Federal judge rules mass NSA spying as "constitutional."

Barely a week after Judge Leon of the DC district court held the NSA data-collection program of – well, virtually everything – to be “likely unconstitutional,” District Judge William H. Pauley III in Manhattan took the view of most in the federal government, that there’s nothing to worry about, nothing unconstitutional at all.

Focusing mostly on need and effect rather than the 4th Amendment, Pauley said the mass collection of phone data “significantly increases the NSA’s capability to detect the faintest patterns left behind by individuals affiliated with foreign terrorist organizations. Armed with all the metadata, NSA can draw connections it might otherwise never be able to find.”

Americans’ choice: Constitution, world peace, economic abundance OR 1% un-American dicts

*hyperlinks live at source: http://www.examiner.com/article/americans-choice-constitution-world-peace-economic-abundance-or-1-dicts

Life has provided Americans many years to choose one of two futures:

Unalienable rights, limited government under the US Constitution, enforcement of war law that proves US wars as Orwellian unlawful, and obvious economic solutions to end national debt, optimize infrastructure, and have full-employment
1% lies of omission and commission to divide humans between “us” and “them” that destroys explicit Constitutional rights afforded to all “persons” for war-murders in the millions, torture, disclosed full-spectrum searching of the innocent with their tax dollars, and bankster economics that escalates our debt, enables deteriorating infrastructure despite massive unemployment.

Full documentation of the above facts are here and here.

The 1%’s form of government rejects limits of the Constitution and law, therefore by definition is “un-American.” We have other names to describe a form of government unlimited by rule of law: fascism is likely the most accurate, but certainly one of dictatorship.

Ready for victory? Or do you uphold unlawful wars, bankster economics, dishonored rights?

You all took at least one US Government class. You learned US federal government is limited in power by our Constitution. “Limited government” prevents unlimited or dictatorial power.

Given our unalienable rights and Constitution, We the People have a choice: either honor and uphold our freedoms under law, or surrender to “emperor has no clothes” obvious criminals. Many Americans have Oaths to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Are you ready for victory now? Or do you choose to support and defend crimes that annually kill millions, harm billions, and loot trillions of our dollars while destroying our honor and damning our children to tyranny?

You are capable of verifying the simplest of facts, and will quickly recognize and confirm the following US acts are obvious crimes:

Who Says You Can Kill Americans, Mr. President?

" PRESIDENT OBAMA has refused to tell Congress or the American people why he believes the Constitution gives, or fails to deny, him the authority to secretly target and kill American citizens who he suspects are involved in terrorist activities overseas. So far he has killed three that we know of.

Presidents had never before, to our knowledge, targeted specific Americans for military strikes. There are no court decisions that tell us if he is acting lawfully. Mr. Obama tells us not to worry, though, because his lawyers say it is fine, because experts guide the decisions and because his advisers have set up a careful process to help him decide whom he should kill."

Obama to sign indefinite detention bill into law by Glenn Greenwald

In one of the least surprising developments imaginable, President Obama – after spending months threatening to veto the Levin/McCain detention bill – yesterday announced that he would instead sign it into law (this is the same individual, of course, who unequivocally vowed when seeking the Democratic nomination to support a filibuster of “any bill that includes retroactive immunity for telecom[s],” only to turn around – once he had the nomination secure — and not only vote against such a filibuster, but to vote in favor of the underlying bill itself, so this is perfectly consistent with his past conduct). As a result, the final version of the Levin/McCain bill will be enshrined as law this week as part of the the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). I wrote about the primary provisions and implications of this bill last week, and won’t repeat those points here.

The ACLU said last night that the bill contains “harmful provisions that some legislators have said could authorize the U.S. military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians, including American citizens, anywhere in the world” and added: “if President Obama signs this bill, it will damage his legacy.” Human Rights Watch said that Obama’s decision “does enormous damage to the rule of law both in the US and abroad” and that “President Obama will go down in history as the president who enshrined indefinite detention without trial in US law.”

Why We the People will win the new American Revolution against US fascism

Whether you like it or not, whether you want it or not, you are within a new American Revolution.

The “emperor has no clothes” obvious facts that expose US political/economic “leadership” crimes center on US wars that are nowhere close to lawful and all based on lies, and trillions of dollars transferred from the American public to these political/economic “leaders.”

There are many other related crimes. I do my part as a professional educator of government and economics to walk people through the relatively simple explanations and documentation. I offer a professional academic paper, and one with my “citizen voice”:

Open proposal for US revolution: end unlawful wars, parasitic economics

Common Sense for new American Revolution: revolt from US government by dicts

The path of We the People is set: critical mass is embracing the intellectual integrity and moral courage to declare our fascist emperors are without a shred of constitutional or legal clothing.

Fellow Americans: literally for the love of God, it’s time.

It’s time to recognize the overwhelming evidence of unlawful and lie-based US Wars of Aggression, rigged-casino economics, and a complicit corporate media that echoes propaganda for our lying sacks of spin “leaders” who operate above and in contempt of US law.

It’s time to recognize “leadership” of both parties are the Left and Right arms of one oligarchic political body. The proper academic label for this government, not even close to a constitutional republic, is fascism.

The US government is run by dicts, as in dictatorship; doing whatever they dictate and unlimited by rule of law.

Here are all the explanation, documentation, and proof that any American of intellectual integrity and moral courage require to do what Common Sense demanded in 1776, and common sense demands in 2011:

Revolt.

US Revolution: Obama fascism more unlawful than Bush fascism

*Hyperlinks live at source: http://www.examiner.com/nonpartisan-in-national/us-revolution-obama-fascism-more-unlawful-than-bush-fascism

Activist Post wrote a brilliant article to explain and document how the Obama administration has escalated the unlawful policies of the Bush administration. The unlawful policies of murderous wars and fraudulent transfer of trillions of taxpayers' dollars to corporate elites by "leadership" of Democrats and Republicans leads America to one obvious political response:

Revolution.

This post discusses fascism as an appropriate term to describe current US political process. As a teacher of Advanced Placement US Government, I agree. I explain and document here why "fascism" is the closest label of what the US is today behind the unpracticed promises within our constitutional republic. Here is what Activist Post reports:

Is the State of Emergency Superseding the US Constitution? Continuity of Government Planning, War and American Society by Peter Dale Scott

In July 1987, during the Iran-Contra Hearings grilling of Oliver North, the American public got a glimpse of “highly sensitive” emergency planning North had been involved in. Ostensibly North had been handling plans for an emergency response to a nuclear attack (a legitimate concern). But press accounts alleged that the planning was for a more generalized suspension of the constitution at the president’s determination.

As part of its routine Iran-contra coverage, the following exchange was printed in the New York Times without journalistic comment or follow-up:

[Congressman Jack] Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

Both North’s attorney and Sen. Daniel Inouye, the Democratic Chair of the Committee, responded in a way that showed they were aware of the issue:
Brendan Sullivan [North's counsel, agitatedly]: Mr. Chairman?

I attended a Conservative 9/11 event with “US wars are unlawful” flyers. 6 of 6

This article series explains what happened when I interacted with participants of a 9/11 event to welcome home US soldiers and honor the victims of 9/11, then provides the e-mail exchange with the sponsoring group’s leadership.

Consistent with my last two years of writing articles to explain, document, and prove current US wars aren’t even close to lawful and all based on lies, nobody at this event of mostly current and former US military could defend current US wars as lawful, even in subsequent e-mails and in their consultation with the group’s “Constitutionalist.” I challenge anyone to explain, document, and prove in the comments section below that US war in Afghanistan, Iraq, and/or Iran is legal (you can put what you say in more than one comment). I will likely demand anyone making such argument to refute my longer explanation of US war law that I will reference in my comment responses from my article, “Open proposal to US higher education.”

Lawless Nation - Congress

By Michael Collins
Part II of III (Part I)

WASHINGTON - Placed in office through legalized bribery, supported by public funding for their every need, protected against the laws that we're expected to obey, Congress represents the epitome of lawlessness; lawmakers who have no regard for the law. (Image)

Members of Congress are different. They get to retire at age 62 with lifetime pensions and health benefits. To qualify, they need just five years of service. They get free phone, mail, and other communications plus paid domestic and foreign travel. Supposedly, they're not allowed to take gifts but the list of exceptions offers plenty of room for luxurious appreciation.

The biggest gift of all - a six to seven figure job with a major corporation or lobbying firm right after retirement - is still fair game for any member. The revolving door never stops.

Lawless Nation - the Executive Branch

By Michael Collins
Part I of III

First published at Daily Censored

WASHINGTON - Selected to run by the powerful and wealthy, promising the public one thing and delivering another after elected, the President of the United States is the focus of a new political doctrine - the unitary executive.  The office of the president has rapidly become a law unto itself over the past ten years. (Image)

Some time before February 2010, the President of the United States authorized the assassination of a U.S. citizen living overseas.  The citizen was identified by the White House as a terrorist.

Unlike previous government programs to kill individuals overseas, this one wasn't a covert operation.  The program was openly announced, without qualification.  Dennis Blair, the Director of National Intelligence, discussed the plan in February at a congressional hearing.  A few weeks later, John O. Brennan, the president's National Security Adviser, announced that the marked man was one of "dozens" of U.S. citizens put on the presidential death list because "they are very concerning to us."

The principal of unfettered executive power, absent political and judicial restraint, was officially established.  Executive power now supersedes established law.

How True . . . How Very True

Better rip it if you want to keep it, because it isn't available anywhere else.

Benjamin Netanyahu said, in 2001:

"I know what America is, America is a thing you can move very easily, move it in the right direction. They won't get in the way."

Keeping that in mind, let's take Netanyahu's wise words to heart, as voiced in this speech:
