The US and Israel lie for war with Iran in two key areas of propaganda that you are responsible to understand if you want a US government operating UNDER the law:
 
Iran’s president never physically threatened Israel.  
All of Iran’s nuclear material is fully accounted for peaceful and legal use for energy and medicine.
 
The US completely lied for its unlawful attack and invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. We now know from our own government’s disclosure of the evidence that all “reasons” for war were known lies.
 
Our soldiers, government employees, and citizens who operate under good faith have been duped with the above “Big Lies” that are easily proven but difficult to embrace from cognitive dissonance.

The brilliant 2-minute video from Waiting for the Storm below is a message for police, sheriff, and military law enforcement to arrest US political, economic, and corporate “leadership” who have committed obvious crimes.

Occupy’s endgame, in retrospect, will be obvious: after a period of “emperor has no clothes” expository communication from independent Internet media to the 99% and citizen engagement with those facts, those with arrest authority exercised it to remove criminal leadership from power.

Last week, a trial of six environmental campaigners at Nottingham Crown Court in England collapsed. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said they could not continue, as “new evidence” had come to light undermining their case.

Police Constable Mark Kennedy had been an undercover police agent within the environmental movement since 2003 and had offered to give evidence on behalf of the six.

In an interview with the Mail on Sunday, Kennedy confirmed that the evidence in question consisted of tape recordings he had made, which police withheld from defence lawyers. Under the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act of 1996, the police are duty-bound to make the CPS and the defence team aware of the evidence they have compiled. The Independent Police Complaints Commission is currently investigating whether Nottinghamshire Police made available all the evidence they had to the CPS.

Today on "9/11 In Context" I presented an analysis of what I view as the major purpose behind the 9/11 attacks, the construction of a Global Fascist Terror State. First I laid out the US capitalist ruling class strategy articulated by Zbigniew Brzezinski in his book "The Grand Chessboard" (1997) and adopted formally by the US Congress in 1999's Silk Road Strategy Act. Then I put the 9/11 false-flag attack in historical perspective, with an overview of capitalist crises in the 20th Century and working class resistance to the domination of capitalist social relations. I believe that the 9/11 attacks were timed in response to and largely motivated by the massive upsurge in working class contestation in the late 1990s up through the events in Genoa, Italy at the G8 meetings in July, 2001. The 9/11 attacks are clearly related to the string of bombings and killings in Europe launched by the CIA, NATO and the secret services of European countries under Operation Gladio, in response to the earlier period of intense unrest from the late 60s through the early 70s.

Smedley Butler (and here) was the most honored man in Marine Corps history. He wrote and spoke that the purpose of US wars is millions and billions in profits for America’s leading “bankers, industrialists, and speculators.” War is a “racket:” a deception whereby its purpose of blood money from American taxpayers to “insiders” is always disguised as noble and necessary ventures to keep Americans propagandized into paying again and again.

Abdolmalek Rigi, leader of the assassination/terrorist group, Jundallah, was announced as captured by Iran’s government on February 23, 2010. Iran televised Mr. Rigi making a statement that the US government funds Jundallah, provides weapons, and assists with logistical management.

Such testimony should be viewed skeptically, as Mr. Rigi’s honesty could certainly be compromised while a prisoner. However, the most important circumstantial evidence and history corroborate the conclusion that the US is engaged in state-sponsored terrorism to overthrow Iran’s government.

1.Jundallah’s history of assassinations is not refuted, yet the US does not list this group as “terrorist.” This is a curious detail.

Congressman Ron Paul spoke on the House floor for 5-minutes on US policy to assassinate US citizens at the dictate of the executive branch based on “secret evidence,” US policy of torture that includes American citizens and without legal recourse, US policy of rendition to secret prisons, and unlimited detention.

What can we conclude when our government tyrants threaten war with Iran because the tyrants refuse to sell Iran 1 gram of medical isotopes worth $75,000, and contrive Iran’s legal production of isotopes for nearly one million human beings’ medical procedures as a cause for war?

There are a few rational conclusions:
1.Tell the truth about what’s right in front of us with powerful factual accuracy.
2.Refuse cooperation with evil, and those with arrest powers to exercise them for those who issue unlawful orders.
3.Respectfully ask for the tyrants to surrender power.
4.Offer a choice to the tyrants to either gracefully accept a Truth and Reconciliation process to confess all crimes and return all stolen assets, or face criminal and civil prosecution.

The yearly need of Iran for life-saving medical isotopes is less than one gram and costs Iran $75,000 to refine the fuel. Iran has stated they would prefer to buy the isotopes rather than produce them. The US could resolve the threat of war with Iran if President Obama made a speech today saying the US will allow Iran to produce it themselves under inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), a legal right guaranteed by treaty among nations including the US and Iran, or by the US selling Iran the isotopes.

The US refusal to do so and the US corporate media to not report this simple solution is revealing of a sinful and deadly war agenda that follows the propaganda path that led to unlawful war with Afghanistan and Iraq. The propaganda is tragic-comic: all we have for peace is one "anonymous" report with a misleading headline to psychopathically appear the US is taking peaceful action with no substantiation.

The US war emperors have no clothes. Iran never threatened to destroy Israel. Iran is in full compliance with the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), including their use of nuclear medicine with isotopes. It was the US who initiated the UN Charter that limits war to the narrowest use of self-defense only, almost identical in law to the limits for you or me as individuals.

When will leadership emerge from the US military and/or US government to speak these truths that are objective facts for anyone and everyone to verify?

US military is trained to refuse unlawful orders for War Crimes, but not trained in the broader context of recognizing and refusing an unlawful war. Most people do not know that Abraham Lincoln is a hero for his acts as a freshman member of the House of Representatives in the Congress of 1847-1849. Lincoln demanded that the President of the US provide specific evidence justifying the US invading a foreign country, stating the obvious on the floor of Congress that the President’s claims of a defensive war were lies to propagandize an offensive war for territorial control against a weaker nation.

He did so despite the lack of support from most of his own political party. He demanded the facts despite his being painted by political opponents and the press as “unpatriotic.” The propaganda defeated Lincoln at his next election; his name slurred as “spotty Lincoln.”

We now know that Lincoln was correct that the US President had indeed lied about the cause of war.

I had previously reported that US citizens are being tortured by our own government when the executive branch says the magic word: "terrorist." Under the 2006 Military Commissions Act (MCA), such Americans can be detained forever without legal right of habeas corpus. If those Americans are brought to trial rather than detained and tortured at the whim of the tyrants, the US government has created an unconstitutional system of judgment and execution: the President/dictator slurring the American as “terrorist” also says who the judges are to determine guilt with available penalty of execution. These three military tribunal judges are allowed to accept “secret evidence” from the government that is unavailable for the defendant to view or challenge if two other words are said: “national security.”
