this country who have been either killed or devastated by catastrophic climate change and other violence that has become rampant.

Among the things that have been murdered in George's quest to be the emperor of a vast US corporate-military empire are many aspects of our constitution.

When one reflects on ones life, there are several ways to do it. We can look back in a linear fashion and say, for example: "When I was 11, my beloved grandmother died." "In 1975, I graduated from high school." "In 1977, I got married." "In 1979, I gave birth to my first child, a son." "In the 1980's, money was tight." You get the picture.

Or, we can look at life as a journey or path we are on. The road has been smooth, rocky, windy, narrow, or wide; we have descended into deep, dark valleys, or we have sailed along on cruise control, until an unexpected obstacle arises and there's either a crash or a near miss.

Martin Luther King, Jr, delivered his brilliant speech: Beyond Vietnam at the Riverside Church in NYC exactly one year before he was killed, 40 years ago on April 4, 1968, on that infamous balcony in Memphis, Tennessee. His most famous speech is the brilliant I Have a Dream that he delivered to the mass of people who gathered in front of the Lincoln Monument in DC for a Civil Rights' gathering in 1963. Dr. King's Beyond Vietnam speech, however, clearly makes the connections between poverty, racism and militarism and was very threatening to the out of control war machine that was waging a bloody, bloody catastrophe in Vietnam. Dr. King was an effective orator and great organizer, but when he gave his Beyond Vietnam speech, (which many of his colleagues begged him not to give) he became a threat to the pigs of war.

William Rodriguez gave a stirring talk about his experiences during the collapse of the North Tower on Sept 11, 2001. William also covered the international appearances and wide press coverage he's received , especially in Central America, while on his speaking tour. Once again, Carol Brouillet scores a 10 for putting this event together with Northern California 9/11 Truth Alliance.

Cindy Sheehan, the famous Peace Mom who recently expressed her intention to run against Nancy Pelosi in San Francisco, says there's a "distinct possibility" that America will be hit with another staged terror attack that will allow Bush to enact the martial law provisions he recently signed into law.

Sheehan spoke to The Alex Jones Show as she prepares to embark on a two week trek towards Washington to confront Pelosi.

I was at first going to highlight specific segments of this article in bold letters but have decided instead to endorse the whole thing. It certainly serves as a wake-up call to all activists -- both of anti-war AND 9/11 truth.

'It's up to you now': Sheehan quits

Cindy Sheehan, the soldier's mother who galvanized an anti-war movement with her monthlong protest outside President Bush's ranch, said Tuesday she's done being the public face of the movement.

"I've been wondering why I'm killing myself and wondering why the Democrats caved in to George Bush," Sheehan told The Associated Press while driving from her property in Crawford to the airport, where she planned to return to her native California.

"I'm going home for awhile to try and be normal," she said.

In what she described as a "resignation letter," Sheehan wrote in her online diary on the "Daily Kos" blog: "Good-bye America ... you are not the country that I love and I finally realized no matter how much I sacrifice, I can't make you be that country unless you want it.

Cindy's words on 9/11 truth are the strongest I've heard from her to date (first few minutes of the second clip below.)

'Vermont: Land of Hope' ...by Cindy Sheehan

Speaking in Burlington, Vermont this past Friday evening, March 2nd, 2007, grieving mother, anti-war activist and author Cindy Sheehan extended her hand in support of researchers and activists skeptical of the official line on the 9/11 terror attacks and publicly questioned several key features in the establishment mythos surrounding the event.

When asked the question, “Do you buy into the government's account of events on 9/11 and if not, which part or parts do you suspect or have you proven to be false,” Sheehan:

1) called attention to the relevance of 9/11 by linking it to the claims used to justify the war in Iraq and her son's death there;
2) lent verbal support to a new, democratically-led 9/11 investigation;
3) lent verbal support and urged others to lend their support to 9/11 Truth researchers and activists;
4) referenced the video, “Loose Change” (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7866929448192753501); and
5) referenced David Ray Griffin's book, The New Pearl Harbor: Disturbing Questions about the Bush Administration and 9/11 (http://physics911.ca/pdf/2004/griffin_pearl_harbor.pdf)

Today, we were shown a video of you agreeing that we need a new investigation into the attacks of 9/11. You also said, "but I don't have a lot of time to study it, because I'm working on ending this illegal Iraq occupation."

Cindy, 9/11 Truth will end this "illegal Iraq occupation" faster than ANYTHING anyone has been able to dream up so far. Not only will it do that, but it will reverse our loss of civil liberties, our loss of the Constitution, and our loss of stature in the eyes of the world.

As George W. Bush himself said, "we went to war because we were attacked, and we are at war today because there are still people out there who want to harm our country and hurt our citizens."

9/11 was the justification for the "illegal Iraq occupation". If you take away that justification, Cindy, then all of this can end.

Last night Cindy Sheehan came to Burlington, Vermont as part of a three day state tour to speak out against the war. It was held at the University of Vermont and there was time at the end for a question and answer session. Because of a ballot item being voted on this Tuesday, March 7, asking Burlington voters to support a new, independent forensic investigation into the events surrounding 9/11, a man asked Cindy what her stance was on 9/11. Here is a 3 minute video below. I don't know if her call for a new investigation is old news, but its pretty awesome nonetheless.
