Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich—who left office under a cloud in 1999—has pivotal political backing in elite global financial and corporate circles and can count on friendly support from the controlled media in pursuing his aspirations for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.

Despite his efforts to portray himself as a “conservative” alternative to politics-as-usual, Gingrich is an unabashed New World Order internationalist and a long-standing advocate of destructive “free trade” policies and American military adventurism abroad.

As such, it is no coincidence Gingrich is a longtime member of the Rockefeller family-financed Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the New York-based affiliate of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the policy-making apparatus of the global empire of the Rothschild banking dynasty that is intricately intertwined with those predatory plutocrats on American soil who dominate the unconstitutional Federal Reserve System, the privately owned money monopoly Ron Paul has worked to bring into line. These facts about Gingrich point to where his real loyalties lie.

DIRTY MONEY

On Feb. 26 The Washington Post reported Gingrich has assembled a multi-level, wide-ranging political conglomerate of his own, described as “a financial empire that could prove crucial” in advancing Gingrich’s presidential ambitions. He has already raised more money than possible GOP primary opponents including Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney.

In addition, Gingrich controls an operation known as American Solutions for Winning the Future—a virtual private money machine that Gingrich uses to promote himself. The Post says this Gingrich venture has raised “more money than any other organization of its kind nationwide,” to the tune of more than $50 million, “much of it as large donations from casino, energy and banking interests.”

By far the most generous backer of Gingrich is Las Vegas-based casino tycoon Sheldon Adelson—a hardline supporter of Israel who once described himself as “the richest Jew in the world.” Adelson has given Gingrich some $6 million over the last four years.

Gingrich also has an unusual connection to Larry Silverstein, a controversial figure whose name has been in the forefront of the circumstances surrounding the cover-up of the 9-11 terrorist tragedy.

On May 18, 2009, Richard Haas was at the war criminal Rand Corporation in Santa Monica, California to expound upon the 'big ideas' of foreign policy. Although Haas insists, wherever he goes, that US foreign policy is driven by "big ideas" and not by the small-minded, destructive agendas of conspiratorial cartels and international crime syndicates posing as think tanks, intelligence agencies and transnational corporations, it remains difficult to actually find any ideas among the mountains of Haas' ahistorical, incoherent and amoral pablum. WeAreChangeLA showed up to clarify matters with Haas. Stewart Howe broke down Haas' Grandest Concept, that there are very crucial differences between the mass murder known as "War of Choice" and the mass murder known as "War of Necessity," by pointing out that the term "Wars of Agenda" cleared this deceptive dichotomy up once and for all. Bob Sherman asked Haas how he could praise the 9/11 Commission Report when it failed to deal with World Trade Center Building 7. Haas claimed to not know about WTC 7 and said he would research it. Other folks got involved with very precise questions that Haas decided to answer by avoiding altogether or answer ahistorically and deceptively. Later on, outside, Howe continued the questioning till Haas had to scurry away. To think that the current occupant 'running' the White House uses this man's language to describe matters of war and peace is quite disturbing. And when this thought is combined with the President's recently-aired rejection of history, morality and the laws of the physical universe under the guise of the 'facts' that 'Al-Qaeda claimed to do 9/11,' the intellectual honesty and/or moral fortitude of the current front running out of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. appears to be almost on par with the previous sock puppet crew. Luckily, the questioners showed that the American peoples' intelligence and moral acuity is not well represented by one Richard Haas, his 'boss' and their 'big ideas.'

Leslie Gelb, who was the President of the Council on Foreign Relations for over a decade was at the LA Library in early April to speak about a foreign policy based on common sense. Jeremy Rothe-Kushel, of WeAreChangeLA was on hand to clarify some crucial matters about terrorism. Gelb didn't desire to clarify factual matters after pointing out that Iranians are Persians not Arabs, and chose to dismiss Rothe-Kushel by saying that they must agree to disagree. Rothe-Kushel, while being asked to leave, reminded Gelb that there was such a thing as facts and that ideas have power.

GOOGLE BOOKS AND THE END OF HISTORY

PETER'S NEW YORK, December 15, 2008--I have often wondered why Google Inc. was interested in scanning all the world's books into its formidable Google Books database in short order. It was only a number of years ago that the company announced its ambitious project, and it has already made great, if uneven, progress in its implementation. It's a dramatic and democratic gesture, giving the proletariat access to the world's books at the touch of a keyboard. But in light of Google's cozy relationship with elitist organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations, the company having only a few years ago recruited its vice president for global communications from that organization, its move toward universal access to the wealth of human knowledge almost strikes one as anomalous.

[Remaining hopeful, I would like to believe that Obama knows exactly what is going on around him, and what a number of his consultants like Brzezinski assigned to him are all about. I also have to believe that at this time, Barack Obama still has a good heart (stop laughing; I know this sounds incredibly naive), and being so relatively new to the scene has not yet been compromised, like most are, with few exceptions (JFK), that rise to the top in politics.

Former CIA honcho calls the 9-11 Commission "disastrous"

PETER'S NEW YORK, April 21, 2008--The 9-11 Commission completed its report in 2004, but not everybody was on board with the results. Not least among its critics is Michael Scheuer, former head of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency's bin Laden unit, who is now a news commentator and author.

"Of course, the 9-11 Commission was a disastrous thing for America," Scheuer said in a recent televised appearance. Scheuer was interviewing another author, Steve Coll, whose book, The Bin Ladens, on the wealthy Saudi family, was released April 1.

The interview, part of a series of programs called After Words and televised on the cable news network C-SPAN, dredged through both men's experience in dealing with and covering the bin Laden family. Scheuer headed up the CIA's bin Laden unit from 1996 to 1999.

During an exchange of views, Scheuer remarked that he was astounded by how much access the family had to the White House over the years. "I think it's a very interesting comment on the power of money," Scheuer said. "For Americans, it's got to be a very disturbing story."

Worries about One World Order and a North American Union have been "ginned up by the blogs and the Internet," Sen. Barack Obama told a Lancaster, Pennsylvania audience in a stump speech as he continued his tour through the battleground state.

The Illinois senator also defended the recently re-authorized Patriot Act.

Responding to a question from the audience, asking whether he was a member for the Council on Foreign Relations, a group many allege is leading a move toward one world government, Obama said:

"I don’t know if I’m an official member. I’ve spoken there before. It basically is a forum where people talk about foreign policy. There is no official membership. I don’t have a card, or you know a special handshake or anything like that."

Sen. Hillary Clinton has spoken several times to the club. Comments she made today against NAFTA, were posted on the group's website.

A group of 9/11 Truthers gathered outside the elite Council on Foreign Relations to hold its members and the extra-governmental body as a whole responsible for its role in ushering in the September 11 attacks. Countless arms of the Council have called for a 'catalyzing event' to serve as a pretext for transforming America into a New World Order.

Part of seeking accountability in 9/11 Truth means recognizing the truly global powers that steer its dark agenda. WeAreChange.org and other truth-seekers took aim at the Council during larger efforts surrounding the sixth anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

Most of the members of PNAC (Project for a New American Century), including Dick Cheney, are CFR members. PNAC called for a "New Pearl Harbor," a "catalyzing event" to rapidly transform American society.

"Today I received a message from a friend who has excellent connections in Washington and whose information has often been prescient. According to this report, as in 2002, the rollout will start after Labor Day, with a big kickoff on September 11. My friend had spoken to someone in one of the leading neo-conservative institutions. He summarized what he was told this way:

"By late 1918, stalemate on the Western Front and the entry of America into the war forced Germany and the Central Powers to accept Wilson's terms for peace. The subsequent Paris Peace Conference of 1919 resulted in the harsh Treaty of Versailles...

An article in the recent Foreign+Affairs, titled "Al Qaeda Strikes Back," posits a possible premise for war with Iran that only someone writing for Foreign Affairs could imagine: a false flag attack by AL QAEDA. The article is full of the usual nonsense about how powerful Al Qaeda is, but then there's this passage:

"The biggest danger is that al Qaeda will deliberately provoke a war with a "false-flag" operation, say, a terrorist attack carried out in a way that would make it appear as though it were Iran's doing. The United States should be extremely wary of such deception. In the event of an attack, accurately assigning blame will require very careful intelligence work. It may require months, or even years, of patient investigating to identify the plotters behind well-planned and well-executed operations, as it did for the 1988 bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, and the 1996 attacks on the U.S. barracks at the Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. Presidents George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton were wise to be patient in both those cases; Washington would be well advised to do the same in the event of a similar attack in the future. In the meantime, it should, of course, continue do its utmost to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and from fomenting violence and terrorism in the Middle East by using tough diplomacy and targeted sanctions. And it should not consider a military operation against Iran, as doing so would only strengthen al Qaeda's hand -- much as the U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq have."

I'm not sure what to take from this. On the one hand, it recommends America not leap into action after the next terror attack because it could be a false flag attack. On the other hand, it contains this twisted logic that Al Qaeda, not the US government, would sponsor a false flag attack as a premise for an invasion of Iran.

I'm only 35 minutes into this 69 minute interview, conducted by Alex Jones, but Russo's really speaking much more forthrightly than I've seen before, with not just questioning 9/11 but stating unequivocally that it was part of creating a one world government, and that the war on terror is a huge hoax, and inside information he received from Nick Rockefeller (some of which I've heard before, but more in-depth here), the NWO's plans for an RFID chip on every person on the planet, etc. All quite disturbing, but nonetheless fascinating and highly recommended.

Robert Pastor, a leading intellectual force in the move to create an EU-style North American Community, told WND he believes a new 9/11 crisis could be the catalyst to merge the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Pastor, a professor at American University, says that in such a case the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP – launched in 2005 by the heads of the three countries at a summit in Waco, Texas – could be developed into a continental union, complete with a new currency, the amero, that would replace the U.S. dollar just as the euro has replaced the national currencies of Europe.

In May 2005, Pastor was co-chairman the Council on Foreign Relations task force that produced a report entitled "Toward a North American Community," which he has claimed is the blueprint behind the SSP declared by President Bush, Mexico's then-President Vicente Fox, and Canada's then-Prime Minister Paul Martin.
