(Looks like Hayden really wants to keep his post! And what about that Al Qaeda base in Yemen that they know about and extract intel from but apparently can't shut down? This is beyond ridiculous.)
DEBKAfile Updates DEBKA-Net-Weekly Exclusive
November 16, 2008, 5:49 PM (GMT+02:00)
DEBKAfile’s counter-terror sources report that US president-elect Barack Obama, European and Russian heads of state in Washington for the G20 conference over the weekend were briefed about a probable early al Qaeda attack.
Obama and his team have been advised that a new al Qaeda strike is highly probable in the United States or against a key US target in Europe, North Africa or the Middle East.
DEBKA-Net-Weekly 372 of Nov. 14 disclosed that al Qaeda’s Yemen base, a reliable barometer for Osama bin Laden’s schemes, issued a Directive to All Fighters in Arabia on Nov. 9 presaging a major operation in the United States that will “change the political and economic world” and be “far bigger than 9/11.”
WeAreChangeLA 'debriefs' former CIA Case Officer Robert Baer about apparent Mossad and White House 9/11 foreknowledge, and more
On October 16, 2008, Robert Baer, who was a CIA Case Officer in the Middle East over the course of almost two decades, participated in a discussion at the Hammer Museum entitled "A Third War: The Threat of War with Iran." Dr. Trita Parsi was part of the discussion which was moderated by Ian Masters.
Baer was briefly interrupted during the discussion by Jeremy Rothe-Kushel for clarity's sake, after he brought up 9/11 and reaffirmed his recently aired belief that Osama bin Laden is likely dead. That part went something like this-
Bob: The chances of Bin Laden being dead are very high. The question is are they going to drag him out in the next two weeks. Is he going to [laughter] out of cold storage and say "we finally got him." I don't know that he's dead, but he probably is.
I found these two clips on the site of the german company Convar, which was given the task of recovering the data from hard disks salvaged from Ground Zero. I have subtitled and uploaded them to YouTube for your convenience.

This last clip is from the 9/11 episode of the dutch program 'Zembla' in which a spokesperson for Convar confirms their previous statements about insider trading:

9/11 Truth, Part 4 of 11- What Did They Know & When Did They Know It- and What Were They Doing?
Whole series (so far) accessible from this page
This article reviews some of US administration’s and defense, intelligence & law enforcement agencies actions in the years and months before 9/11. The public record of government reports and statements so far makes clear that there were many, many warning signs that Al Qaeda was plotting attacks, and that policy makers in these administrations and agencies were aware of this; why didn’t they stop the attacks?

Anthrax Foreknowledge? DOJ/FBI Doesn’t Care
At the Department of Justice Amerithrax Investigation Press Conference August 6, 2008, the following question was asked:
QUESTION: “Do you think there's a connection between Ivins and what was known at the time of the Quantico letter? There was a letter sent in September of 2001 identifying an Arab-American scientist at Fort Detrick as a bioterrorist. The letter also threatened a bioterror attack and also death to Israel. Were you ever satisfied that you were able to run down that letter and the author of that letter?”
MR. TAYLOR: “I'm not aware of any connection. To my knowledge, there's no evidence linking the two.”
Note that he doesn’t answer this part of the question, “Were you ever satisfied that you were able to run down that letter and the author of that letter?”
Critical WTC 7 Foreknowledge Article by Graeme MacQueen, in anticipation of BBC Program
Graeme MacQueen Debunks Mackey & Roberts
The BBC program comes out on Sunday, so I thought I'd get a leg up and post this here. I expect the arguments of Mackey and Roberts to be incorporated into the BBC program.
Waiting for Seven: WTC 7 Collapse Warnings in the FDNY Oral Histories
Prof. Graeme MacQueen
This is a great article. It totally debunks the idea put out by MacKey and Roberts that the WTC 7 foreknowledge was a rational thing for the firemen because of all the fire and debris damage.
This article shows that only 7 firemen actually made observations that they thought WTC 7 would fall, while 50 "were told" it would fall. These 7 firemen sound very confused and paranoid, and contradict NIST, who still doesn't know why WTC 7 fell seven years later.
MacQueen also finds that a majority of the firemen "definitely" thought WTC 7 would fall. Really, they knew definitely?
An Important Reminder

I often find that if I don't remind myself of the facts, I tend to lose solid belief in the truth. I know that the facts are there, but the things they stand for become far-fetched in my mind. The government attacking the World Trade Center? Attacking the most decorated US naval ship in history? Funding both side of every war? A secret society taking over the world? None of it could be true...But it is. So, here is the top eleven reasons 9/11 was an inside job. Just so all of you can be reminded. Brought to you by www.911truth.org

NEW YORK: Aviation companies sued by the families of Sept. 11 victims for failing to safeguard air travel are in turn blaming federal investigators — arguing the Federal Aviation Administration was not alerted that al-Qaida was poised to launch terrorist attacks.
In court documents filed this week in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, aviation companies are seeking to force five FBI employees to provide testimony that may help defend against claims the companies share blame in the attacks.
"The aviation parties anticipate that the FBI witnesses' testimony will demonstrate that the FBI had information before Sept. 11 indicating that al-Qaida may have been about to launch terrorist attacks on civil aviation, which it did not timely pass along to the Federal Aviation Administration," lawyers wrote.

You may know John Schroeders appearance in Loose Change FC.
Firefighter Schroeder made it all the way up to the 23rd floor before barely hearing on the failing radios that another plane was coming in.
Now I've had a hard dispute over this with some sort of a debunker, who claims, that there is no hint for such a warning. Nor in the 911CR neither in any other radio transmission records. Here are the links he presented:

Mukasey backs Bush efforts on wiretapping (Commonwealth Club; Claims Bush Admin 9/11 Foreknowledge, Criminal Negligence)
Attorney General Michael Mukasey defended the Bush administration's wiretapping program Thursday to a San Francisco audience and suggested the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks could have been prevented if the government had been able to monitor an overseas phone call to the United States.
The government "shouldn't need a warrant when somebody picks up a phone in Iraq and calls the United States," Mukasey said in a question-and-answer session after a speech to the Commonwealth Club.
Before the 2001 terrorist attacks, he said, "we knew that there had been a call from someplace that was known to be a safe house in Afghanistan and we knew that it came to the United States. We didn't know precisely where it went. You've got 3,000 people who went to work that day, and didn't come home, to show for that."
Lone Gunmen Producer Questions Government on 9/11
Wonders why TV writers could accurately predict the attack while the government couldn't
The Corbett Report
February 25, 2008
Cast and crew of the X-Files attended "WonderCon 2008" in San Diego this weekend to discuss the upcoming X-Files movie. During the question and answer, one intrepid audience member asked Chris Carter, creator of X-Files and The Lone Gunmen, about the pilot episode of The Lone Gunmen, which eerily predicted the events of 9/11 that took place in New York mere months after the episode aired on tv. Carter, looking slightly flustered, turned the question over to the Lone Gunmen producer, Frank Spotnitz...

"How dare" Bill dismiss the idea of a new investigation based on his wife's own statements! If this "threat level" was sufficient enough for Ashcroft to be warned, what about the ordinary citizens who boarded the planes and were in the Towers and Pentagon?
(CNN) -- Saudi Arabia could have helped the United States prevent al Qaeda's 2001 attacks on New York and Washington if American officials had consulted Saudi authorities in a "credible" way, the kingdom's former ambassador said in a documentary aired Thursday.
The comments by Prince Bandar bin Sultan are similar to the remarks this week by Saudi King Abdullah that suggested Britain could have prevented the July 2005 train bombings in London if it had heeded warnings from Riyadh.
Speaking to the Arabic satellite network Al-Arabiya on Thursday, Bandar -- now Abdullah's national security adviser -- said Saudi intelligence was "actively following" most of the September 11, 2001, plotters "with precision."
"If U.S. security authorities had engaged their Saudi counterparts in a serious and credible manner, in my opinion, we would have avoided what happened," he said.

Never sure what to make of this. It may be disinformation, limited hangout, what have you. Part of the problem is, we really have limited ability to assess the credibility of the sources. Here is an excerpt:
"Reports to Department of Justice (FBI) and CIA to White House in re coming attacks: The President notified.
As it appeared that there would be such attacks for a certainty., our Embassy first of all contacted both the American Justice Department and the Central Intelligence Agency and appraised them of the seriousness of the situation. Eventually, the office of the Ambassador made contact with top aides of the Vice President Cheney.

The Banality of Truth
The government finally admits pre-9/11 bumbling
Jeff Taylor | September 21, 2007
On Tuesday Director of National Intelligence Michael McConnell told the House Judiciary Committee things that, had a government official said them in the days, weeks, or months following 9/11. would have sparked public outrage—and may have significantly blunted the push for greater police and surveillance powers like the PATRIOT Act.
McConnell told lawmakers that "9/11 should have and could have been prevented."
Specifically, McConnell cited the pilot training sought by hijackers Khalid al Mihdhar and Nawaf al Hazmi and convicted terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui in the United States as an obvious warning sign that was ignored by Washington after feds on the ground flagged the activity.
"For whatever reason, we didn't connect the dots," McConnell said, not quite coming clean on the reasons.
